This is probably the best laundromat in Longmont. There are always people there to help if you need anything. One lady showed me a very simple trick to getting blood out of your clothes, still use it. And, its always clean, with TP in the bathroom!

Very disgusting and irreputable experience that I experienced there are ants that I experienced here.. I was treated like treated like a sub human and a second and a second class citizen for not wearing a mask inside its not wearing a mask inside and they even had a big even had a big ugly security guard that threatened that threatened to call the cops on me. Not to mention that it is usually dirty and filled with usually dirty and filled with homeless people. Whats more is the machines never got my laundry clean.

Great laundry mat. If you dont have cash they can take CC via a very simple app. Sometimes theyre laundry service gets very busy and there are not many washers available.

Good place to wash clothes. Clean and comfortable with everything you need, including free wifi. Great location on Main St, next to Walgreens.

Very clean.. but the staff does not interact with you. No greetings, and no smiles. I dont really mind because I am just here to wash my laundry. Some days, it is nice to be left alone. But for some, they might need help or want a greeting of the day.

Customer service was alright the place was not busy at all and I got called a bum and told I wasnt even doing laundry. I was a customer for years but no more. Thx

The ONLY laundromat you should visit. Always clean, always have open w/d, cheap prices, clean bathroom. The BEST part is the mobile phone app. You dont need quarters! Of course they still have an ATM, and quarter machine, and all machines accept quarters. But, if you are brave enough to make the switch, its so much nicer! You can see all the loads and times on your phone and get notified when loads finish. HIGHLY recommend Soapy Janes.

Soapy Janes is a down-home family laundromat, complete with vending machines, dry cleaning, free load vouchers, multiple-size washers and dryers, and magazines while you wait. There are two laundromats in town operated by Jane.

This is definitely my go to laundromat in Longmont. There are always attendants. Lots of reasonable priced washing machines with different size options. The dryers are also pretty efficient. There is a restroom for customers. There are also plenty of tables available for folding.

The two times that I have been here it was not very crowded and always had good results with the washers and dryers and its usually not overly crowded so no waiting on machines

I always come here to do my laundry. The app helps so much with doing laundry if you dont want to use quarters, plus it keeps track of the time! The staff is always very friendly too; highly recommended! ☺️

The sticker machine here got me for 50 cents, and then when I asked the attendant she wouldnt give me a refund and stated that thats not their sticker machine. I want my refund give me a call send me a message.

I arrived at 8:54pm to pick up my last load and the lady decided to close early. I got my clothes but she made me wait outside like a dog lol. Id like to reiterate, they werent supposed to be closed. Also the recent price increase and new staff are making me consider somewhere else nearby (or further) to do laundry.

Pretty good spot to kill a couple hours and do some laundry. The whole facility is very clean. There are change machines, food and drink vending machines, laundry soap vending machines, a couple arcade games and a washroom.I prefer top loading washers, here they are a steal at $2 a load and the tubs are pretty deep. The dryers are also a deal, at 7 minutes for $0.25.

Went there on Saturday morning, first customer of the day. Met at the door by the hardest working woman in Longmont.Such great customer support. The business is great. Clean, lots of machines, lots of room to fold clothes, nice carts. The best is, the washers and dryers took credit cards. Thank you for all your help.

This is by far the best laundromat Ive ever used. I will only ever come to this one now. They have made so many great additions. They have 2 very very large washers that hold up to about 6-8 loads of laundry. Its amazing and definitely a Time saver.

They are nice but that doesn’t make up for ruining garments, forgetting to give you back parts of your order, and being expensive.

Very helpful staff And reasonably priced self serve machines. You can also drop off your laundry if you want and they will wash dry and fold it then give it back within a 24 hour period. Its $1.50 per pound minimum 10 pounds. An average size load is about ten pounds. Works great for single dads!

Gave up on the Lyons Laundromat and tried here. What a delight! Many machines. Everything is immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will return!

Very clean place with plenty of units for use. The only thing is how much it costs to use the newer high-efficiency washers. Kinda steep. Not a deal breaker, though. They do have cheaper, normal, home style washers as well. Had a great radio station on the whole time and the lady working was very nice. I will be back for sure.

Clean and big machines. The people who work there are really nice and helpful. This is where I always take my big comforters and blankets.

They were willing to talk with us and work something out but thankfully someone brought back all our clothes no harm no foul she even called in to check up on us to make sure everything was taken care of and will be doing more launder their from know on

This place is clean which is the number one thing I look for in a laundromat. The staff are helpful and friendly and they have plenty of folding tables and rolling baskets to use. Bonus.. They play good music.

The dryers dont quite work perfectly but its cheap enough and pretty clean. I like that they have a little corner of childrens books, thats a nice touch.

Excellent place to do your clothes however the rep named Danielle was quite rude to me when I asked her about checking an issue that happened when I swiped my credit card for the dryer to make sure I was not overcharged. She abruptly told me she couldn’t check how much it was charged, and told me how to swipe my card with an attitude, after I told her I had already got it to work first swipe doing it the opposite way she told me. I told her to not be mean and she told me she will get an attitude and rather lose her job than to be nice to me and any customer in general that has an issue she can’t solve. This tells me she has no patience nor listening skills or simple customer service. Rather get an attitude and lose their job rather than trying to solve a simple problem? Very inappropriate.Edit owner apologized and explained what was happening so changing my rating to 4 stars.

Triple load washers were $2.75 and left my clothes really damp, dryers are $0.25 for five minutes. I did 5 wuarters and my pants were still pretty damp not going back.

Super clean and great staff. Many of the dryers are in poor shape for delicates so be sure to inspect them before using. They would get 5 stars if the dryers were in better shape. Some of the mid sized washers had controller issues and had to run a load twice but the staff took care of the cost of the 2nd run. Still one of the best places I’ve ever gone to. I come here from Boulder because a clean laundry mat is important to me. All the staff and even the customers I’ve encountered are very polite here.

I actually have always loved soapy Janes. I always go there to do laundry and sometimes pay for the awesome folding/wash service. Ive been going there for several years. It has always been a great experience. But they hired a new blonde lady that I dont know and she was VERY rude to me and yelled at me twice. Because of this I probably will not return. Sorry soapy Janes!

I was in on Sunday and all the small washing machine were out of order 2 of the median machines were out of order and 1 of the large machines was out of order. 5 dryers were also out of order. The proces are good but a large part of the machines did not work . Good thing it was not busy that day. Staff is very friendlyI gave them a try agian today and mist of the drivers did n9t work. Last time I will go to this place

Crowded sometimes, get here early.Normal prices 4.50$ for a load and like .25 cents for 5 min on the dryer. Pretty clean . It’s Colorado so your normal Colorado people.

Friendly staff, not many customers during early hours. Would be better if they had a dropoff window to avoid carrying laundry in and going in.

This was a poor experience, at best.To start off, 2 of my washers did not soap up or wash,,, so I had to wait the full cycle to rewash?!The dryers are aweful,,, 2 kept taking quarters and not giving time,,, the other two stopped short,,, and after 20 minutes, even my small loads were still very wet!I only came here because Longmont laundry closed😟Never again.

EDIT: this happened awhile ago I just kept forgetting to edit the review . I had an issue with lost clothes and it was resolved in a timely and proffessional manner and even received a free wash . I was very pleased with the service and other than the resolved issue. I have had a great experience having my clothes washed here . Great place and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

I do not recommend this place. My reason being is because their machines suck! I just got back from there because I had to stay until close because my clothes werent completely dry and after spending 5 bucks for one dryer and drying on high heat, you would think they would be dry right? Wrong! So now Im having to hang everything up to air dry so my clothes dont mildew. I will not go back to this place. I would rather go back to the laundromat I normally go to which is main st laundry off of 21st and main. Their equipment actually works and you dont have to spend as much money to get your clothes dry.

Some kind of stains got on all over my pricy mattress cover from the dryer and it was not possible to see because the stains were coming from the below of the holes. I contacted the owner per employee’s recommendation, but the owner never return my phone call or email.I will never come back here again.Bad service and bad responsible owner :(
