I suffer from stage 3 emphysema. Meaning I have trouble breathing under any circumstance.The manager yelled at me across the laundromat that I had to put a mask on. I explained I had a medical condition that prohibited me wearing one and was told I dont care, you have to leaveI was only done washing so I walked out to my truck, retrieved a mask. Put my clothes in the dryer and patiently waited until it was done to retrieve my clothes. Took a picture of a member of the cleaning crew not wearing a mask,took his picture which is time dated and thanks to Google, its time and location stamped.No compassion from the manager, Christine....Never giving them my business again. Considering a discrimination lawsuit

This is my second time here and both times Ive had dryers stop working. My first visit it was one. This visit it was two.

There’s a ton of very well kept and fully functional machines and the attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole place is really clean too. I actually thought I had left my credit card there accidentally and it was after they had already closed but the guy working there who was cleaning up and closing actually unlocked the door for me and let me in to look for it. When I couldn’t find it, he took down my number and said he would call me if he found it. I ended up finding it later in my car but he was really helpful when I needed it. Thanks man! You guys are great! And I really appreciate the help!

What I like about this establishment is that its very clean and resonabley fair priced, also its nice to go in and not have to wait to do your laundry because its busy. There is always a machine open.... love that!!

Yesterday I went to do some laundry and the guy there told me that I wasnt Allowed to use the washers because it was almost 8pm (it was 7:50) .. I told them that 1.10 hours it was enough time to finish everything I had to do .. but clearly he wan it to go home early

Use at you own risk. This is a well equipped do it yourself laundromat. On the weekends there is no attendant, detergent dispenser took my cash, dropped a buck and a half into a dryer that didnt tumble (interestingly it did heat up). If youre hip to the whole laundromat gig (think dive bar, not in the pejorative sense)), this place was solid, if you expect a seamless experience perhaps you should look elsewhere

I was leery of the bad reviews, but this place seems to have changed owners or something. Very handy credit card swipe, no need for quarters (some machines require them, but the bigger loaders have a card function... 6.50 for a 7 loader is a fantastic deal. And the bigger dryers are 50 cents for 9 minutes, which is slightly better than the 8 minutes at other local places. Pretty new machines, very friendly staff. I was right to give this place a try, very nice people and quiet place to do laundry.

As a trucker Im constantly doing laundry all over different states. Im was very pleased with this place. Very clean and affordable. The attendant was awesome. Great location to Bob tail to. Definitely worth the trip in. Thank you!

Worst experience ever!!! Staff is very rude! Exspecially the one with two daughters working with her. I had my clothes in the washer at 6:15, 8:00 they locked the door turned the lights off and told me too get out. Mind you I am folding clothes as fast as I can as they yelled at me. I finally gave in asked for a trash bag to just throw the rest of my clothes in. They told me too bad not my problem!!! in very broken English. I told them then I would need to finish folding my clothes even offered to buy a bag so I could get out. The old woman kept saying not my problem, but it clearly was her problem she wanted me to leave and I was giving her an option so I could leave. Costumer service has gone out the door this woman is also teaching the younger generation how to treat people. I will be calling the owner if nothing is done I will not be going back. I also had the same problem with being over charged on my credit card.

This is the GO TO place for dropping off laundry, and very affordable. Really fun staff who are prone to little pranks! (Im sorry sir, but our machine destroyed your blankets).

Best laundry mat in Longmont!! The machines are well maintained, and clean. The attendants have always been smiling, and willing to help. In fact, I see them become friends with customers, and have catch up convos over weekend laundry. Really great place to have to do chores.

If your sign on your doors says you close at 9 I expect 9 not 8 oclock just because Google says 8 and your doors says different maybe the owner needs to update his laundry mat. Also your workers are rude and has no customer service experiences.

Used to love this place, until I realized every time I run my credit card through their machine for $6.50 it holds $15 for over a week now.. still dont have my $60! When I call to ask for the owner 4 times the grouchy lady refuses stating only how can I help you? She wont let me speak to the owner! She says its my banks fault! Not to mention she gripes at me every time I go there. You slammed the dryer door!, you will get a ticket for parking there!, you cant bring new $10 dollar bills in. The change machine wont take them, I didnt see the machine take your money so I cant refund you, the machine is stuck, you have to move your laundry to a new one, sorry about the soap, fabric softener you put in the now dead machine, I moved your laundry to a basket because the washer ended 2 minutes agoWhy? Ive never been to a laundromat where they dictate which machine we use or have I been to a laundromat where the staff were so unfriendly and hovered over our shoulders with every move.

I dropped my laundry off and came back to find my washer load stopped by the staff.I asked what happened and had the owner get in my face about having left a small bolt in my pocket for the wash.Apparently this could have destroyed the washing machine... weird how that’s never happened in the 20 years I’ve been doing my laundry.Owner was rude, and commented how I was lucky he was letting me finish my wash and not double charging me. After the whole ordeal I just loaded my sopping wet clothes into the car and took my business elsewhere.Won’t ever go back!

This laundromat is literally the best one Ive been to since I moved to Longmont. I have been going there for about a year now and have gotten to know the staff. Lol its just a great place very friendly and helpful workers. Their machines are always in good Working condition and the place is always clean. Also their prices are very reasonable. I shall continue to go here for as long as I live in Longmont. :)

Had been doing our Landry here for yrs. (Even befor the remodel) there is one laidy that i cant stand that works there. She is rude, snobby, mean and racist. Alway seam to have problems when shes there. Once she shut my washed off cus she herd a clicking sound in it, was the zipper to one of my shirts and i had to pay to rewash my clothes. The older laidy though is so amazing, frendly and sweet and have never had a problem. Always like seeing her pretty smile. I have watched the prices go up and feel they are to expansive, so we took some money and got a washer and dryer and it will pay off in the long run.

Was in there last night, put my clothes in the dryer at 7pm, had to run some errands and got back at 7:45 thinking I had time to pull my clothes out and fold, but when I pulled up all the lights were out and they were about to lock up with my clothes inside a running dryer. Luckely they let me in, but were very rude and told me if no one is inside of the building we go home early. We wanted to leave at 7:30, but waited 10 minutes. You didnt know that?. I asked why the sign says they close at 8 if they leave when ever they want while peoples clothes are almost done inside a running dryer? The reply was well you werent here so we were going to leave. Nice laundry except for machine 21 didnt spin all the water out of my cloths and when I said something they said it was because I used to much soap I even squessed water out of my shirt and they still said it was because of to much soap and the standing water inside of the machine was because of to much soap, that a bunch of b.s. Ive been doing laundry longer then they have been alive, never again will I come here.P.s. 7 minutes for a quarter and the last minute is a cool down.Update I used another machine 2 down from #21 same amount of cloths same amount of laundry detergent and when it was finished no standing water in the machine, the cloths were wrung out Im wondering why to much soap didnt have the same results and that is because the attendent doesnt know her ass from a hole in the ground. This place has brand new electro- lux washers and dryers. Its awesome you can do one load up to every blanket you own at one time.

The worst experience Ive ever had in my life. I was blamed for the handle not locking/unlocking and was told that I would have to re-pay to run the machine again since it was my fault. Mind you, this was not a $2 machine, it was the $8 machine. Then she wanted my name, address, and phone number so it could be reported. This happening all while she is talking about me to the other attendant. Ladies, some white people speak other languages! If there was any chance I might have jammed the handle, I would quietly move along, but I was being gentle. The machine was not broken and they fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I would stay away from this establishment at all costs.

Arrived first thing in the morning to wash a comforter. Put one quarter in machine. It didnt register. Put a second in and it did register. Asked attendent for the quarter back. She told me to go to another machine. I told her I could not, that my detergent, etc., was in machine. She told me machine would give me the money back. I tried again. It did not. She refused to give me the quarter. Through it all, it was clear she did not want to be bothered. She was grouchy and rude. Yes, all over a quarter. I will not be using this location for any of my special laundry needs going forward.

Went to wash my clothes, mission accomplished.

Nicest Laundromat in Longmont, bar none! Always clean and ready for use. They always have an attendant on duty for questions. The review below me is crap. I have been going for a year and never seen a unit not work! Obviously this person hasnt been to any other Longmont laundromats. No TV but thats no biggie Im a product of the 80s where we played outside and didnt need TV lol.

Worst service ive ever recieved! NEVER GO THERE! Extremely overpriced! The attendent working there was extremely rude to customers. She likes to lock the doors 3 hours early to prevent the possibility of her having to work a minute over, despite customers still being there. Then proceeding to be nasty and rude when you ask her to unlock the door to get your own laundry. I was also over charged on my credit card twice as much as was displayed. I recommend using the laundry service on coffman st or the the laundry service in Lyons.

I have been bring 80$ a week laundry here for about 5 months. Last visit I came and when I got home all of my white laundry was died pink. I asked if there was anything to be done about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Ruined about 500$ of clothes and cant even comp some cleanings or anything.
