Family owned and operated. So yes its a little slower pace then a bigger cooperation. They rarely answer on the first call but I leave a detailed message and my needs always get filled.

Between my wife and I we have called 3 times to get prices on residential garbage service. The women we spoke to was unable to find out if they service our street and promised a call-back each time. Never received a call back. During our conversations, we informed her that some of our neighbors use them and we see the trucks every Monday.

We have used G & M Disposal since buying our home in north Longmont in 2001. The drivers are careful, sometimes funny and very considerate... even once, when we were both too ill to care, they came to the back door and took the cart out to the street themselves. I would recommend this service to anyone having the need ie. living in unincorporated Boulder County.

They do not answer their phone. But service is good, reliable and reasonably priced.
