The Savage location had to reminded me of why I quit going here in the first place, no sense of urgency, leaving teammates down for not helping out when it was busy. Checked in online, showed up when the app said I was next in line and when checking in in store I was put on the back of the line, took four other people before me. It was a 90 min wait in the first place, another 25 min in store.

Great experience at this location. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. My stylist (Patti) did a great job. Super friendly and engaging. Also really conscientious about covid protocols.

Jessica cut my hair. She was a pleasure to talk to. And she did a fantastic job had a pep in my step the rest of the day highly recommend her and I usually hate talking while getting my hair cut

Amazing staff. Incredible co workers! My sons autistic and he fell asleep with her working on his hair. Mind you it wasnt small thing. Major haircut for school and hes so in love! And they did incredible with my youngest! HIGHLY recommend!!

This is my go-to place for a hair cut. I have never walked out disappointed.Everyone here is top notch.You may have to wait awhile but it is always worth it and if you schedule online and go across the street to Theresas for a drink it works out about perfect to walk right in when you are at the top of the list.

Im very picky about where I get my haircut. And usually the last place Ill go to is a fantastic Sams OR a sports clips or great clips. Stuff like that I usually stay away from. I have my reasons. But its really close to my house. Like VERY. So I thought Id give it a whirl, and I was lucky and blessed enough to get Jessica. Shes incredible. And great conversation as well. Shes a 10. All around. I highly suggest going to Jessica to get cut, and I tip her nicely cuz she deserves it, I hope yall do the same, ESPECIALLY during these times when they were out of work and since they come back they can only take so many customers a day, so their incomes have dropped. Its up to US to make them even AGAIN. They serve us, its the least we can do to look good for the next at least 3 weeks!!!

Desi is the best, shes been my stylist for over 5 years. Cheryl and the team up there are top notch. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a MVP asap.

I used to love getting my haircut here. Theyd listen to what I wanted and cut it phenomenally. I went there yesterday, and not only was what I wanted completely ignored, but they simply did what was in record for my previous hair cut. As a 17 year old, youd think theyd understand how important looks are in highschool. Im not going to be wearing a hat for the next two weeks until it appears I have hair on my head. Im not coming back here.

I accidently signed in to the wrong location... I showed up and due to luck and awesome service I was able to sit right down. My stylist was great! Fun conversations and she did an excellent job with my hair cut!

Online check- in is worthless. I checked in from home and it showed 39 minute wait. Drove to store and it then showed 50 minute wait.

I walked into the shop at 7:00 PM, the store closes at 8:00 PM. There was 3 people working and only 1 cutting hair, the other 2 were cleaning up after previous customers. Two people were in the waiting room which based on the fact that the 2 employees were cleaning their stations were about to sit down in the chair. While entering my information into the system I was confronted by the store manager and was told that they were no longer taking appointments due to the fact that their current work load was going to take them past 8:00 PM. One of two things is going on here. Either Sports Clips employees are sub-par and 3 employees are unable to manage 3-1/2 hair cuts in an hour or their customer service is terrible. Seeing as I have received hair cuts from all 3 of the employees before I lean toward their customer service is terrible. It was clear all they wanted to do was close the doors early. Sports Clips just lost a customer.

I always get a great cut here and at a decent price. The MVP got total treatment is great to. Cheryl runs a tight shop and the staff really respects her.

Do a great job of cutting hair and the workers are all pretty friendly... Sometimes there is a long wait but besides that Its my favorite spot to go.

Done. Never going back and suggest others give up as well. Checking in deal is a joke. You will still wait. The social program is more what is “happening” than haircuts. Used to feel it was a neat concept and was willing to pay and tip well. One word. Done. Always an hour wait or close. Less talk more haircuts.Try other salons in the area. You will be less frustrated in the long run.

I have been coming here for close to 2 years and will be taking my business elsewhere in future. The wait times are consistently over an hour, I dont think I have ever waited less than 30 minutes even checking in online. I have tolerated this since its walking distance to my house but after receiving quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever received 2 days ago and waiting an hour and a half to get it fixed today I am done.

This place used to be good. They take there time here and have no rush of urgency. The screen says 20 minutes till cut. Well 45 minutes me and my son left. 2 stylists and 1 decides to take a break with 7 people waiting still. My son could have swept that floor faster than these ladies. Very dissatisfied with the service today. Talk I about unhappy people at there jobs. We always went there for his cut, never again.

Walked in looking for a haircut and was greeted very nicely by a stylist named Viet! He was very delicate with my hair and did a fantastic job with making my hair and overall experience perfect!! By far the best haircut salon I’ve ever been to. Recommend: ask for Viet when you come !

Worst haircut of my life. They buzzed me down to nothing before I had a chance to say anything. The notes in the past say I prefer a scissors cut. Before I know it I get a clipper at what must be the second lowest settings. Do not go here! This the second time they have done something like this. Last time they shaved my eyebrows off. So much for second chances.

Cant stand going to a place 3 times in one week to find over and hour and a half wait time....only two stylists working with the rest of the chairs open. Very disappointing because the service isnt bad but if its inaccessible then whats the point. Ive changed to a barber shop.

First time at this location, she said I could get a free mvp upgrade, then at the end charged me $7 additional for it. Complained and no response from manager. Wouldn’t have gotten an mvp, that massager isn’t worth, but the triple play would be with the hair wash.

I call this place 30mins before closing, and I Ask if they can fit me in. Brittany said they can. I ask her if she is sure so that I don’t waste my time driving there. She said I’ll have to wait but they can. I just needed a tapper on the sides not a full cut(My hair is braided) I arrive about 7:35( They close a 8). When I go inside Dessi told they can not take me. I explain to her that I just was on the phone with Brittany and she said she can. I also told her I needed this cut for my performance the following day, and that didn’t matter..... I’ve gotten a haircut here a few times, and they’re okay for what I need, and I always encourage dessi when she cuts me, because sometimes she seems unsure, And still getting out on a Friday night was more important than helping a customer, and a customer who was told they would be helped at that. They lost me, and from the reviews I’m not the only one. They’d get more heads done with less chit chat and more cutting, and I’d probably wouldn’t be writing this review. Highly disappointed .

Great stylists here! The online pre-sign in system is a little clunky to use but once you figure out how to use it youll save alot of time you would of wasted waiting for a hair cut.
