I love them. Been going there for years.

First off I will start with the whole time while getting my nails done the lady was on the phone answering face time calls and would go as far as stopping to do my nails to continue her phone call conversation. Secondly their tools are not clean and were just pulled out of a box. They took on a new customer and used the exact same tools . Last thing is the lady doing my nails was jumping back and forth with another customer that had just walked in not finishing me first before taking on a new client. I would not recommend this place I paid way to much for this unsanitary and unprofessional service.

Small lot...as in 10 spaces or less. Havent had to wait more than 20 min for service. Nice selection of polish. Dont have matching polish for all gel colors so they find the closest match...not ideal, but they do match them pretty well. Offers green tea or water during your service. Has cashback option to leave tip which is a nice new feature. Prices are reasonable. Havent had a bad experience...been coming here for a little over a year now.

My opinion is they are about the best around! Have gone there for years.

I decided to stop by one day as its pretty close to where I live and I still hadnt found my go to nail salon so I was still trying out new places. The people there were nice but when it came down to the nails they werent so good there. Ive seen them do beautiful nails on other people but my experience just wasnt so great. I noticed that the nails werent even from the top. As for the nail polish the color wasnt even either there were spots that were dark while others were lighter. The nail polish wasnt applied well. I was in a hurry because I had a party to go to and didnt have time to get it fixed. It was a mess.

I came from NY and needed a quick touch up so i got a bikini wax and polish change. They were very accommodating and super nice. The wax took a little longer than usual but only because she was a perfectionist which i appreciated :) Id go there again!

I have been here several times. I dont need to request the same tech. They all seem pretty skilled. I would have given 5 🌟 s but I asked the tech to remove my eyebrow greys when she waxed me and I still have at least 4 clearly visible ones left. This place is good for the most part. They are now offering green tea when your getting your services. Thats a nice touch!9

I love this place. They are always courteous and professional. They actually care about the health of my nails opposed to simply focusing on designs. They dont pressure you to buy additional services that you dont need. My preferred Nail Technician is Monica, she knows exactly what my nails need and always does an excellent job. JB, the owner, is always smiling and has a very warm demeanor, he offers green tea or water to every customer during every visit.

It was ok. I paid for callus remover and rhe manicurist did the bare minimum. I asked for my nails to be trimmed a little and she took my entire nail. I left with visible cuticle still showing on my hands and toes. I was very disappointed in my first mani pedi in 3 months.

Dont go to this place unless you have an appointment. They wont tell you how long the wait is which is the worst part. They just say soon, Which isnt the answering the question. This was the second time but the excuse this time was I chose gel, so they had to go to lunch first. What bs lol. I didnt choose gel and thought I had heard everything. But really? My time is valuable I wont be back.

Had to give them a try because they are so close to my house. Very polite - the customer service was great! Great pedicure too, good massage, and price. By far the most comfortable chair. So Clean! Relaxing and quiet. My only issue is that someone (I think another employee) was watching something without headphones, but thats a pet peeve no matter where I am. Lol. I will definitely be back. One of the best nail places Ive been to!

Went in Tuesday with my daughter to get manicures. My daughter got gel and her nails look great. I got dip powder and by Thursday it was crackers and the top coat was peeling. Won’t be going back.

My go to nail place when I need to get pampered and David is amazing when it comes to any style in nails youre looking for. The service is great, prices are affordable and the hospitality is amazing. Definitely recommend this place if youre in or around the LB area.Update: Hey everyone this is definitely still my go to place, only difference is David no longer works there. Ive been doing my nails with Vivian ever since and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Highly recommend asking for her!

They were open late and were able to take me as a walk-in, I appreciated that. However, several of the staff were walking around barefoot and my nail tech did not do a very good job. I tried not to be rude, but I asked her to reshape them and file them evenly at least 3 times. I pointed out the problem areas to try to get the point across but finally just gave up. The gel polish also came out uneven, and one nail had the polish *peel off* after 3 days. This has never happened to me before. I left unhappy with my acrylics and ended up filing my nails when I got home. After the polish peeled off of one nail, it lifted from others and I just removed the polish. I dont recommend going here

This was my first time at this salon. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Lily did my manicure and she was great! Really nice and paid attention to details. Unfortunately Kim did my pedicure. Since this was my first time at this salon I did not know that it’s normal for two different people to work on you. The salon is not the cleanest and I did not see them disinfect the pedicure bowls or tools in between customers. Kim seemed annoyed to be working and barely massaged or scrubbed my feet. I politely asked for a little more pressure and she said something to Lily in Vietnamese and continued with a terrible attitude. When Kim was done she got up and started working on someone else.If you are pressed for time due to an event, and don’t care about cleanliness or customer service then I would recommend this place as a last resort.

They did a good job, and fast! 1 working on my mani and the other working on my pedi, at the same time. Could have been a 5, but nothing offered to drink and my left foot was cut on the bottom? And I have a rash on my eyebrows, where she waxed them? Also charged 28 dollars for the pedi and then an extra 25 for gel polishing my toes?

Monica is soooo good! She is the one that usually does my gel mani, full sets, and pedicures. Update......So Monica is no longer there but B has become my new go to. She does a great job.

The staff was very polite, they were very patient and brought me water with out me even having to ask. This was my first time there but I would definitely go again and I definitely recommend this place.

I have been here several times and was reasonably happy with their services however today was SO Disappointing . The pedicure girl did a quick job and did not do a decent job. Was just checking my toes and the nails are rough and not filed smooth. The girl who started my gel fill cut my thumb nail to shorten and cut it so obviously with one side way short and this nail when she tried to straighten it out was noticeably shorter that the other thimb nail. When I brought it to her attention so she could have fixed it, she argued with me. When I called her on it, she started talking in Vietnamese to another girl who came over to finish.You have to know me...I dont usuallyComplain...especially on social media but this was the worst my nails have ever looked.Wont be back.

I came as soon as they opened. It was a very relaxing experience. They played Relaxtion music,massage was very good ($10 for 10 mins (thats extra)), and had some c.f. green tea. The pedicure does come with short massage. There is WiFi as well.

J B Nails is within walking distance from my home. Plus have my favorite person for my pedicure (oh my). Plus I can phone in schedule my appt in advance. Prices arent bad.😁

Ive been going to this place religiously for months and always spend 60-75$ and today I went in for a nail fix. The lady argued with me about the color and when all was done it was the wrong color. She never bothered to ask what it was. I knew the color but she took it upon herself to do it. Now I have one different color and oddly shaped nail. I wil not come back to jb nails. You lost a loyal customer today.
