Seek and you shall find! I moved to Rancho Cucamonga and visited 6 nail salons and not one of them gave me what I needed! Let me say the drive was well worth it! I’m so happy that I finally found my nail salon home!!

Horrible. She made me bleed. Hurt me, Im still in pain. The paint job and clean up are a hot mess. So disappointing. I cant believe that I paid for this s**t.

Covid-19 review. Ive been here before covid-19 and really wasnt too impressed and thought it was overpriced. I didnt feel that my normal nail shop was taking the proper precautions when they reopened so I searched for a shop that I would feel safe in. After calling and driving in front of several shops (watching them answer the phone from my car while I asked questions) I felt pearl nail would be safe. I FELT SAFE AT ALL TIMES DURING MY APPOINTMENT. You have to make an appointment, no walk-ins They take your temp at the door. You have to fill out a form acknowledging you dont have each symptom separately while providing your DL# & cell phone #for contact tracing in case there is any cases for tracing and tracking (this helps to keep it from spreading and a necessary step so many are skipping). They have you use sanitizer at the door (there are bottles of sanitizer at each station and throughout the entire shop). There were only 3 customers max while I was there and masks are required by all not just the employees. It was worth the extra money to feel safe and they did a better job then before. Maybe because you cant get your hands and feet done at the same time. I never liked that anyway because they contort you for their convenience to service as many clients as they could so I welcomed that change anyway! I felt so safe I made an appointment for a friends in the susceptible group and she felt safe too! GREAT JOB PEARL NAILS SETTING THE EXAMPLE!!!!!

This is the best nail spa I have ever been too. My nail technician Mai is the best. She is beautiful with a great smile and I can tell that she loves her job. Kevin did a great job on my nails too and had jokes to make us laugh. My feet looks good and my legs feels so relaxed from the hot lotion massage. They serve you one complimentary drank and the chairs are so relaxing with massagers on them. The owner is the sweetest for giving me a rose for Mother’s Day. The ambience and energy is relaxing and positive. They really know how to treat their customers. I recommend everyone to support these business. You will be happy you came in and treated yourself.

Came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was okay, nothing special. The polish colour was diluted with a solution to stretch it out so not surprised the pedicure didnt last as long as any other pedicure Ive gotten done in my life. However, I will say the woman who did my pedicure was friendly. The man (Kevin, I think that was his name) doing my manicure seemed rushed and wasnt very attentive. The most upsetting part was the feel of my nails walking out of the nail salon. I knew something seemed off as it wasnt hard but rubbery. Less than 2 days later, the gel polish was peeling off like regular polish. I frequently get gel manicures and I have never experienced this type of peeling. I got my nails done right before flying out to go on holiday so it was quite frustrating to have to get them redone so soon after (2 days later). The quality of polish and services were disappointing. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Instead of shaping & triming my eyebrows, she removed them! Im 63 yrs old with no eyebrows now! When they do grow back theyll be completely grey!

I have been going here for about 4 months now. My first few times the service was great. Kevin does my nails. I never really had an issue until now. If I’m paying my money I expect my nails to come out how I want them. Lately he has been doing rushed jobs. His paint job is very sloppy. When he do his fills he doesn’t fill on the side of the nails so you can only image how it looks. He haven’t been shaping the nail correctly. It’s not that he’s rushing because nobody be in the shop and most of the time I’ll have an appointment. He’s always burning me when drilling and when I tell him all he say is relax your hand. It’s like he don’t care. He does the manager nails and her nails is always flawless. But somehow my nails come out a hot mess. When I try to explain it to him he goes against everything I say. I’m pretty sure I’m not the one who has this problem. Also, when I come I am always given a different price. They don’t even have their prices up for their nails. Which is odd. They are very expensive for wack service they are giving. Just be aware of this shop and most importantly if you go to Kevin just make sure you get the service you want and don’t let him tell you other.

I really enjoy my visit at Pearl Nails. Very professional, and welcoming! Kim, who recently joined the salon was very sweet. She gave me Perrrrfect pedicure. The owners always friendly and she gave me a great gel manicure. I love the hot peach tea!

It was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Theresa and Helen and they both did an amazing job. My acrylic nail set is the best Ive ever had.

My mother and I have been going here for several years, and even throughout multiple owner and staff changes have stayed loyal, unfortunately the most recent owner and management change has really turned the service of this establishment into a different place. The staff is not friendly and kind, service is not consistent and reliable, and we have had some instances of very rude behavior. After years of only going to Pearl Nail we have decided to find a new place.

I went to Pearl nails based on a friends rec. Place was nice and clean. I had a pedicure and manicure. My nail tech was Hanna. She was nice but very rushed. I had brought my daughter and was getting her settled in (ipad on) and several times she kept insisting I sit down right away. Also she cut the massage short. She did a poor job painting-streaks could be seen on the lighter color. I had even called earlier and spoken to a man and asked I would like someone detail oriented. With my manicure, I was debating to put on clear or leave it. She said better to leave it. She clearly was super rushed. Finally when I went to pay for my services, the owner (Im assuming shes the owner or manager) did not engage me, smile, nor ask how the services were. I ended up paying $50 for poor quality and poor service. I will never go back! Heres a pic of my left big toe.

I love everything about Pearl Nail Spa. The way this nail salon caters to their guest is unmatched. The attention to detail and the passion of wanting their Customer’s satisfied shows from the time you walk threw the door.

Pearl Nails is my favorite nail salon by far. They do great work and they pay attention to you not spend all their time talking to each other. I am always pleased with the way my nails look.

I’ve been coming here ever since My friend Danny told me about this place and referred me to his best nail tech Kevin, Well it’s been a couple of months and I’m still driving from La habra OC área to Long Beach atleast 2xs a month for my nails! And I love it the place is so clean and nice and the drinks Oman they’re delicious 😋 and the music while your there yea makes it a good place to go relax and have ur nails n toes done aft a long week of work💆🏼‍♀️🍹

The ladies at the nail salon was very mean . They rush me and my 3 daughters . They charge $5 to remove the gel to do a gel manicure. The worst part was my 5 year old daughter wanted her nails painted. The lady keep on grabbing my daughters arms real hard multiple times . Telling her not to move her hands . Made her marks on her hand . As soon as I walked into their place they treated my daughters like they was going to break and touch everything. Which they are not like that .This is not my nail shop, they was the only ones open . I will not go back there.
