Everyone was very friendly, great to do nails on hands and feet at the same time, the quality was great! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Helen does amazing eyebrows. Shes patient with her work and double checks that your eyebrows come out looking nice. Brian is also another amazing nail technician. He takes his time but your nails come out looking amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Everyone was so friendly and lovely. Helen and Tina did an amazing job. I hadnt had a manicure or pedicure in well over a year, so they had a real challenge. I left feeling great. And very reasonable pricing.

I was nervous to go after seeing some reviews but I went and I do not regret it. Bryan was an excellent nail tech and I will be returning to work with him. He was attentive and listened to all of my preferences. I wish I came here sooner. Thank you for a great experience.

I went There and got a regular pedicure. The pedicure itself took about 10 minutes and she rushed through the whole thing. My toes got infected and I called and they said to just soak it in salt water and it’llGo away. I dont Think they even clean the tools after each client since they were just going from client to client.

When I come here I usually just get my nails done by whom ever is available. The service is always great, the women are always friendly, but today the service was spot on. Helen took about a good hour in a half doing my nails and she even fixed one that had cracked, so that I wouldnt have to cut them.The number on these babies is No.3.

I came here for the first time on Sunday. It was 4:50pm when I walked in, only had to wait 5 mins and was told to sit with a lady named Mai. The service was awesome, they closed at 6, but the great part is that she didnt rush through it like other nail salons I been too. She nearly spent almost 2 hours doing my nails. I love how my nails came out and I will come back.

Don’t come here. They are a rip off. I called to ask them how much does it cost for a gel nail color on my natural nails. They told me 15 but when I showed up they charged me $20. And the color of the gel only lasted a couple of days . When gel color supposed to last at least a week. And no I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t see no drinking buddies. Now your just making up lies to cover for your bad service. I did make a appointment and waited like everyone else. There no good service don’t even waste your money here. Trust me 💯

The only place I go to get my hands & feet pampered. Helen is the absolute best!! I always leave feeling relaxed and beautiful! Everyone here is wonderful and make you feel beautiful & special 💅

Amazing experience! Came to get a pedicure with my mom for a cruise we were going on, they kept giving us the sweetest compliments and serving us drinks and made our feet feel so good. My moms feet never looked better the best they have looked in a long time. They had regulars coming in that they greeted with a smile and hugged and everyone just felt like a family. Will be coming back. Friendly, clean nail salon.

For the best experience and detailed attention, you want to make an appointment with Pam for your nails and Helen for your feet. My feet were not in the best state when I arrived but I left with a BIG smile on my face and feeling much better. These ladies are wonderful!!! Take time to book an appointment with them. You won’t regret it!!!

Came back to lower my review. My gel polish fell off in one clean piece on one of my fingers in leas than 24 hrs! Not coming here again.Place is clean and comfortable, but I chose an Orly color match gel and somehow ended up with different colors on my hands and feet, which makes me think they dont really use the products they are advertising. I pointed out to my manicure lady that the color was not right and she just disagreed and continued, but once my pedicure was done it was completely obvious that it is two different colors. My pedicure lady offered to repaint them but at this point I didnt have time or trust that it would match anyway.

Came in for a pedicure with my girlfriend. She has a manicure and pedicure along with a salt rub. All total near $100. They stayed an extra 30 minutes open for us after regular business hours. Great place except for one employee who refused to do my girlfriends nails. Second visit this individual seems to not want to do black peoples nails. Everyone else is a charm.

I love the people here they have never done a bad job, I have been going to them for years, and never go to any other place to get my nails or toes done, I would make a suggestion, make an appointment because they get busy, and are well liked! I have visited here three times and each time Ive had a different technician, all of them good. I like knowing without an appointment I can have my nails done for a fast, professional and reasonable price. Very nice atmosphere, as I said, walk-ins are welcome. Parking available both on the street and parking garage across the street.

Google helped me discover this gem. I was assisted quickly. They were kind be and professional. I didnt get the tech guys name but he literally did a perfect job. I highly recommend. Pricing was great and made giving a good tip comfortable.

Wanted to treat myself for my b-day. Needed gel polish removed and wanted them gelled again on my NATURAL nails that were quite long. The woman filed my nails as if they were acrylics, leaving deep file marks on my nails. When I realized what shed done, i cried, paid then left. Its now 4 mos later and you can still see the file marks. Dont let them touch your natural nails!

For 31$ Pedi and Mani I expect to get the heels of my feet scraped. That is the main part of a pedicure. 5$ Extra for my heels to be scraped.. I definitely will not be coming here again. #unsatisfied

Ok place, but do NOT get medium/long acrylic nails here they only last 3 days. The nails just snap off. & never did I said I wanted cheap nails. The owner is lying in the response rather than to review and take in consideration an honest review to improve her business. For that I am lowering my rate to 1 star

The negative reviews about bad customer service & quality here are accurate. Got a mani/pedi during my 1st visit, and the pedicurist cut the cuticle on the bottom left corner of my left big toe. It bled and was very painful. I reported it to the manager & requested I not be charged because she injured me. She only agreed to take $5 off because she claim she worked hard on me, and I’m taking money out of her pocket!My manicurist Pam did an ok job, and offered to take another $5 off the total since the manager wouldn’t budge. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Proceed at your own risk.

I had a seriously wonderful expereince at I Nails. I had the Bikini Wax from Tina, she is so special, she took her time, she explained everything, and made me feel confortable.The waxing did not take too long, and there was no pain, the feeling was actually quite good, the feeling of smooth clean skin, with NO hair, very nice.the lines are perfect, the look is wonderful.Tina did a great job. thank you I nails.

Worst customer service ever. Will never spend my money here again. If you gonna raise the prices then the customer service need to level up. I almost slipped on water on the floor and they made it seem like it was my fault that i almost fell. They are rude and disrespectful.

After reading the great reviews, I was excited to try this salon since its so close to my place. I got there at 10:45 on a Wed and asked for a pedicure. There was only one other customer getting her nails done. They sat me in a chair immediately, but no one came over to start until 11. The technician I was assigned kept stopping to check her phone, to talk to other customers and have conversations with her coworkers. I dont care if theyre gossiping, I just need her to multitask!The prices are reasonable, $35 for a deluxe pedicure, but I felt like other things were more important than the service I was paying for.Its also awkward they wax peoples faces and trim their nose hairs while theyre in the pedicure chair next to you...Its 12:22 and Im just now finished and waiting for my toes to dry. Ill try another salon for my next pedi.

I totally recommend Helen and Tom they are my go to every time I visit. You won’t be disappointed.

I made an appointment beforehand but when telling the woman at the front, she had no idea about it. I waited 30 minutes. The woman who did my manicure broke the glass on the nail polish bottle and continued to use it. I received a manicure and pedicure, both she did not file my nails. They were rough after and my fingers had paint all over them, paint not all the way to the cuticle either. I could have painted them myself and received the same results.

Sunday, today, I just got my Bikin Wax, from Tina, it was awesome.,even though the salon is crowed, the service is wonderful,This nail salon was packed, a lot of people., wow., I had to wait 30 minutes to sit down.The service is so good, people come from miles to get there wax done here like I did.the wax felt so good, I thought it would hurt, it did not. Tina did a great job.My boyfriemd said my skin is so softe that he kissed me for an hour., i like it.I will come back.I gave FOUR STAR becasue I did not make an appointment and I was a wlak in. NEXCT TIME i CALL FIRST. Tina was so gentle, nice Tina.the parking across the stree is good for two hours free, I like free parking.

Horrible job but it was too late to have them fix them. I asked for straight and medium length with rounded corners and while I was relaxing getting pedi and sitting the massage I looked up and saw the mess he made. They were short and they flared upwards and looked hideous.

Fair prices, Vietnamese team, friendly. 👍
