Since I was so busy at work I need a haircut so I walked in at Lanis hair salon the mgnt was very friendly and attentive as soon I came in my hair stylist named is Cindy, shes friendly and I like the way she cut my hair I will tell my friends to go see her.. It is okay. They did the job. Not much personality. What I liked about it is that they open early! Was in and out before 10:30.

They dont respect appointment times. I guess is youre a regular you get VIP treatment, otherwise youll have to wait till hell freezes or if there are no other customers.

They were great for haircuts. Fast with appointment and very friendly.

I only let Tony touch my hair because I’m really picky on how people cut my bangs! I got a lot of compliment with my layers and bangs. Now Kim, I’ve been going to her for years to do my nails. She knows my style and she lets me do whatever I choose too with colors, matte, or shiny, and I always love the outcome. Unfortunately, my sister and cousin were assigned with other ladies and they hate their nails... I’m always stuck going alone now 😔

Ive been coming to this place for years now since my Hair stylist move to Florida. I started taking my mother there and she loves it. Customer service and their workers are wonderful. My mom loves Elaine and Cindy styles mine. Both ladies are wonderful and they know exactly what I like and my mom likes.

Got hair highlights, nothing like I wanted it, despite pictures shown. Not even close.And to make things worse they way over charged for the bad work done.

Horrible job on my hair. It is so uneven! The girl tried to blame it on the fact that my hair color wasnt even going in. Well of course, thats why I need it dyed. Youre supposed to be a professional so figure it out! She made the roots light and the rest of my hair is dark. The lady who did my hair kept making comments about my race too, which I did not appreciate. She shouldnt assume what race I am. Wont be going back

I was trying to explain to Lisa that I only wanted a cleanning for my eye brawls wax n she said yes yes yes ok .Didnt even take the time to listen what my request was or to even finish my sentence.She left me like a chola with no eye brawl.It took me 2 months to grow it all over again.Go at ur own risk......

If I could give this salon ZERO stars I would. Completely ruined a simple haircut. RUINED. Do not go here, it’s a waste of money. They are horrible at haircuts. Horrible at nails and even worse at waxing eyebrows. Save your money and go somewhere else

I love how Tina and Jennifer do nails. I tried going somewhere else, but i always come back to them. I wont do them with anybody else. Lani the owner is a nice person, but very pushy.

Rude receptionist (or was that the manager??) It was my first time to go there with my 79-year old mother. The place was alright and the ladies who did our nails were quite good and friendly. Its the receptionist that was annoying!!! She was so rude!!! My mom has trouble walking and getting up from the chaIr but that woman kept on moving her to different chairs and was rushing us to get out of the salon while my mom was still fanning her nails to dry. Even one of the customers who was leaving at the same time as us noticed the rudeness!!! Geez!!

Bad service, they dont sterilize any tools and use them person to person! Now I know why I stopped going there! Today, I thought I would try them again. Waited about 2 hours but left with out getting anything done, after I saw how unsanitary it was someone had fungas!!!
