She rudley said she dont do my kind of nails

Sloppy work the nail technician left acrylic all over my fingers

This place is not that expensive, but is terrible service,they try to suck the most money out of you, like saying they charging you extra for filing you feet extra dry skin???...isnt why you are getting you pedicure in the first place? The place is too nasty.I dont even think they desinfect their tools. I asked the lady to use different tools on my manicure (clean ones not same she used on my feet..) But she said yes, but she did not care and used it same anyway even I repeated several times.not sure if she didnt understood because language limitation or she just dont care and do whaever she wants, she just kept doing it.and kept talking to her coworkers in her language. Most of the time you dont know if they talking about you in a good or bad way. Is kind of uncomfortable because while they talking they give you this uncomfortable stares. Anyway.. main thing is tools are not been sterilized.place is nasty. Customer service is bad just never going back there. I seriously dont recommend to anyone.

Love this place would be better if had spa chairs but love it!

Nails are good but the wait is eternity! bwas there for almost 2 hrs n all they were asking if i wanted a pedicure! i repeated no i want nails only n still no help

Worst decision I’ve ever made coming here.. very sloppy work and unreasonable prices for the work they do!! My nails are all broken off and I got them only week ago, keep in mind I don’t even work!! I don’t even know when and where most of them broke off..

Dont go here they use the same utensils on everybody without sterilization. Nasty dirty place and the restroom is out of order. Bad attitude & no respect.

The girl that does the eyebrows is awesome.

Not very clean at all. Dont clean up after using utensils on clients.

Nail work was good two days later I had to go back because they was loose and looks HORRIBLE they repaired then and less then a weed later the nail started popping off never will I go to them again the work and wait time for a empty shop is out of this world!

Got my gel nails done, the next day they started chipping .

Worst customer service ever! After 30 min. wait, the employee took in a client who had just walked in, she asked if it would be ok and EVEN AFTER she was told No, proceeded to do it! Never going back here.
