The business owner is unpolite and snobby. She told me the crystals werent available for the customers. Some of her chairs are not working properly. The gal there never did remove my nail polish. She just sanded the old nail polish off. They kept adding their services and kept adding more amount on my fee low key to make the tab go up, without saying anything. Their staff are polite even though they kept conversating in their language (that part is rude) as neither me or my mother in law speak their language. Who knows if they were saying rude remarks about us. Any, I wont be returning to this place ever!!

3 1/2 Stars. (Ive been looking for a new nailshop after my shop closed due to retirements.) Umm, the lady didnt remove the old nail polish for the manicure. She only filed it off. The nail edges are still a bit rough. The place was kind of loud. The service was quick, which was pretty good to me. My search will continue for a local quiet place.

Last week, Ann did my nails. She was so kind and generous! I followed her from the other shop to her, she did an amazing job on my nails and the outcome of it is really nice. Her tools were very clean and the place looked clean too. The service was good and the price was reasonable. I recommend coming here again as this was by far one of the best places Ive been so far.

I was a customer of theirs for 7 years (I emphasize on was). I’d go every 3 weeks for my gel mani & pedicure and my daughter would go in when she wanted a full set of acrylics and pedicure. We weren’t strangers to them and I never had a complaint about them until now. Two of my gel nails were lifting after three days so I went in and asked if they could fix it . I gave them my stamp card so they could see when I came in. Thy asked who did my nails I told them who it was and had me sit down and wait till she was done with her client (which I had no problem waiting ) She fixed my nails as fast as she could and never made eye contact with me and was talking under her breathe in Vietnamese. I had never gone in to have them fix anything before so I was kinda shocked how rude they were to me. I continued to go back and things weren’t the same. They were very rushed when they worked on me or had me wait. I wasn’t happy with their work either I finally had enough and left in October 2018. Is this the way they treat a loyal customer of 7 years over 2 lifting nails ? I think not. I sent many people there as well. So they lost my business and my friends that I had recommended as well I now go to Long Beach Market Place Nail & Spa their very nice and professional there

Very busy. But that just means that people like the place. So I picked up a color and once my lady was applying it it looked quite sheer but I didn’t want to ask for an extra coat. This lady had already tried to sell me other services so I didn’t feel comfortable asking for something else. The overall experience was good but waiting for my friends to finish one customer was very vocal about how they were quoted one price and then charged another and she was quite angry. So ALL of the employees began to SCREAM in another language and it was just an inappropriate thing to happen throughout the salon. Good prices but I don’t know if I would come back.

I love this full service nail salon. The salon has all new tables, chairs and foot bath massage chairs. The salon is always clean and the staff is bright and friendly. Discounts offered on Mondays and Tuesdays.

She gave me a hard time about being a few minutes late but said it in a nice way. LOL. Based on the result of my gel nails, she seems skilled and meticulous. Best of all, she was super friendly, fun to talk to, and seems pretty open and honest as well. Found the price to be slightly higher than most nail salons but not a big difference in price.Recommended. :)

I havent had a pedicure since June and my feet are rough enough I need to have one once a month they were able to get my feet smooth and pretty will definitely be back

Been coming here for 3 years. Awesome service, good prices. Make sure you get a stamp card ($10 off on your 10th visit). Lots of colors to choose from, but you can bring your own too (I think they give you a discount if you do). All the girls are very nice. They take their time with you and fix it if you dont it.

I spent over $100 getting service for my daughter and me. One week later one of my acrylic, gel nails fell off. I walked in to have it fixed and was treated very rudely. First, they sat me at a manicure table and then serviced 2 other clients that walked in after me. Then, after 15 min., they asked me who did my nails and made me point her out. Finally, she left the client she was working on and reluctantly fixed my nail. She wouldnt even look at or talk to me. Of course all the while, shes speaking in Veitnamise.

The worst pedicure ever. I have been here many times and i feel it just keeps getting worse. She had me put my feet in freezing water. I was done in about 15 minuyes a was never offered different packages of pedicures. Im really bummed because i used to love going there.

They messed up my big toe. I had an ingrown toenail they butchered my toe so badly that I must now go to a podiatrist to see if he can fix it. It is still hurting and bleeding over a month later.
