First off, Id like to say that Ive always loved this salon. Ive been doing business with them for almost seven years.Previously, they were at the Happy Nails down the street by the old Whole Foods down on PCH. Now they moved into this new location and with a new store, and I just find it awesome.The ownership and management make sure that youre taken care of there. They actually show that they care and they watch over their customers and the technicians, with that same charm that anybody would like when they come in to deal with a business.I believe that theres a lot of businesses that can learn a lot from their management style, and how they take the lead in making sure that everything is always done in the best quality. And they listen to both the compliments, and the advice accordingly.As a middle-aged man who happens to find it not always easy to walk into a salon, the only guy there with nothing but women, still at the same time they make it easy for me to feel comfortable in there.They have the best quality chairs that massage. The technicians always take their time and do a great job.Ive got used to almost all their packages. If I end up being in a hurry and I need to be out of there quickly, I make myself and my timing clear and they facilitate that. And Ive got the time for the full package when they do that, always delivering great service no matter what.Once again, as I stated Ive been doing business with them for almost seven years and Ill continue to use their services in the future. And Ive recommended them to several of my friends and family over the years and will continue to do so.Im giving them a legitimate five-stars because they deserve it; not only for the service, but the effort and care they put into running their business.Ive looked at some of the other reviews that are on here before I wrote this, and I just believe that when it comes down to communication and working with the management if they believe there is an issue just asking for the fact of what you want up front; Ive never seen them not be willing to take care of it.Once again, I highly recommend them for both men and women.Thank you very much.

Receptionist isnt very welcoming...Lingh did my pedicure and was awesome!! The person who did my manicure not so much... Dont think Id come again. I thought this place was vegan, when I called and asked if they used vegan and cruelty free products I was told yes. Guess you gotta ask for them..my bad

I made an appointment after a not so great experience at another nail spa... they were amazing, did the fills and fixed my broken nail....Did amazing and my go to place! I drive 30 min on the freeway to go to Holly and Hudson on Long Beach

Was walking through the mall with my friend and we were so pleasantly surprised that this place was open and taking walk ins! We had a great experience. Lin gave me a dip powder manicure that was the best I’ve ever had. The front desk woman was also very friendly. Thanks for the experience ladies!

The orange peel scrub with sliced oranges is what does it for me! Plus the amazing ladies that take their time and treat you like a queen!

Have gone here twice, the first time the lady doing my dip had never done it and tried to do a good job, but it just didnt stay even two weeks. This time I went and did my nails outside the team was working really hard and I appreciated their efforts with their setup during these crazy times, but my nails began to chip two days later... Its now been a week and 7/10 nails are chipped. I got dip and when the women didnt use the gel coat I asked why and she said it would last longer this way... This is false, apparently they cut corners and I just wasted my time, overall very disappointing.

I really liked my nails but the same day I got them done one broke. I went back to get it fixed and then the day after that a different one broke and the next day another one broke. I wont be going back because this is the only salon that this has happened to me at. Wasted 50+ bucks on nails that didn’t even last.

First time getting a pedicure. Absolutely fantastic experience. Kim did an awesome job, and everyone else there was super awesome too.
