The staff was nice and friendly. They ask you what you want, and dont bug you for more services. At least my lady didnt.I went twice; once on a Thursday around 5, and Friday around 3. Thursday wasnt too crowded, but Friday was. It almost took an hour to be seated.I was initially pleased with my French tip gel manicure, but it started to chip after only a day. Both times. My gel pedicure, however, has lasted 4 weeks. So, its a mixed experience. I wont go there for a gel manicure or wax anymore, but I will go for a gel pedicure.Also, its cash only, and they do not have an ATM on site.

My mom has been going there for years. The facility is clean and the people are friendly. The is reasonable.

Had an appointment at 6pm for a removal and full set. They left me in acetone for over an 1hr to the point where my hands were dry and cracking then she got annoyed with me for removing it because she was doing other peoples nails while she was supposed to be doing mine I left @ 7:30pm with not even my nails removed. They also don’t enforce masks for customers/workers w/ everyone crammed together. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Never had such poor hospitable service in my life. to leave a client looking like this you don’t even deserve a salon especially if you have no care for your clients time or money. Ps. Check their Yelp for pictures of my nails and how they left me.

This nail salon WAS my holly grail.. I lived in this salon but lately the quality and work has gone down hill.. this is the second time my GEL mani and pedi have chipped within a day or two. Im very disappointed. I will be looking for a new nail shop.

I’ve been going here for years with my mom and sister. They’re always nice and give great service. As picky as I am, they always accommodate and do a great job for a really amazing price. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails. They can be busy and there’s sometimes a wait but it’s worth it.

I have been patronizing this nail shop for years. Most of the times I am satisfied with the service. The prices are competitive and they finally expanded the space. It does get pretty busy so plan to be there for a minite if you are not an early bird.

Holly was always my go to girl for manicures and pedicures, but the owners wife have consistently been rude. I would be told to come at a certain time then when I get there she locks the door and tell me that they are done for the day and it wouldnt even be 6:00pm. So this is what I found out. If you complain or have an issue with your nails and or your feet the owner and staff will brand you as being a difficult customer, then they will begin to spread lies about you. For example, I had received on more than one occasion gel manicures from Holly, but one particular time in less than 3 days my nails started to chip. I returned back like normal in 2 weeks and told Holly about the nail chipping and asked if she could make them a little thicker the next time. I recall her going into her language talking to the owners wife, then the owner began to speak to me in regards to my issue, even though Holly can clearly speak and understand english for herself. So of course that was a red flag. After that visit I returned many times and thought everything was okay. Now mind you, I had been a faithful costumer for years, up until I complained then everything changed. Holly started acted funny with me but will still continue to accept all of my $7 and $8 dollar tips. Ultimately, Holly didnt want to provide services to me anymore but never told me and the wife of the shop starteddoing things to make it difficult to get an appointment with Holly. I soon found out that they are a very close group, and the moment you complain you are done for. The wife of the shop feels as though her staff cant do any wrong and she holds up for them even when you are not receiving the best service. As a Licensed Cosmetologist, I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated. Oh, I also found out that lies was being spead on me among the other workers, such as...Im supposed to have told people not to come to their nail shop and that I would tell people to go to one staff person but not another. Its so sad because that is not even my character. Ultimately, I left and have found someone else that is even better, and more professional. I will never tell anyone not to go or pay this nail salon a visit, Im just giving my opinion of disappointment after being a customer for so many years. So heres the bottom line...If you go, just never complain about a service that you are not happy with. Once you do, eventually they will brand you with lies and instead of telling you that they choose to not have you come back to their nail salon, the wife will start doing things to make sure you dont go back. So please, go at your own risk. As for me, Im done with this nail salon.

I came here for the first time and I love the prices, also the ladies work super fast which is good if youre in a hurry. I got a gel manicure and it was great! She even gave my fingers and arms a massage lol wish I could come here often but Im not from here. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Holly, Nan, and Kim are superstars. Very patient and provides excellent nail work.

I feel like every time I go they raise their prices, yet the service remains the same. I only went for their cheap prices and because its near my home, but if Im going to pay more I might as well go where my nails will last a whole month vs a week or 2.

I asked them to put my toe nails and my nails the same color they put them completely different colors plus they gave me one price and at the end of it all they doubled the price that they told us at first. Plus they rush through it and don’t really take their time. Overall a bad experience.

Terrible They have their regulars that somehow are always attended first. I just spent a hour waiting, was told 4 people in front of me. Yet somehow a total of 7 people were called before me.

Prices are ok. Service is ok. Sometimes the wait is long depending on what day you go. Like Thursday or Friday.

They did a HORRIBLE JOB. The acrylic was super bumpy, the nails looked super fake and the nail polish wad sloopy and there was gaps without any polish. When i asked the managet if she could fix it she gave me an attitude and ignored everything i said. After the fix my nails still looked horrible, just ended takinh them off.

They tell you a price and when it comes to paying it is a very different one, I dont know if I am more ashamed than they are, I paid them but I will not return. I dont complain if a place is expensive, but I think you decide whether to do it or not and they already overcharge you when the job is finished and badly done.
