Great manicure and pedicure. Had eyelash extentions this time and I love them. What a beautiful job Ninadid. They look so natural. Highly recommend them.
Getting an appointment was easy...they even took me early and I was able to add on a pedicure.
Made my finger bleed. Then pinched it with green liquid to “stop bleeding.”
Love this place, go here all the time!
Good service, attentive and neat
They are the best! Place is clean and following all the covid-19 precautions!
I dont get the bad reviews...?!?! I am also a hairstylist and in the business and I think this is by far the best nail salon in LB. Clean and modern, comfortable pedi chairs, awesome foot massage.I usually see Nina or Lisa and they are both fantastic, but anytime Ive popped in without an appointment and had to see someone else they were fine too. I love it! - Lisa A.
Rudest people ever. I am literally sitting here now where they charged me 56.00 for a pedicure with the wrong color. They refuse to put on a new color and are trying to charge me 10.00?? I have never heard where they matched the color wrong and are blaming me. They just lost 56.00 a week for 10.00 color change
It was okay I tried it once before the girl was nice enough they did make it easy choosing colors for nails and Petty 2 it was hot outside the air conditioner wasnt really doing well its a pretty place but it could use a good cleaning. Also they dont give the few minute neck massage so I kind of missed it I still tip the same but they could improve now I know why I havent been there in a while you got to keep trying back though hopefully go get with the summer program of quality service if theyre charging quality prices
Clean. Have recommended to friends several times. No more. 10:30 am on Monday, three women (including manager) filling bottles. I asked for a buff at same time as pedi to fit in wax and leg massage, more money for them, efficient for me. No x3 over and over. Just got the pedicure. You can count on nail polish bottles being color coordinated, dont count on customer first experience here. Open Mondays a plus.
Keep your customers with clean tools, amazing work and exceptional customer service... none of which this dive has.My first issue with them is they dont have disposable tool kits. I got over that issue since I used to use them as my back up nail place because they do a decent job at painting... until today. I went in for a gel mani and regular pedi but had gel on both areas to take off. I got my nails done and my gel off my toes and the owner rudely states they dont have time for my pedi, but can do a polish change, which mind you is $15. When I tried to explain to the owner that wasnt right because the time issue with them closing was not communicated (although they had 20 min), she gave me a smirk and snarky attitude. The girl also filed my nails crooked and cut my cuticle to the point of it bleeding. Never have I been treated so rudely at a nail salon or spa in my life or had terrible service. Needless to say, I will not be back.
Just moved to Long Beach and I was so excited to have a nail salon within walking distance. It was literally the worst experience I have ever had. Do not go here - the staff is so rude and unprofessional, then to top it off my gel manicure was all chipped after 48 hours. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Worst experience ever. Ive tried a few times and hate it every time. I had to post this review quickly because its the fastest pedicure Ive ever gotten. Rush. Rush. Rush. And no personality.... Never coming back again!
I have tried this nail salon twice, and have to say, I will NEVER go back!! I am a hairdresser and in this business for over 25 years. Being that my salon is almost an hour away from my home, I was looking for a local salon in my neighborhood. Last week I brought my 3 nieces there for full tip sets. Work was not bad but the staff was not friendly at all! They almost seemed annoyed that they had to work on young girls. No biggie. Maybe they were having a bad day. Yesterday I decided to try them for myself for a pedicure. It’s literally within walking distance to my house. Once again, the staff seemed annoyed that I was there. Every single person working there was so unfriendly!! Big no no in our business! My pedicure lasted maybe 15 mins! It was rushed, messy and not at all relaxing! The women doing it made it very clear that she wanted nothing to do w me. So so unprofessional!! I have NEVER ever written a bad review for anyone before but this was such a negative experience, I’m hoping they get the chance to change how they treat valued clients! I’ve read other reviews from this salon and it seems I’m not the only client who had a very similar experience..
BEST PLACE FOR NAILS AND I WONT LET ANYONE ELSE TOUCH MY FEET ! 👍👍👍👍
Never one to trashtalk a business but I am so disappointed with Lucky Nails on Beech/Delaware... they’ve always been my go to but the shoddy job they just did was ridiculous but even moreso how rude the owner was who would barely get off the phone to discuss what looks like moguls on my nails! She blames the powder WTH!
Love this place! No matter who I see, they always do a great job.
Always a pleasure. Friendly greeting, asks about my family. Great service.
This was the absolute worst nail salon experience of my life. I have NEVER been treated so rudely, like my very presence was an inconvenience. I went here for the first time with a friend who lives nearby. They could have told us that it was too late for an appointment when we called, if that was the case, but instead they squeezed us in and treated us like scum. I inquired about a gel pedicure, for which I was looked at like I had three heads, while two employees huffed and puffed about the notion and pointed to the non-gel colors in an aggressive fashion. I then looked through the non-gel polishes, and asked the employee hovering over me what time they were closing, since they seemed so bothered by our arrival. She literally said, soon, so pick a color and lets go. If time wasnt of the essence, I would have walked right out. I rushed to pick a color so as not to displease the employees that were so busy standing around doing nothing, and got directed to a pedicure station where a less-than-enthused nail technician began the service. She asked if I wanted her to trim the nails, to which I said yes please, and once again was responded to with an eye-roll and hesitant compliance. She dipped my feet in water for 0.5 seconds, did not clean or file the nails or tend to the cuticles, no massage or pampering whatsoever. Shed tap my foot like COME ON when it was time to switch. She put a blob of scrub on each foot and dunked them back in the water. The hot towel was cold and dehydrated. The oh-so-inconvenient task of polishing the nails must have been beneath her. I got one rushed coat of polish that I can see through on each toe, and she pointed to the drying station. That was my cue that the misery was coming to an end. Shortly after, she came over and said you pay now. Beforehand, I verified that a standard pedicure was $17.99, supported by the price list hanging on the wall, and by the fact that my friend was charged $18 for the same exact service [PS, her experience was just as cold and uncomfortable]. I asked how much, she said $20. Well, she got her $20, no tip. Or as I see it, 18 with a 2 dollar tip for the ACTUAL price. The end result are nails that look like they were painted by my niece - shes 4. And nails that look like they were clipped by Helen Keller. NOT ONE PERSON SMILED OR HAD ANYTHING NICE TO SAY TO ANY CUSTOMER. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE.
Very unfriendly, rude owner who ha never done a great job with nails. Will not be going back
I got gel nails 4 weeks ago and they still havent chipped noticeably :)
Never went here
