If you BLACK DO NOT GO HERE! I took my girlfriend here to get her nails done and they made her wait a whole hour just to tell her she could get her feet done but not her nails! I brought her there at 5:30 and they didn’t tell her till 7:20 so really over an HOUR! Do not go there! They don’t respect your time and they don’t do good business. Waist of time!

Pro: select techs that are really into getting to know you, your style and well your feet. Im an avid skater and RUIN my toes often. These nail techs here are professional and courteous and about their work! Diggin deep, paintin sweet these techs are my fav!!Con: they are high demand. They accept walk ins as well as appointments. Some days you can come in on your lunch and be done. Or you can spend your entire shift here. I suggest a Tuesday or a day thats not a holiday or outing nights or the Friday before a holiday.

I just went to this place to give them a try, first and last time I will be here. My tech was nice and very attentive, my problem that I had was that the prices went up so much. I ended up paying 51.00 for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. Usually I pay 30.00 and thought that was too much, its ridiculous!!!!

Today I went for the first time to get a pedicure with powder and the lady who assisted me was MARTHA and she was amazing not only did she go above and beyond to meet my needs but she made sure it was perfect and to me every little detail matter. She was sweet and patient and did everything just the way I wanted it. Definitely coming back:)

Got a full set for the holidays and all though I did it wait long the woman doing my nails took about 2 hours to do my nails and I would have understood if they came out looking at least half decent but these nails are the worst set I have ever had done. Their are brush fibers trapped under the gel nail polish which I understand can happen but the shape as well is out of wack some nails are longer than the other and some are completely a different shape. Not toMention before I even saw that the woman finished, I noticed that the nails look grown out and way thicker than what they should . But I figured it was busy she probably had a long day and what not and I kid you not the next day my nail on it’s own completely lifted and if it wasn’t for how much she filed my actual nail down it probably wouldn’t hurt to the touch as much as it does . The only time I have ever and will ever make a review much less a bad review .

This shop was very careless even negligent of ensuring client safety. They told me my chair was ready for a pedi. When I dipped my feet I immediately protested. The water was scalding HOT! I didn’t complete my pedicure because it was too painful from the scalding water. It irritated my skin and made it too sensitive. I was asked to still pay $10. When I asked for receipt the lady in charge made a very poor apology. I left owner a complaint with my number and three weeks later no call. This place is not clean, unprofessional, and provides poor customer service. I will never go back. Vickys Nails around the corner is MUCH BETTER!

I’m very impressed with Kellie that did my nails. I am a retired Nail Technician and I walked out of there with a full set of acrylics and I don’t have to spend time filing them at home. I walked in on a Thursday morning without an appointment and I only waited about 10 minutes. I will definitely go back to Kellie for my fills.

Loan was very professional and welcome me with open arms to her chair. I just got my feet done that day but, baby when I tell you her craft and artistry is superb 10/10. Thank you

Not good service, and they didnt even have good marble. She wasnt listening when I told her what I wanted. Then after she she took off the gel, and she asked me again what I wanted. I showed her and she said she couldnt do it. What am I suppose to do, walk out and find another place on a Saturday, even though she already started the job? She drilled and filed really hard on my natural nails, as if they were acrylics. She was the one collecting payment for all the other ladies. So she wasnt paying attention at all. I tipped her about $10 just because thats how much Im used to tipping my old place. And she just snatched it, and walked off. I went home, and looked closely at the sides, the paint isnt even completely on my nail. And you can see the black from the last nail polish I had on. She did horrible job, I will never go back to this nasty place.

I went into this location and waited for 30 minutes before someone acknowledged i was there. The woman asked me what I needed then walked away. A woman came in about 40 minutes after me (confirmed that she didnt have an appointment) and was taken right on back. I believe this was racial, nothing else can explain my lack of service because the woman after me requested the same services I requested but i was left waiteand she was seen. I left and came to Kathys nails where the only color that matters is green(money). I will not be returning, and will be blogging about this experience so all my friends and family know that our money is NOT good here.

I went on a Wednesday evening a few days before my friends wedding and I was blown away. They were super busy and did have to wait a good 20min but it was worth it (there was a large amount of people waiting too). Not only was the establishment clean and neat the staff looked very clean and professional. I have gone to a few places in LA and Westwood and this place topped them. They have a reasonable prices $30 full set with gel and $14 pedicures. I have gone to places that charge $45+ and the service and cleanliness is not even that great. It has been 3 weeks and my acrylics are still going strong usually by now I wouldnt even have them on because they would start lifting.

Most horrible experience Ive ever had with a nail shop.I spent sixty bucks on a full set and it came out beautifully. I go back for a fill, and the lady completely ruined them. I asked if someone else could maybe fix them, and she had me sit to the side. after about 20 min, I asked if I was waiting for nothing and I had to ask twice because EVERYONE ignored me,then finally the lady who did my nails responded were busy. they didnt even give me my money back.

Ive been there before and they did an a okay for the price. Now its like they half jobed it ... no filing, crooked nail and overpriced . Go to vickys they take care of you. Mani and pedi for fourty dollars chipped the next day without tip. Clean salon but please put more effort to your customers.

Terrible Service. They Are Very Rude people, not a single person here treats you how your supposed to be treated, their sign for full set says 14.99 yet when i came in they said if i get those they would be small, medium are 18, and those are just acrylics. Dumb People. they dont even greet. I Get my Nails Done for 14.99 and they are whatever size i want them and whatever shape i want them. After they were done they said it was gonna end up being 16, because she said they wernt short enough, in the begining we said the 15 dollar ones, they charged one dollar more for less than a centimeter longer. BS. Never coming back again!

They told me it would be about a 10 min wait for a pedicure and had me put my name on a list. 25 mins later, after watching a girl who was just sitting in a spa chair waiting for someone to start working on her that whole time, they came up and took several people who came in after I did, without even looking at the list. I left after that.
