My nails did not last. I was happy with how they looked, but after two days my nails began to break. I went back and had them fix two nails. A day or two after my nails were fixed more nails started to break again. I had to get one hand fully repaired. A week after I got my nails done they were all broken and looked terrible. They use cheap materials. I got the silk dip from Mi Mi. This place is no good and is a waste of money. I spent 40 plus dollars on nails alone, and my nails did not last. Horrible! What’s the point of spending money on my nails with they are not going to last long. This place is named professional nails, but yet I had to walk around with very unprofessional nails

This is a wonderful place to go and get your toes and nails done...they are all awesome!Thank u to all the ladies that work their...especially Hana, Kelly, Mia, Mimi, Amy!(they r all awesome...these r the names I remember.)

I called and asked if a certain person was working, I was told yes. When I got there I was told no, that person no longer works here.I wanted a full set and pedicure. My full set turned out terrible. She glued her glove to my finger. Very sloppy and very expensive. I will not be returning!!!

Love this place but stopped going when my nail guy went to a different location. Ive been going to him for over 8 years.

Used to be a great place, was coming here for years. The last year or so mgr’s attitude and some of the staff have become so rude and at times outright disrespectful. One time two nail ladies were arguing back and forth with each other over who was supposed to do my nails. Other time mgr argued with my teenage daughter over what he felt she should have and what she wanted. He tried doing her nails his way and we had to stop him. Just don’t like coming here anymore, which is too bad. It was my go to place.

I have no words, never have I been this dissapointed. The price was supposed to be $22. Ended up paying $40 flat. They guy who helped me out didnt even say anything..just freely swiped my card at $40!! My advice ask for the price before you even sit!
