Customer service is really great. I did get a deal from Groupon. The quality of the permanent eyebrow and eyelash tinting was not great. She said it last about a month. It lasted me two days. Wouldnt recommend going, maybe for other services possibly yes.

I had such an effective, relaxing and attentive facial with Irina. She is awesome, and the facility was very nice.

Best wax experience. No rash or breakout afterwards which was a pleasant surprise as I almost always have a reaction. The wax that was used was for sensitive skin and not too hot so it didnt burn my skin. Irina has a really great technique that is gentle yet thorough. Im happy Ive finally found my go to salon for waxing.

Irena is great! Ive had brazilian, full leg and underarm wax and sugar literally all around the world and my first experience with her was so good I waited an extra two weeks just so I could return for her services when I was in Long Beach. Shes sweet and pleasant to talk to during the appointment and she really knows her stuff. I come away feeling rejuvenated and blissfully hair free. Irena is good at working you into her schedule as well. Ive really enjoyed, as awkward as that may seem to say, my visits to her spa. Shes my Long Beach go to girl!
