I found Sugar Cove through Groupon when I was researching sugaring. I started off getting waxed originally at another salon and I noticed every time I would get waxed I was always red and would breakout afterward. I naturally have thick hair, sensitive skin, and am prone to ingrown hairs. Starting sugaring has been life changing! I absolutely love Sugar Cove because the service is always amazing, they are so gentle, and they always make me feel welcomed. The salon is so cute and all the Sugar mommas are excellent! I have been coming here for a few months now and the customer service is spot on. I always encourage everyone I know to come here now. If you’re on the fence about trying this place just do it, their prices are great in my opinion for the amount of satisfaction I have received!

I had a Brazilian today with Chelsea. She did do a good job, except for one thing. There was a small patch of hair on my upper medial, to posterior thigh. It’s connected to the pubs. She said it would be extra, a whole separate area. Honestly it would have taken like 20 seconds or less for her to do it. I had to come home and do it myself. After I pay $76. and tip $10, I want to be happy and not come home and have to complete the job. See the picture. Seriously!!!!

I moved out of state during the pandemic when they close down. They took 8 automatic payments which I didn’t notice until today called to cancel the membership and they don’t want to refund me the full money they’re keeping $360 from me which is not right. When u don’t show up they call you well they never call me and continued taking payments. They argue they don’t keep track of who shows up because they have hundreds of clients well if u do then why not refund me the full amount? This is ridiculous!!! So disappointed!!!

This was my first time here, came with my aunt and Chelsea and Monique were great! I had Chelsea and she was great! She made me feel really comfortable and we talked the whole time. She was very informative. The only reason Im giving a 4 is because the receptionist wasnt very friendly after the services were done. I noticed it when a guest prior to me left and checked out and then when me and my aunt checked out. Other than that great experience would come again.

There was a mixed race girl (black and white to be specific) working the front desk that was beyond unprofessional. The moment I walked in the door (Im African American) she proceeded to ask me my method of payment. I have been to sugar cove before and I love it but only to the one in Redondo Beach. I know that you are greeted, given wine, serviced THEN PAY! Long story short, we argued about the payment method, I told her what I was going to do, I got serviced by Jasmine, she was nice. I walk out the room, towards my car to get my wallet and she is on the phone with a customer but decides to start yelling maam because she thinks Im trying to leave without paying. That was very judgmental, disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting. She needs a reality check.

Gently as could be great service

I found this place on Groupon, they are really nice here and give you the same care as a full price client.When you make your appointment they ask you for your card info but they don’t charge you as long as you show up, which is normal for these types of appointments. I went in for a Brazilian sugar wax.My sugar mama was Becca, she was super nice and gave the best advice and only wants the best for her clients. I loved my experience here, they didn’t sugar coat anything, they let me know i would have pain and as expected I did. If needed you can take a few seconds break if you don’t have a higher pain toleranceThis was my first wax ever, and although it did hurt to get hairs removed, they pain goes away completely after a few seconds. I left like if I would have never gotten waxed before. Becca talked to be the whole procedure so I wouldn’t be so focused on the procedure which is great. I was out quick and super happy with my sugaring work.I felt smooth and hairless, I would recommend this to everyone really, it’s such an upgrade from shaving.

Due to Covid 19, pick up is located in the back. My favorite food is pork chop, pan fried noodles,and fried fish. Great customer service and realistic pricing.

First time getting waxed period (I know Im a little late to this) but Michele was the best. She helped me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. Place was very clean, very cozy and very inviting. Love the staff there. Very professional and super nice. Cant wait for my next appt.

Its so nice and clean inside. they offer water and wine witch Im always excited for. the ladies are so nice and calming. they really talk with you which makes the time go by so much faster. i cant wait to just go it was amazing. Jessica is awesome!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff! The sugaring hurts a bit but it is significantly better than a traditional wax. It also produced more desirable results in my experience.

I came in with a Groupon for sugaring. I found the location to be very clean, the staff was nice.The sugaring was quick and easier than regular wax. I bought the two extra sugarings because they offered a deal. Would recommend.

Love the staff....its not so painful as hot wax and they leave you hairless. Rebecca does a great job.

This place is a scam and doesn’t cater to men. So they make you pay for a groupon without specifying it’s specifically for women. So now I have to call Groupon to cancel it because this place is sexist against men wanting waxed nuts. I will be recommending other locations but if you’re a woman. Get the groupon, but if you’re a guy don’t.

Heres the 411: Rebecca was great, informative, and very good at keeping the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant. I got a Brazilian wax and it was great. The previous 2 places Ive been too I had an allergic reaction, and this time I didnt. I feel pretty and the little lady downstairs feels pretty, wity and bright too😻
