She has a true talent for creating a comfortable experience for newbies like me.The whole thing was very enjoyable. We began with an informative chat- an assessment of my skin, treatment options and how to protect and take care of it moving forward. Then the treatment, the active word being treat, was very involved, with a cleansing of some sort, extraction of the undesirables (which Id thought I had left in my teen years), and a hydrating mask with a face massage that was very soothing. I was so relaxed by the atmosphere and procedure that I dozed off.I now get why this is a thing. I didnt want the facial to end. The stress in my life was swept away for the hour I spent with Augusta. I, too, am an esthetician and am guilty of not taking time for myself, as I should. This person has horrible customer service. She calls her clients and curses at them show a seriously bad attitude and lack of care. She gave a very bad experience from her lack of people skills.

She literally laughed at me sarcastically when I called and asked if she had an appointment open for that same day. Did not like her vibe at all. A piece of advice - If you’re with a client then you shouldn’t be answering your phone anyway.
