My sister just set up a free consultation appointment. The Doctor wasnt present, and wanted to Face Time her. We drove 1 hr to get to the appointment. Glad to see our time is so valuable.

I keep forgetting to review this place, because deep inside - my experience has been up and down if I should be really honest. I originally discovered them through Groupon because I just hate wasting money on services with terrible experiences. I would say the scheduling is pretty accommodating but the lady in front seems to always be busy. So I say this because it gives off the impression that she is not the most welcoming - She may be the manager or owner. When I asked for change so I can tip my nurse/technician she stuck her nose up so I am confused if this is not standard. My first session was very mediocre - because all I remember is that it was super quick and a blond girl did my laser treatment. However, my second session was amazing with Jess - she was caring- I felt comfortable and she educated me on every step of the process. So therefore, I will give 5 stars to Bixby Laser Center for Jess! I plan on coming back for her to continue my treatments because she seems to really know what she is doing and she does it with poise and professionalism. I would give them a try but they really need to brush up on some things - there is way too much competition out there to not be consistent and courteous.

Doctor G is AMAZING! She hooked me up on my Botox and gave me a smooth eye procedure which consists of stem cells and laser around the eye area to regenerate the collagen in the skin and even out my skin tone and texture . Thank you Bixby Laser and cosmetics!

The place has shut down. I’m currently leaving the office, my mom had an appointment made. They called and texted her to confirm her appointment and did no mention of relocation if any. There are no signs as an indication of them moving or shutting down other than a for rent sign outside of the location. When calling there is no answer, it goes straight to voicemail. This is very unprofessional.

Went in for LHR and the esthetician burned me. 1st degree burn on chin. had a blister and wound. The management would not respond, so I went in personally. They tried telling me it would give me character(the scar) and would not refund my money. When I let the esthe know her settings were too high she rolled her eyes and said when your ready well proceed ..like I was complaining too much..

Well, they never answer the phone, dont return calls or emails.Its hard to schedule and affer 5 lip treatments, my hair is still there. All of it. My bikini, the same. They need to be more professional. Just called this morning....just rang...no machine, no answer. Its 8:40 am on a Wednesday.

Really enjoyed my time coming here. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure.

Results were very spotty after 6 sessions. Obvious that some areas were never touched. Appointments were also difficult to make. The waiting area is nice but the backroom is garbage, not a true med spa.

The staff here are very superb and caring, got my first treatment yesterday with Andrea who was very caring about my needs made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend!

So difficult to get someone on the phone. and they dont call you to remind/confirm appointments

So far my treatment with hair laser removal was good, im on my fourt session and after the 3rd my hair started growing back the same as before. Im hoping this isnt a waste of money .

Their machine broke- the nurse still said the treatment was complete and charged me for the seating.worst in LA

This review is on scheduling not service.Very disappointed, bought Groupon and when I called to make an appointment, next available appointment was two weeks out. Then I got a call the night before at 8pm and they said they couldnt see me.

My hair on my bikini area is the same, I lost my money with this place.
