The jet skies are worth the money and time spent Id definitely come back after an hour and 10mins we thought we were at the 2 hour mark we had such a blast racing in the water going around the 3 islands and seeing the queen Mary! Id recommend booking a week in advance for good times and to arrive about 20-10mins early to get the rules and find out why you go slow in the bay (wake zone) and why you can go to fast when near another jetskis this is a great and must do in California!

Located right next to Hotel Maya. Getting 1 hour was enough time for us to enjoy the jet ski’s. I advise you get their early so you have enough time to hear all the safety tips & instructions so it won’t interfere with your rental time. They are fast as well, I think they go up to about 50mph. And they let u go pretty far out as well.

Booked two skis for my husband’s birthday and he and I enjoyed the hour. Staff was helpful and friendly, great experience and now we have our own.

I used to LOVE renting from here. The staff were always helpful and their prices are super reasonable. More recently they went to newer jet skis that have the ability to auto control speed - that I dont mind because it forces folks to stay under the speed limit in certain areas - what I didnt like and that ruined the experience was that it kept slowing down for no reason while out in the water. I get that the sensors pick up objects within the defined scope but Id be a football field away from the nearest ski or object and itd reduce my speed.

I reserved 3 jet skis. They charged me. I Called 2 weeks prior and said it would only be one. They told me I would be credited. I rode that one jet ski. and they continue not to reimburse me for the 2 jet skis never used. They owe me over $400 and will not return my call or address the issue. Amateur operation and crooks. I highly recommend you dont use them.

The staff is very friendly and everything has been updated. Newer jet skis as well as a much larger area has been added so you get more time to enjoy the jet skis . Pretty basic and common sense on how to operate but the staff does give you information on what to do and how to make sure you enjoy your ride. My family loved coming here to rent the skis and will definitely will go back.

Jet skis were very fun! Except they charged us $20 forReturning the jet skis back to the dock 8 minutes late. Seems like a scam because they slow down the jet skis to 5MPH when you’re by the dock, which prevents you from returning quicker

Seadoos are set up to a gps system that extremely limits your ability to have fun, the seadoo will sliw down for no apparent reason. A very frustrating experience.

As long as you dont forget to do your double booking you should have a great time! Much love from these people

Found this gem by chance and so happy that I did! I had no idea you could explore the Long Beach Bay on a jetski. Had so much fun and got to see a whole new side of the city I call home, all thanks to the very helpful folks at LB Watersports. Cant wait to visit again!!

I highly recommend renting a JetSki from this business its a really organized well Run business and one of the best fairest prices on JetSkis around I rent them often also the area to ride next to the Queen Mary in the Long Beach Harbor it was great we saw seals dolphins and it was one of the best jet skiing trips Ive been on also the employee named Thomas was outstanding!! Also I recommend getting the upgraded Sea-Doo it is really fast Im worth the extra $20 an hour.

Had a great time!! I went for my bday weekend and I must say it was kinda hectic because I had a panic attack after the caves on the way back and one person from our group flip a jet ski and another crash into it. Another broke and to top it off my son left his phone at Catalina. Regardless, Brian and his team were outstanding. They brought my phone back the next day. Tim was so kind to me as I was having an anxiety attack on the water back and I found out afterwards it was his first day hahahahaha he had the test of a lifetime. Again, with all that said we had a blast!!! Id do it again after some strength training lmao. Its quit the workout. The gal whos the main guide there said that day was the most chaotic day ever in her career there. Im glad to be apart of it!! Lol we love you and your team!!

They had 3 accidents in the jet skis today (7/10/2020) because they park them so close together that when you try to come in to dock your jet ski if the waves shift and push you over at all, you end up crashing into a parked jet ski and then they charge you $300 - $500 for damages and then have the nerve to say, its ok man, youre the 3rd person to do this today. If you know theres a problem FIX IT!! Dont set your customers up like that!

Left my Drivers license with them and they will not cooperate with me on getting it back to me, they are even ignoring my calls. Had a friend go there in person and they wouldnt give it to him, they told him they would mail it out that day. Over a 2.5 week period I managed to get them on the phone 3 times and all 3 times they told me they would cal me back and never did. Im not asking for a refund, Im asking for my Drivers license back. They also spring up charges on your card last minute which they hold longer than they tell you. VERY shady people and very unorganized. I will be pressing further action.

We were staying at the Hotel Maya and my girlfriends and I rented 4 paddleboards from Long Beach Watersports. We had a blast. The staff was super nice, and since we had never been on them before, they very patiently taught us what to do. Best of all, the paddleboards were only $15 / hr. WOW!! What a deal.

Terrible experience!They dont prepare their jet skis before renting them out. They are old and broken. The guy who met us at the front desk was rude, Terrible and unprofessional.

Great staff and great skis. They were setting up their dock on Sunday to open for the season next weekend, and they were kind enough to let me rent a jetski for 2 hours. Rates are lowest anywhere Ive seen and they let me ride all the way to Alamitos Bay. Definitely coming back for more summer fun. Thanks guys.

Me and my wifes 1st time jetsking... came to Los Angeles for our anniversary and I must say, along with alot of the sights thats in Los Angeles, this truly was a highlight of our week here... I highly recommend

Really bad experience, I made the reservation early I. The morning for 2 jet ski we arrive 10 mins early and had to wait 40 mins to the lady there told me they only jab one available they gave the other one a couple that just walk in.
