This particular Western Dental location has been great at helping me with my needs. They have been able to book appointments and see me relatively quickly, sometimes the same day, to take care of an issue I had. They also went the extra mile and attended to issues that arose from work my previous dentists had done. The entire staff is very friendly, and even remember my name and face. Definitely some good people working here.

They were able to book me even as a new patient very quickly. Dr. gosh was very nice and thoroughly explained my situation and options. Erica also was very helpful going over a breakdown of my bill and different treatment/billing options which is often overwhelming. But with her help we figured out a plan that will be good for me.

Erica at Western dental was awesome she took her time with me until I understood everything made me feel real secure what I was doing you guys are very lucky to have a worker like Erica five stars all the way

I love this Western Dental. It’s big and very clean. There was also a young lady name Alisha she had like burgundy hair she was the sweetest to me. She walked me through everything and made me feel super comfortable and it was very pleasing to see an African American worker inside. I loveeeee it.

They pushed so hard to sell me additional expensive services, and they stuck me in the middle of my deep cleaning service with my teeth numbed and tried to sell me laser treatment, tray/medicine services which quoted for $1700. Guess what I spent more than 3 hours in their office just to finish my half side deep cleaning. The total time they spent on my teeth was 10 minutes. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, if you are not interested in any services they offered to you, please be prepared to wait in their office for hours. I consulted with Jade Dentistry, the dentist over there told me that laser treatment for my current condition was not necessary. When I reported this to Western dental manager Sanam S., she literately told me that their dentist offered what was good for me, not what necessary for me. So please be aware, the doctor/nurse/manager here are sales people, please get a second opinion and second quote from other dentist before you commit any service here.

I want to think everyone at this location, they all was amazing and have great customer service skills and I want to give a big shout out to Erica, wow girl.. you did your thing fast with finance and gotten us out of there in a speedy time! Thank you all again for your superior support!

My experience has been very nice everytime I come here, Today I met Erica and she made the experience 10x better we had really good conversation and had some good laughs which Usually doesn’t happen to me meeting someone new so will definitely come back

We’ve been going to this dentist for a while but we went again on 06/07/21 and the lady with the red hair and ponytail and the other lady with black straight hair were soo rude to my dad and I. So we called corporate and scheduled an appointment here but apparently they lost our appointment so we had to wait 30 minutes which we agreed to. But they were sooo rude like they did not even try to apologize for the mistake and inconvenience. Later when my dad tried to call this office from his car to see if we can reschedule the appointment the lady with the red hair just hung up on us lol.

MALPRACTICE MALPRACTICE MALPRACTICE CASE🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫sister was there 3 hours today for pain caused by her wisdom teeth and a consultation for braces. She was told by the treatment coordinator that the oral surgeons is requiring a bone graft in order for her wisdom teeth to be removed. Bone graft isnt covered by insurance and it cost $1300. Also bone graft is better for implants. Im a dental assistant for a private practice and know that you do not need a bone graft for wisdom teeth removal. Shes in pain and they basically turned an emergency patient away because a rejection of their financial gain. Its places like western dental and west coast dental that give you a reason to sue. By the way i worked for this company and know their dirty secrets like letting dental assistants do cleaning with a ultrasonic machines that only are required to do by the hygienist or dr himself.

First time patient. NEVER COMING BACK. Staff is rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and ignorant! I Went in for pain due to root canal. Expecting for them to fix it that same day. Waited an hour and a half after my x-ray examination just for them to tell me nothing will be happening to fix my problem and wanted to schedule me on another day. Their reason: specialist only comes in twice a month, on weekends only. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE. Sitting there wasting my time for 90 minutes FOR NOTHING. I walked right out.. called my insurance and requested to switch dental providers ASAP! Also switching dental providers for my child. Also, they assumed I came in a car and said wait outside in my car, AFTER examining my State ID, clearly not a drivers license.. I felt a sense of negligence and condescending rudeness. DONT COME HERE. DONT BRING FAMILY HERE. STAFF IS PLAIN RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Fail front desk and supervisor. was scheduled and assigned by their own insurance company to this location. front desk told me to come back after their system gets updated (another month after waiting three weeks to be assigned to this location). called up insurance company to ask whats the deal. assigned and schedule same day to a different location no problem.people here wants to get paid by insuarance doing everything they can to not work. even down to their supervisor. place was empty not business. they didnt even try to help me out and rather have me wait 2 months if i wanted their service. shady health care workers. wants to get paid by insurance without helping people.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous here. It’s no reason a person should have to wait over an hour if their appointment is booked at 8am. I’m supposed to be the first one seen. I’m not sure if it’s the staff running late or what but this location is the worst.

The wait is horrible It looks as they booked soo many patients @ the same time. The room was full with patients horrible even more with the pandemic going on very inconsiderate of Western Dental. They have only a few chairs available to sit 7 to be exact you would think they are respecting the social distancing but wait we are a total of 17 persons in the room. Dont know how they book but they are calling other kids that came way after my son I complained and they said you will be called shortly, ugh very disappointed.**patients keep coming in...

Leonor was super patient and gentle while I got my braces done. She gave me really good tips for improving my dental Care and even pushed to get my bottom braces done instead of making an appt for a later date. I really appreciated her saving me another trip 😊 yay! Leonor rocked!

Dental Doctors White Pandya & Mohindra are really caring professional! Fast working and pain free. They have a great sense of humor. This is a Happy place!!! I feel totally confident and comfortable that my dental needs will be fulfilled. Everyone here takes their work seriously and their is no room for failure. I have been coming here for a couple of years. I Love this place!!!

Nice clean office. The lab tech, receptionist were polite. The doctor was nice and easy to understand treatment plan. My only disappointment was either the total cost. Very expensive recommended treatment plan.

My husband myself and my children have all had work done here my husband had his teeth lulled amd dentures made his dentures seem very cheap they break easy and teeth have fallen out he doesnt eat rough foods anymore so there is no reason they should be doing this my children are now going to a new dentist and wow are they happier my teeth were cleaned I was in alot of pain for days I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all ever....

Dr. Mo is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that we as patients can understand. He’s caring and makes sure you’re comfortable. I trust him with my teeth 100%.

Unprofessional and rude

I supposedly had implants done and was told that I would be so satisfied with there work. WRONG!!!!!! I’m paying out of my pocket and I do have ins. But they won’t see me, cause I have HMO, what is the difference, ins is ins. Well now my implant don’t stay on, have to use glue and gums where the metals are hurts so bad. Not only I have $15,000 bill to pay, the last time I was there they needed to put a part in and I had to pay $170. And it fell out and they don’t want to see me cause I don’t have the right insurance. They saw me before with the ins I had HMO. I do not recommend this place to know body!!!! Oh, if you don’t pay your bill, they make so many calls to collect there money but to finish the work they start they turn there backs and say I have to go somewhere else and pay some more to another dentist to finish someone else’s job. They are rude, unprofessional, etc!!!!! I should not even give them one star but I needed to make a review on this!!!!!

I checked with my insurance and they covered what Western Dental wanted to charge me $8,000 for!!! If you have had work done, check with your insurance and if they cover it, SUE THEM for your money back!

They recommended unnecessary expensive services that insurance doesn’t cover. Also, they can’t keep their appointments straight. Several times, I made appointments and got calls saying that the particular specialist who had to do the procedure didn’t work on the day they had set for me. That said, the work they did do was good, the staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and convenient.

My 9 year son couldnt have his cavity treatment despite our three visits.1. First visit was only for X-ray. Doctor did not have enough time.2. Second visit was only for cleaning. We needs a child specialist.3. Third visit, doctor didnt give any words to my son for local anesthesia and my son almost ate the toxic! We had to return home.Im so done with this place, too.No need to talk about an hour waiting time.Will switch to another!!
