Decided to finally give Roto-Rooter a call and I just wish I could have called sooner.I was still at work when I called and they said they could be out right away, I expected to wait a week, I actually had to ask them to come later.Showed up right on time, gave a courtesy call like I requested, and Christian was the perfect professional. Listened to my story, looked through everything, laid out the prices and the reasoning. Once I agreed he immediately got to work, respected covid protocols and kept everything clean and tidy even though the work was dirty.Also TESTED everything before leaving which seems obvious but not to all companies apparently. This company did a great job installing my washer and dryer, so I thought it would be a good idea to hire them again to fix a leak under my bathroom sink.. wrong! They never came after scheduling me between 8-12 and I had to continuously call them for an ETA where I was told I would be called back with a time, and never was. I was even asked by the dispatcher why I didnt call the guy back that created the leak. Super unprofessional since Covid, and Im highly disappointed.

I was very happy with Roto Rooter. Juan was able to make a same day visit. We had a backed up kitchen catch basin. Juan assessed the situation carefully, to find the problem and cleaned our drain. Im writing this on behalf of my parents who are seniors. They had called for a sink clog. Over the phone, they were told that a quote would be provided in person. The quote that was delivered was $550 to unclog pipe and included wall tear down in case the clean out was inaccessible. The cleanout was located under an easily accessible kitchen sink and 30 minutes later the sink was unclogged. Still $550.... Will not use again, quote based on worse case scenario, price paid worse case scenario, actual scenario was a basic rooting.

Eduardo was very professional, and he repaired our old leaky pipe. Would recommend him!However, the dispatcher (female) repeatedly stated the plumber was “on his way” for 2 days-even going so far as telling us he was “20min “ at one point.Our original appointment time/day was never upheld, nor was the 2nd appointment, first thing in the morning on the 2nd day. Fortunately, the plumber finally showed up 4.5hrs past our 2nd scheduled appointment.

The person cleared the floor drain. The person was very responsive. Came close to the time given. The 2 issues I had issue with the recorded billing did not reflect accurately on the previouse service. The charge was than double than the previous amount for just clearing the drain. Issue #1 - price overcharge Issue #2, tracked his dirty sock over shoe on my carpet. Issue #3, used my shower head to pour water in the floor drain, touching the floor. Positive note, drain was cleared and the person said there was a 6 month guarantee. Cleared the drain only after a couple of times. Service did not match the price. I would reconsider in the future and check other companies if the charge is more reasonable especially for seniors and those whose jobs were impacted by covid 19
