We had damage in three rooms from ice dams. Classic Restoration was at my home the next day and immediately went to work. They coordinated everything with my insurance adjuster and the whole process was so easy!! Every person who came into my house was punctual, friendly and polite. They always cleaned up at the end of the day to reduce the mess I was living in. Ashley, who coordinates everything at the office, kept me informed of what to expect during the whole process. Classic Restoration made a stressful problem so much easier to deal with! I will definitely use them again!

On 11/02/19, I woke up to a flooded basement. I called Classic Restoration and had an immediate response. In 45 minutes or less they were at my home, evaluated the situation and planned how to go about resolving the issue. Water was extracted, the basement was disinfected and equipment were installed to clean the air and ensure that the space was dry and safe. A new pump was installed, the source of the problem identified and I have not have water in the basement since. All this while working with me on an unexpected expense and my insurance. I do recommend Classic Restoration as an excellent, trustworthy company.
