Great customer service! Empire Restoration & Remodeling were fast to respond to my inquiry & were able to squeeze me onto their schedule the next day. I was having cement work done and needed downspouts replaced near my cement project. I sent a photo of damaged downspouts & got an estimate within 30 minutes. The installer arrived at the estimated time frame & was very proficient. There was a lot of activity going on as my cement crew was setting up, but Derrick took his time to work with me & my cement crew to make sure his installation was exactly as I requested. I was very thankful of his patience & professionalism as we all scrambled to get organized.

When I started restoring our old recording studio I discovered tons of mold all along the baseboards, corners, windows, ceilings, vocal booth. Empire Restoration & Remodeling did an amazing job cleaning out all the mold. I dont know what kind of magic they used or did, but my studio looks like a million bucks now.
