Crew was professional, courteous, and timely. When they left, I could not even tell they were here other then the repairs they made. They cleaned up so well. They also knew how to interact with senior citizens.

They came out to repair our roof, received their money now over a year later my head is getting rained on and they’re constantly giving us the run around and telling us they’ll come out but never do. I would advise anyone to not do business with them get someone who actually cares about the the customer and not just getting a check.

After suffering water/sewer damage to our basement on Sunday, May 17th, 2020; thank you epic Illinois storm of 2020!  1st Choice arrived first thing Monday morning bright and early, they were positive, friendly, professional, and assured us that our problem was manageable, very fixable and the water damage would be addressed. 1st Choice thoroughly removed all the infected materials, disinfected anything salvageable, tested for mold, ran blowers, and dehumidifiers to ensure everything was clean, dry, and safe. We were impressed with their work quality, ethics, and pricing.  Special shout out to the team that took care of us from beginning to end!  Thank you, Aldo, Sebastian, Justin, Jason, and Samantha.

Rented an old house that smelled horribly of decades-old cigarette smoke. Tried DIY Ozone treatment and other methods that did not work. Spoke with Ramiro from 1st Choice for an hour. He answered every question and did not push their service or make any guarantees of success. After a single treatment of cleaning carpets then treating the home with ProPure / Chlorine Dioxide and a follow-up thermo-seal application, the smell was nearly 99.9% gone. This was without washing and repainting walls, too (which we didn’t have time for). I was incredibly impressed with their results, service and honesty. Highly recommend for cigarette smoke remediation of old homes.

All of the employees I dealt with were polite, on time and did great work. They cleaned up after the job and would highly recommend them.
