I’m not one to write reviews. But it’s hard to find a good car wash. So after coming highly recommend I gave it a try. I purchased the top tier wash ($59) and gave a 20 tip considering that they pulled the vehicle to the side for addition care and cleaning. This is what I was left with afterwards. It’s not horrible but something easily that could’ve been wiped or blown away with their air Gun.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for years, we were both paying $23.40 a month each for the unlimited car wash service. This week, out of the blue, when I tried to get my routine car wash, the gate didnt come up that usually goes up when I get close to it, I was totally surprised, so they tell told me that the service was cancelled because I had made changes to the card on file which was a total lie. They conveniently cancelled the subscription to be able to raise the monthly fee to $33 something. They did the same thing to my husband a couple of days later. He even saw a lot of cars turning around and leaving for the same reason. What a dirty practice to do to your faithful customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

I’m watching these guys vacuum and clean the interior of my car as we speak and they’re taking out my cup holders and literally spraying them one by one. Well worth the $45ish, don’t even second guess. I’ve never seen such attention to detail.

I was up visiting relatives on a Sat in the area and stumble across Magic Touch. It was very busy, and I was skeptical about getting in line. Waiting in line I notice they were very organized and professional, I was taken back on the time it took from start to finish. I spoke to a staff personal and told them it was my first time here and it happen to be the manger Mike. As busy as they were, he took his time to explain to me all options of washes and locations and was very helpful and professional. I decided to get the flex service on his recommendation which I thought was a bit pricy. He told me if I didn’t like it he would refund me. Great wash great experience. Def going back when in area again. See ya soon and keep up the Magic.

There are NO OPTIONS for getting your car washed and vacuumed for less than $69!!!! That’s right!I spoke to a representative who told me the only way to get my car washed and vacuumed for less than $69 was to purchase a monthly pass. He told me it would be $29 for unlimited washes for the 1st month and I could cancel 1 week before it expires.Great! I said “I’ll take that option”. When I got in the car wash they asked me for my credit card and charged me $44! I said “You just told me $29” he said he made a mistake.I told him to refund my card and let me out of the line. There was already a line behind me forming, so he put me through for free.Every other car wash ANYWHERE offers a $20 wash and vacuum. ANYWHERE! This is the strangest and most ANNOYING car wash I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a lot.Imagine for anything less than almost $70.00 you still have to vacuum your own car!Lesson learned. Hopefully you’ll save yourself the trip here.

Used a promotional email for a free exterior only car wash. Staff was polite and courteous. I would subscribe if this business was more convenient to my home. However if you’re in the area it’s a good choice

I had gotten a coupon for a free outside car wash. It is easy access on Rt 17S and I quickly went in and out. The car was machine washed nicely and hand dried.

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday while getting my 05 Avalanche washed. I was very concerned about potential rust and was delighted to find that Magic has a top notch undercarriage power wash to get off all of that winter salt and grime!Michael, the manager, is a straight-up dude who understands how to run a business. I will be returning soon with my kids as the lava package is excellent and actually a lot of fun too (the drive-through wash is extremely well lit and colorful so you really see whats being done to your car.) I wish Michael and Magic Touch Auto Spa continued success!

1st problem I had was them bait and switching the package I had agreed to. Was told if I went between 7a-11a that the package is $19.97 .. My next statement i was charged $39.99 .. When I inquired why I was told that it was a 1 time discount! The manager was new and even admitted that the employees were not giving correct information!!2nd and my FINAL problem was today I went and paid $23 to have my trucks interior cleaned. As you can see in the pictures NOTHING was cleaned!!NEVER going back to them again!! Save your time and MONEY and go somewhere else!!!!

Conflicted on how many stars I should give. In October I purchased an $11.00 monthly pass. It was well worth it. My vehicle looked beautiful and the people working at the car wash are efficient. Now the reason Im only giving 3 stars. My monthly passed ended and I needed to get my vehicle cleaned. I purchased a single was $11.00 yes its steep but seems to be the going price. When I received my credit card bill I noticed a charge for $23.49. Wonder how often this happens and no one notices. I did call magic touch and spoke with the manger who gave me two options. Come back to the spa or contact the main office. I decided to reach out to my credit card company and have them deal with it. Would I go back to magic touch, yes.

Best car wash ever! Robert is at the pay station ready to ensure you get exactly what you want. At the end, your car comes out sparkly clean. Can’t say enough about the staff and wash system here. Highly recommend!! Don’t forget to see my man Robert in the back.

This place over charges for a car was. I was charged $19 and they didnt vaccum the inside of the car or put any silicone on the tires. Those things are a separate price. I will never go to this over priced car wash EVER again $19 wasted 😡🤬

While it would be difficult to insult their cleaning service, which would be about a 3...the customer service is nothing but thieves and people who try to scare you. Yes, they use fright as an intimidation tactic. I went there once and they signed me up for a monthly pass without my request. When I went there they told me I could cancel at anytime except the time I was there in the moment. For some reason their clicker/bar code machine was not working and tried to accuse me of not paying and holding up the line. I told the manager there must be a misunderstanding on their part and he started yelling like a maniac and really causing a scene. I peacefully asked that we go in the back and handle it and he just got more and more aggressive. He then told me he was going to call the police (for what reason I do not know) so I thought it better to just leave and he physically tried to block my car from leaving. I was able to drive around him and will mail in a check for the outer job they did poorly. However, I will also contact the IRS to ensure all employees are working legally. So, if you want to be humiliated and called a thief by a mentally unstable manager I suggest going there, otherwise you have many better options. Below is a conversation I had with the owner. Start from the bottom.Look at the response. This person is a harasser and liar. Boycott this organization and I’ll be writing to all local papers.

Always great service and the car actually is clean. You dont have to get out ifbthe cat which is a plus. If you are like me and get 6 washes a month signbup for the monthly plan which is unlimited washes.

This place is awesome. It is true, you may pay a little bit more, however it is worth it. The employees that work here really care, they care if youre satisfied, they care if your car is cleaned, they care if there is a smudge on your car, they care about the windows being clean. The manager, as you enter the car wash Robert is a nice person. He will take care of whatever problems you have, explain the different washes to you oh, I can help you in any way he can. Just my personal opinion but he should be a vice president of the company and perhaps the Vice President should be standing in the sun working at hard as Robert does. The manager and crew at the other end of the car wash as you exit or just as good and just as nice. The crew attacks the car as if it is their enemy and they want to do away with the dirt and grime both inside and out. There absolutely is a difference between car washes! There are four or five car washes within two or three miles and there is a reason why there is a line at this car wash and never align at the other car washes.

This company gets a zero stars from me. They offered unlimited service for the current month. This is what the Mexican guy said, he took my credit card information and now charging me every month. I never signed up as a member . They gave false information and then signed me up without my authorization . This is unacceptable and I have reported it to my bank. I tried calling them and they don’t pick up phone. Attention to customers don’t get fooled by Magic Touch. They will surely take your money. Don’t use your card here.Listen this has nothing to do with the Mexican guy. You as the owner are using the Mexican guy to give false information and get people signed up. Based on the reviews I can see you are a thief. There is no way you are 3.8 stars, you must be paying someone.

Get my car wash there all the time . Just used their oil change service for the first time. They were very thorough and double checked everything. The Halloween drive threw was fun.

They do not tell you it is an automatic renewal for the monthly car wash. I wanted the 11 dollar wash and the man up front said I should pay for the monthly and come as much times as I wanted for that month., what I did not expect is to be charged 28 the following month . Deceitful if you ask me.

I chose the unlimited monthly cleaning package around September, and after the crew did a 50% drying job to the car and then on top when i took a rag to dry myself and asked for another clean one, They denied and didnt even care as i was trying to clean the car. THE WHOLE purpose of being there. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. DO NOT WASH CARS IF YOU WONT DRY THEM..

I waited about 2 hours for the haunted car wash. They turned me away at the front, one guy flipped me off (SO UNPROFESSIONAL) and said they didn’t need my money (then said how I was a women and didn’t need my money). Why wouldn’t you stop the line earlier? I asked the question and the guy ignored and told me to leave. He ruined my halloween, and as I have seen on Yelp he did for many as well. Needless to say I wouldn’t return, and I feel horrible for the many families that waited longer then I did and didn’t get the service. I understand when you wanna close, but stop the line earlier, and serve the rest in line. It’s only fair.Update from reply:You weren’t open until 11!!!!

I paid for the gold wash never got tire shine will not go there anymore

THIEVES! Unprofessional as all hell. In the summer I got the Unlimited Wash Pass, where I could get as many car washes in a months time. When I no longer needed it, I followed the policy, which allowed me to cancel via email. However, after canceling on Oct. 7, Ive continued to be billed on Oct. 22, Nov. 23 and Dec. 22. My emails went unanswered until after the third fraudulent billing. All I was told was to call and speak to Mike. When I did, he took down my phone number and told me hed call me later. The excuse I got was the office manager was on vacation. For 3+ months? I told the guy to hire me if I can get that much vacation time. He never called back and when I tried calling again, he wasnt available. Otherwise it routinely goes to voicemail. I finally called again and he promised to refund me. Ill be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The Halloween theme is a great attraction in addition to the services provided as a part of the monthly plan. Highly recommended for their car wash.

Rob, Chris, Raul and all the guys at the other end of the wash are awesome! i just wish the full service guys do a better job on the windows, I have monthly pass for a while now but lately the guys towards the end of the full service line lack on wiping and turning the towel on the windows. Damaged my car, terribly handled.Signed up for their monthly membership, on the second wash my fog light cover was missing off my car. Noticed it when I got home, immediately went back and spoke to the attendant. Asked to speak to the manger, and the manger starts denying it happened in their car wash right away. While still talking to the manager the attendant I first spoke to comes strolling out of the tunnel with the piece of my car in their hands. He hands it to me and I’m left on my own to put it back on. After putting it back on I speak to the manager again about canceling my membership and getting a refund for it, since their car wash took a chunk of my car off, I’m obviously not gonna go back again, should be totally reasonable right? Nope, manager starts saying how he’s gonna have to charge me for the wash I got (the wash that damaged my car) etc. Finally after saying “If you want to charge me for the wash I’ll charge you for the damage to my car” I was issued the refund. Absolutely terribly handled. Can’t recommend anyone going here ever.

The person who met me at the entrance was amazing and I decided to go ahead and paid for the monthly package and was so glad that I will have my vehicle shining as I wished... the cleaning team where also so professional, however the manager (Leo) is really unprofessional and was so rude to me today when I showed them that there are parts that was still full of dust.... he interfered and said that this is a detailed service which they do not offer here although the left side of the vehicle was cleaned perfectly (not the right side) and he was so rude that I had to cancel my unlimited in spot and took the balance of my money... I think you should consider a manager who can handle customers better

My first and last month there, the car comes out still dirty. If everyone that has the same experience as me would do the same theyd go out of business.

Prices are steep but man, they did a good job. Had wash after oil change and this is my go to place because they are very thorough and professional in their work.

Went yesterday for a car wash. Even signed up for membership with them. Got home noticed 2 very large and noticeable scratches on my car. Paid $14 for a car wash turns into hundreds of dollars when my lease is up because of these marks. Will definitely not be returning and only going to a hand wash from now on. UPDATE: Yes. I check my car before and after everytime I get a car wash, as I did as soon as I got to your location. Three very noticeable scratches on my car and I have black paint. Will not be returning.

I have Lexus IS250 and had unlimited Gold monthly wash. It was a regular day going through the car wash and everything was going well until I heard a Thud sound! I knew something hit my wheel. I came out of car wash to find my front Rim scratched. I complained to the manager who made endless excuses that the scratch was there before I came in. He made me go through the car wash again just to prove me wrong. Ive been using this car wash for over a month and never had to deal with something like this. I cancelled my membership and will never go back again!

Stop ✋ Before you visit this Car wash for the Halloween show very scary service not family friendly, No treats Just a big trick. No guidance very confusing not fun. Ungrateful bad attitude shady characters. They tell you the show is inside the car wash leave ur windows open Laugh Then suddenly water begins blasting inside your car! Terrifying nasty trick to play on familys. Disappointed but u get what u might think a car was at night. After the dryer u might almost run over a person acting unsafe. Beware!!!

I have a monthly membership. It’s pricey but I go often enough that I get more than my money’s worth. I always drive away happy knowing that the staff did a great job basically detailing my car. My car is 4 years old and because of magic touch it feels like I’m driving a brand new car all the time. Get a monthly pass and go as often as you would like. Edit 1/19. I was there getting my car washed the other day and noticed a sign indicating that they were raising the price of their full service monthly plan by $10 to make up for “increased operational expenses”. This will put my monthly total over $75 including sales tax. As great as this car wash is, I cancelled my membership. It’s insane to spend $75 a month on car washes. If I go once a week that’s almost $20 per wash. That’s a lot considering the fact that they really don’t need to spend any time cleaning the inside since I’m such a neat freak.

So far its been really good option for ppl that wash their cars once+ a week on average. They have unlimited packages and IMO that one (or rather few - youll find out what mean upon visit ;) ) is most advanced in the are, not an expensive if package taken. Vacuums are free.

I have two cars and subscribe to the highest monthly unlimited wash service. Price has gone up twice since I started with them back in 2016 time frame. Its hard to give them just three stars cause service and the quality of cleaning can be really good at times. Sometimes though, depending on who actually cleans your car.....the cleaning is terrible. Management really needs to coach and supervise each car washer for consistency in cleaning. I went the other day and the wash was great but again there are too many times I drove off disappointed. Please improve!

It starts off with the reception of Rob, the attendant at the machines. He is very helpful and courteous and fun and quick witted. Probably due to his customer service, I’ve had several of my friends obtain monthly plans. I myself, was hesitant but have since received plans for both my work and personal car. Also increased plan with tire shine and machine dry.

I have the unlimited wash for 21.95 and I love it I finally get to wash my car every day!!!!

Zero Stars STAY AWAY, brush got stuck in headlight cracked the headlight, machine scratched all the corners. Management does not pickup or respond to phone calls. Is not there when I go to speak to them. Will be filing a lawsuit.

This place is a RIP OFF. The prices have changed along with the service. It is $17 alone for an exterior car wash & $23 more for a so called Superior interior wash. Which took all of 7 minutes to complete. I cant help but wonder if the price gauging is due to the fact that the competition nearby closed down. Its bad business all around. Will never return.

Gets me clean. I try to go at least 3 times a week. Its soo quick and convenient especially if you get the monthly pass... really beats driving a filthy car with all that salt on the ground... and the lava soap oh boy what a treat!

They didn’t do a good job at all washing my car. They charged me 17 dollars just for an exterior wash & wants someone to pay 25-60 bucks a month for a membership. There was still streaks all over my car and I believe their hard cleaning system cracked my windshield on my car! I had to pay a deductible to get it fixed with my insurance so PLEASE keep ur receipts if u do decide to go to this place! I will never go back to this place again.

***Buyer beware***Theft at the CarwashHere’s my storyI’ve been Going to the car wash / oil change for 15 years with my five vehicles. I have had manny good and bad experiences here but I kept coming back.but no more!!I purchased a special $11 for 30 days unlimited car washes sounds great who wouldn’t buy it.I was told not to use the self service credit card machine for the purchase. To give my money to the attendant. Once at the attendant he would not take cash, he told me it was credit only so I willing fully turned over my credit card (which has not had a purchase in over 60 days)I thought the service was so good that I returned with my wife’s car.Three days later I received a fraud text from my credit card.I immediately checked my transactions and to my surprise I had over $700 in food charges from various takeout restaurants in southern Bergen county one of which asked for the 3 digit security code on the back.I went to the management (Leo and Raul)I explained what had taken place to them. They assured me that my credit card number and 3 digit security code was not taken from their establishment. I explained to them that it was impossible to get my security code unless someone physically had my credit card in hand. And the only business that credit card was used was theirs. Leo then said to me that the General Manager was aware and it was NO BIG Deal just to let the credit company handle it. And he then said “what do you want me to do” check the cameras we don’t have THIEVES working here.I told him that I would no longer patron his business.That’s the short story.

After a car wash there is still mess in the car. They dont do their job well. Cancelled membership after 2 months of poor service. Go somewhere else and get what you pay for

The convenience of being able to use this one and two other location near this one makes the $20 a month worth it.

Back to 5 star service!February review-Management MUST bring back the gate system.Lines are way too long now for monthly payers.I think it is unfair to make monthly members wait for other non-member people to pay. After a 14% payment increase we shouldn’t lose the convenience of our monthly payer Express Lane.Please bring it back!!!

Silverwash - dont bother with interior they suck.Car wash is OK never gets bugs off.But vacuuming is the worst of any carwash ive been to. Handwash places are better and cheaper.

I’ve tried tens of car washes in Bergen County and no place does a better job than Magic Touch. I’ve been a customer for years and what really sets this place apart is the service. Rob at the front is truly what makes it a great experience every time. He’s personable, energetic and always give me just the right recommendation for my needs. To some he’s a super hero, but to me he’s Magic Touch’s MVP.

NO.1 car wash till now i have been too. They offer 60$ monthly plan and unlimited car wash with tire shine + free vacuum with car seat cleaning and mat dry too. I have been to phily, south jersey, Atlanta couldn’t find anything better than them. They the the best job

Like the saying goes If it’s not broken don’t fix it . I feel the guys do an excellent job and my truck comes out beautiful but I’m upset over coming there and now they don’t have the gates up I have the monthly pass and it really pisses me off to have these none monthly cars going ahead of me as I’m now waiting on line because the hand scanners aren’t picking up the bar codes on the sticker . This system is horrible I have 2 vehicles with the unlimited lava shield monthly package and thinking of canceling both I travel from secaucus to this place and never had a problem the new Manager just doesn’t understand as I already said something to him and he told me that if I wanted to cancel my membership I can do it now . How unprofessional is that?

This is probably one of the best car washes for the price in NJ. Inside My car is always covered in dog hair and once they are done there is never any left. The two guys at the first vacuuming area are the best, but everyone else is a close second. Besides the guy at the pay area everyone else is professional and courteous, I will definitely continue using this place, the free vacuums are awesome

Best car wash in Bergen County. Its a happy medium between a basic car wash and a full detailing. You get what you pay for.

We have been coming to this place from Fair Lawn for fifteen years. So glad you guys came back after the fire. The kids love that they get to spray cars from inside and the service is just exceptional. I love the improvements over the years and prices that remain fair. I haven’t found any other car wash place in the area that does such a great job on the interior cleaning. It’s so worth the twenty minute drive. Keep up the good work - highly recommended.
