Basel and his son Faris used no pressure sales, were honest, and were the epitome of professionalism. They made the purchasing a vehicle easy, when typically it gets complicated and exhausting. So about a year ago I bought a charger from here, they said the check engine was on for the 02 sensor, fast forward to today. I had to spend 12,000$ to fix this car they sold me. The engine and transmission were completely ruined and the 02 sensor costed me 7,000$ in repairs alone. They are shady and I have contacted them many times about this, they do not contact me back. They pressured me into buying and said nothing was wrong but the 02 sensor

The salesmen were friendly and honest. They participate in the State Voucher Program. They gave us a great deal. The next time Im in the market for a used car this is where I will go.

Went and looked at a truck with the check engine light on. Was assured that it was an easy fix (100 dollar O2 sensor) and they pressured me to buy it as is. I was skeptical because the truck had been on the lot for a minimum of 4 months and who would try selling a vehicle with the check engine light on if it was that easy to fix it. I asked for the sensor to be fixed, and was given an absolutely outrageous price to fix it (2000 dollars). After negotiating for awhile they agreed for an extra 500 dollars to fix it. A day later they contacted me and said the truck had been sold (after sitting on the lot for 4 months). They knew full well that there was something far greater wrong with the vehicle and had tried to fix it previously but were unsuccessful. Shady business tactics, I am sure they sell some vehicles with no issues but dont believe anything they say and do your research. Buyer beware

If you need a used car, this is the place to go. The staff are very nice (especially Basel) and they will answer as many questions you have without getting irritated. Their prices are also very low for the cars they are selling. I definitely recommend them. Dont just read the reviews, go in and i promise you that youll walk out satisfied.

I Absolutely LOVE Livonia Auto Sales, and the whole team. They are super polite, and always have positive attitudes. No matter the situation, Basel will always find a way to help you. They always have a good variety of cars, which is uncommon for most dealerships. I bought an 03 Impala off of Basel 2 years ago, and it still runs and drives PERFECT, Basel even had his detailer clean it for me and it came out beautiful! The sales manager, and the sales associates are very nice, respectable people. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends, and they have bought cars from Basel also and have never had any problems.

(6-12-19) I bought my 08 jeep from here and havent had it 2 full weeks and its currently at the shop getting over $800 in work put into it because everything was electrial taped or rigged together to make it look fine and its not drive able until i get it back from Chrysler

Owner is friendly and easy to talk with. Other than that he your typical Used Car Salesman. The staff is dirty and unprofessional as is the whole place. They eat and smoke in the main lobby. Expect BS, double talk, broken promises. Go in with the understanding of buyer beware and as is. Do not trust them to complete anything more than getting your money.

After we agreed on the price and I afford a down payment because I wanted to pick it up the next day, when I returned it was sold and they didnt even bother showing me other cars... Totally the worst dealership I have been to.

I bought a used truck 2 years ago from here with 157k miles, supposedly. The first digit on the odometer looked odd on purchase, but the price was below BB value so I disregarded it. Once I hit 200k the 2 digit had severe scratch marks on it and I looked under the hood and the service label for the timing belt was for 202k miles. So I own a truck with 100k more miles than said at purchase. I dont want to point fingers, but I a Carfax and the previous owners (2) were elderly or women without skill to tamper with the odometer. Be careful here, they may tamper with mileage. Illegal.

Brought a 2008 Jeep Compass 6 months later I had to junk it. Cracked frame & the sun roof leaked every time it rained. Don’t recommend they don’t do proper background check on the cars. And it also took the owners son a week to take the title transfer to the Secretary of State. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

I would not recommend buying a car from here. I saw a car online that I was interested in, and went to look at it, and he did not have paperwork available for it when i asked. The car was also wrecked upon close inspection, after he previously lied to me and said it had a clean title. Whoever fixed it did not make sure the body panels lined up, and other misc. parts were not looking good. 90% of the other cars in the lot were wrecked too, as they had cheap paintjobs done, or aftermarket body panels to cover things up, and the body panels were not aligned well.

Bought Subaru good used 4 wheel drive car at a good price.

Bought vehicle of eBay was promised by sell car is like brand new. Upon receiving vehicle noticable bad body work. He blamed it on shipping company even though was signed off on BOL that issues were pointed out upon pickup and signed by dealership. Then car would go into park took to dealership and found multiple mechanical issues. Dont do business with.

Purchased a 2014 Focus in July of 2017. Mechanically speaking, the car is in good shape. It was in an accident before, but I was assured that everything was fixed properly and I wouldnt have a problem. Well now, the car still runs fine but externally it looks awful. The cheap paintjob that was done is very clear. The paint is chipping off in large pieces the size of my palm all over my hood and front bumper which is now casuing my 4 year old car to rust. Dissapointed and will never purchase from this establishment again

Stay away, they have almost no knowledge of automobiles and their operational parts. They do not care if they bought a car with known problems, fix nothing, cleaned very little, and then turn around and sell it to you. You will be deceived, tricked, and overall screwed over. Dont listen to the one positive review, I should have listened to the negative reviews and not been fooled by their cheap prices ... Its only cheap because their cars should be totaled or lemon lawed.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They are shady as can be! They sold me a car a week later it doesnt want to go over 25mph tool it back to them, they kept it for 5 days only to put windsheild wiper fluid in. They wont help me or give me a refund. Dont trust anything they say they are scammers. Especially the woman shes a liar

Nice cars fair prices

I bought a van from them. Within a week and a half cylinder 3 was misfiring along with coil pk. They CLEANED the plug and put it back! Then 24 hrs later its misfiring again. They changed plug 3 and coil pk. Now again its misfiring! Owner is rude and made me pay for parts. Now no answer! Still no plate with after 3 weeks of having it (tomorrow is 3 weeks! Horrible place!Update: van is misfiring again. Bad motor! Almost 30 days and still no plate! Is it illegal to issue a second and 3rd paper plate?!

Very slow on paper work. Very confusing on talking. Has to talk to someone on the phone to get a price while i was there. Also charges paper work fees. Which ive never had to do at any auto sales place.
