The guys at Leos are great. They have a dedicated service writer who make you feel right at home. They get the job done right and on time. The mechanics are top notch and always good to let me know when I need maintenance. They use only quality parts and are good about warranty coverage. Its always nice to wait in the spacious waiting room. They have plenty of seating, coffee, snacks, pop water, video games and magazines. I will always take my vehicles to Leos Car Care! Thanks guys!

I took our 2013 SRX in for an exhaust leak and they fixed it promptly and were even totally honest about something that needed to be done in the future but not right away. So they obviously aren’t in the business of doing stuff you don’t need. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was very friendly and communicated very well what needed to be done to my car and how expensive it would be. They got it done VERY quickly and were so nice throughout the entire process, I will definitely bring my car here again if I ever need anything!

Leos services my companys vehicle fleet. They do a fantastic job. We fully believe they are honest and do not take advantage of us. Even though its a farther drive for them, my mother, sister, and neighbors all have their cars serviced by Leos because of their reliability and fairness to my company. Sean at the front desk is a wonderful addition to the team.

These guys really helped me out. I was in the area getting parts for my snow plow when my truck broke down because of a transmission line. They were recommended by Smitty from Angelos. There was no way I would have made it home with out Leos Complete Auto Repair. They stayed after closing and fixed the line for me and the price was really economical. I made it home all the way to Toledo...safe and with no problems.

Great Staff & Service

I take my car there because I trust them. I have a 12 year old car told them to check it out and tell me everything that is wrong with it. There was a list, asked them what was the most important thing to fix right now. I fixed what was most important, my car is a working well and in time Ill fixed the rest

Spent almost 3-4K on my car due to an oil leak yet the problem still reoccurring until today. They had a 1 year warranty for the oil leak and every time I take the car in for a repair they havent fixed a new issue occurs and recently my mother went in as well to get a diagnosis for her Range Rover and the owner already started criticizing the car and its known issues and when the Range Rover was ready for pick up the car went back to its original problem within a day. They showed their true selves in the business and they are more money hungry than actually knowing how to fix the problem I wouldnt recommend trusting them with your car

While I was recommended to this business, I am not happy with their service on my rotors they replaced and I had to rerurn 5 times to get them replaced and/or fixed and tgat never solved the issue as I continue to hear the creaking noise while braking, which they declined an inability to fix???In addition, they lost one of my tire lock and refused to take responsibility.Every time, I go for an oil change, my car becomes so dirty that I need a complete cleanup from the grime marks left on my cloth seats

Worked with Shawn, great shop. We had to call a shop around Detroit to help us with a Promaster. Shawn took care of us that day and is a straight shooter. His pricing was accurate and ETAs for service were correct. Highly recommend this shop. We are out of the Grand Rapids area but will be using this shop when we have truck issues in Metro Detroit. He gave us the good and bad news straight and allowed us several days to make decisions. 5 stars all the way, nice work LCAR

Great staff, went in to get my muffler replaced and I brought the one I had ordered online, they told me I didn’t need it right now and tightened some bolts so my muffler didn’t rattle and has more exhaust leak for FREE, some places would’ve ripped me off right there. Would recommend

These guys are great, auper friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. i went in because i was having some trouble and starting hearing weird noises from my car, they did an inspection and nothing was wrong so instead of charing me the full price they did half and they credited that for any future repairs. I have been dealing with Leo Caza, owner of Leos Complete Auto Repair for more than 15 years - before LCAR was even a notion of his. He is a well respected business man, who believes in helping people at all costs. His company has been an upstanding member of the area for almost 5 years and plans on continuing that way. I have been in the shop many times when people of all races and genders have come in for one auto repair or another... he treats everyone with the same respect... he doesnt see color or whether or not you are male or female, he sees someone that needs help. That is the same with all the employees at LCAR. Everyone there has gone out of their way to make sure that I, as a female, felt taken care of and satisfied with the work. I have been to many different locations before meeting Leo and his team and all but one other time have been made to feel like I was just a silly woman who didnt know what she was talking about. Leo and his crew understand that I drive this car everyday and I, better than anyone can tell when something is wrong... his job is to find it and fix.
