To begin with, all of the mechanics at Euro Total Car Care are awesome. Jay and Al especially, top notch professionals.. I have been a customer for going on two years and they always score the layup. I just recently, had a heater hose replaced and an exhaust repair, which I am sure would have crushed the competition. I had to wait an extra day, but I understand the holiday presented them challenges. I have three other services, I will need completed before winter arrives. Great service and customer care!!! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat, to anyone that owns a foreign car. DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT EURO CAR CARE!!!!

They took care of my car fast. I would highly recommend if you have a foreign car. They know exactly what they are doing. The 2 Jays i met are very knowledgeable.

I took my car for airbag light and back light going off. They kept my car for a week and a half charged me $1700 and returned the car with the same problem. They made me buy parts on Amazon and these parts were not even needed.They acted as if they knew what they were doing but very dis honest people. Am now $1700 down still have the same problem and they are too busy for me now and have no time to fix my car.

Vic was my tow truck driver. He arrived earlier than I expected. Extremely professional, and courteous.He could tell that I was nervous and unsure of where to have my vehicle repaired. Vic recommended Euro, and within minutes of receiving my BMW X5, they called with a complete diagnostic and repair summary for a new alternator that annihilated their competition.They’ve earned a client for life in me.
