Contacted multiple auto repair shops - None were able to get me in for at least a week out. Contacting livonia garage, they were able to get me in the next day. Prompt, professional service at a fair price.. certainly hard to find in the COVID pandemic era.. the guys at livonia auto well be getting our repeat business!

Excellent service!! I contacted Livonia Garage to schedule an appointment for my 1967 Ford Galaxie. I had a few issues and needed a one stop shop. The service advisor was upfront and honest and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I have owned this vehicle for nearly 10 years and this is the first repair facility that not only identified the issues but successfully fixed the problem. I highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! I went here after my prior placed screwed up my brakes. The Livonia Garage was able to easily fix my issue, and my car feels brand new. Nice staff. I went in for an alignment, but left with camber still out of specification per the report they provided at checkout. Ive never had an alignment problem that couldnt be corrected, and just wished they would have communicated the issue, or provided options to correct it before being told that it was complete and ready for checkout.

Saw that they were AC/DC certified to work on hybrids so I took my Toyota hybrid over for an A/C diagnosis. Due to the nature of the hybrid a/c system it requires special attention and can be easily contaminated if treated as a standard belt-driven system, so I made sure I took it to a shop that knew what they were doing. They did great work, fairly priced and very kind service. It took a little longer than expected and they offered to pay for a rental, but we didn’t necessarily need it. Would go back again!

Very friendly, do believe the gentlemen I spoke to was Zack. Received a print out of what was done and what needs to be done with pictures. Forgot to ask about military discount but they noticed my husbands license plate and gave discount, was very impressed with that.

I’ve had several people work on my car in the area and none have I found to be satisfactory. When I drove up to Livonia Garage the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the outside as well as the inside. LG put on new brakes which I am totally satisfied. They also gave me a list of all the things that needed attention. But, this is the kicker! They called to see how everything was going and was I satisfied with the service I received. I thought that was AWESOME! A doctor office yes, but to put brakes on. NEVER. I am now married to Livonia Garage! NO MORE HANDS ON MY CAR ONLY LG!

My experience with The Livonia Garage was great. The online appointment registration is a big help, theyre responsive, and when theyre working on your vehicle you get updated on everything they do through an email link. When they recommend services you get to choose which ones you approve through the link they send, and theres no pressure from them to add a bunch of services. They also didnt recommend anything to me that was unnecessary, or push me on any I turned down. Between the great tech integration, the friendly staff, and the quick service I cant recommend them enough.

I had an excellent experience at The Livonia Garage. This was my first time there and I will definitely be coming back. Both the customer service, quality and price all hit the mark and make this a great place to take in your vehicle.To start, I like the fact that I was able schedule an appointment for a front wheel alignment about 2 days out from the weekend. This made the process of coming in easy and I was in and out in about 30 some minutes. I was even offered coffee and water which is always a nice touch in customer service.The price for what I had done was beyond exceptional. They even made an adjustment that was just slightly off but would normally have been an additional charge. They did this just as a courtesy. Normally car repair businesses nickel and dime you on everything, so the fact that they did this amazed me.What I found refreshing and different from auto mechanics was that they showed both before and after photos of what had been going on with my vehicle. I was able to see what my vehicle was before the adjustment and how it looked after. As someone who knows just a smidge about auto mechanics, I really enjoyed learning this.I highly recommend The Livonia Garage and will be back!

I found out my 07 Ford F-150 had an oil pan full of antifreeze so I had it towed to Livonia Garage. I found there service personnel, Mike Hayner, to be very easy to work with. I told him my budget and he did everything possible to keep it in the agreed quote. I had to replace the engine which they did. This all happened just before opening day deer gun season. They did everything they could to make sure I was up north on opening day. During the process of replacing the motor the mechanic found obvious issues with parts of the old engine that were going to fail which I knew before hand so I had them replaced. The crew at Livonia Garage are conscientious, very very good at their jobs in all aspects and I was very happy with the final outcome. My new(older engine) ran like it was brand new. My gas mileage was even better than before on freeway driving. I would invite anyone with car issues to see Mike and his crew before going anywhere else for mechanical work. As a matter of fact the next week after I came home from hunting I had Mike put two new tires on my wifes car. The whole experience was painless and stress free.

I love taking my vehicles to Livonia Garage. TJ and Danny are great to work with. We have had both my Audi Q5 and my husbands GMC 2500 Diesel truck in for service. Each time we have received great customer service, quality work and a great value for the services provided. We wont take our vehicles anywhere else.

By far and away the best experience I have had at a mechanic in years. I dont usually leave reviews, but my experience at the Livonia Garage definitely warranted one.Mike was extremely knowledgeable, even moreso than some of the techs that I have spoken with at the BMW dealership themselves. The staff at the Livonia Garage made sure my BMW was taken care of, and worked with me to give me quotes for all of the future services that will need to taken care of on my car as well as thoroughly answering my many questions. The prices were fair, and Mike was familiar with certain things that are unique to my car, which made me very comfortable having my car serviced here.They did a great job aligning my car, even though many other shops wouldnt touch it or mark up the price simply due to it being a German car. I will absolutely be bringing my car back for service here, along with the 5 other cars in our garage.

This is the best place to take your vehicle. The Livonia Garage and their staff are extremely friendly, helpful and above all else very honest. I’ve been taking my 2008 Mercury Sable here for alittle over a year now. They explained what needs to be done, so you can make sense of what repairs should come first. They also inspect your vehicle and write down what you should focus on next by priority for your vehicle, which is very helpful to the average person. This was my first time visiting this business. I called to ask for an estimate for a headlight replacement. Unfortunately I didn’t have all the info they needed and it was decided it would be easier if I came in. Right away they quoted me and gave me a timeline.. 3 hours. This place wanted to charge me $1000 for just a back set of brakes and routers and they suggested to flush the brake fluid and the cost of repair plus their warranty. Luckily i was able to find a family friend that would help me with this. After he took the brake pads off he said the routers were completely fine and no brake flush is needed. What a sad state that we live in, its hard to trust anyone even the professionals Im giving two stars because customer service was good enough but expect HIGH prices at this place and not so trust-worthy work.

My first visit ever with my practically new car, instead of offering just am alignment they gave a full inspection to my car and gave me a huge opportunity to see the condition of my car very easily and the report is very accessable for anyone at a solid price.

My car ended up being expensive to fix but they worked with me to make it a little more affordable. I recently had issues with my previous and current work vehicles. Despite being swamped Mike and Dan found a way to squeeze me in to their schedule. Despite the problems they were honest about what needed to be done, how long it would take, and even worked with me on not breaking the bank trying to fix them. They provided a loaner car and were very helpful during the whole process, and made a bad situation bearable. I have found a new go-to garage in Livonia. Diagnosed my issue correctly. They charged 5 times as much compared to another auto place for repairs. Also they tried to maximize on all possible car issues instead of being reasonable and putting the customer first.

Glad I went there and got my oil changed. Friendly service, best price. They got my next oil change for sure and will definitely consider service and or repair work (knock on wood), in the future.

Went in to get my thermostat replaced. They quoted me about $60 less than other places in the area and were able to get the job down pretty quick. The guy at the front desk was very nice and I was very happy that they werent pushy or anything. Will definitely go back for any future work.

I went in on Veterans Day, for the free oil change they offered for Vets (my husband is USMC). It was also during our first snow storm of the season. Everybody was extremely nice and service was fast. Phones were ringing off the hook, and they were professional and understanding of people wanting to get in that day. They also had complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and water in the lobby. Well be back next week, to get the oil changed on our other vehicle.

I had a recent experience going to check what caused severe brake pulsation in my 328ix Drive with Farmington garage. First, team over there is good.Issue was that my rotors had to be replaced. It was shocking as I had replaced a new set of premium rotors (which Budget brakes claimed !) 30000 miles back / 2.5 yrs back (Warranty is 24000 miles). Livonia or Farmington garage claimed that it was done by Budget brakes which is acquired by the former company (thats my understanding). I am not an aggressive driver by any means and primary reason was quality of rotorsI was just out of the warranty period by couple of months. There was certainly false word of mouth from Budget brakes with safety critical component . My point is that Livonia garage should own some sort of responsibility on safety critical components. From my view, this could have been discounted price on new set of rotors. Unfortunately I had only 5% discount which was letting me down. From my view, I clearly see the customer safety ethics are not considered !

I was referred to this shop several years ago by Discount Tire also on Middlebelt Rd in Livonia, and I have been going there ever since. My issues have always been accurately diagnosed and resolved the first time around. I highly recommend that you give them a try. Im sure you wont be disappointed!I had my car serviced there just yesterday for an oil change, heater that went cold during idling and a loud muffler. I left there in a warm, quiet, smooth riding car with improved gas mileage. My car always uses less gas when it is in top working condition. It was a win win situation for me.
