Jay, the technician was outstanding in his systematic approach in servicing my whole house generator, he discussed and explained the various steps to servicing and maintaining a generator, his personality is polite and engaging, his concerns about doing a great job is outstanding. Kelley Brothers did an absolutely wonderful job of walking us through the entire process of installing her Generac. They handled everything. Not even one full week after it was installed the electricity went out because of a storm. She now feels secured with the backup power for her house from her Generac.

Kelly Brothers installed a new furnace last week and I had Ryan as my installer. He was very efficient and cleaned up when he was done. I was very satisfied when I talked to him and asked a lot of questioned about the furnace. He also fixed my humidifier which was really a real blessing to me. I have used Kelly Brothers for the annual maintenance on our generator for a few years. They have done a good job. Our AC broke this year, and they were able to come the following day, and completed the repair in a few hours, with all the necessary parts on the truck. Their technician Nick, is respectful and especially helpful at explaining repairs in a way that I can understand.

I could not be happier with Kelley Brothers LC Heating and Air conditioning.After being told that I would need a new Ac unit by another company, I decided to get a second opinion. I placed a call to Kelley Brothers to request an appointment. Keep in mind this request was made in the middle of our 90+ degree heat wave ( still going on). To my surprise, I was told that Kelley Brothers could send a technician out that same day! Nick arrived and had my Air Conditioning running within a few minutes! I was so thankful. Nick was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. We purchased a furnace, AC, and whole-house generator from Kelley Brothers. From initial contact to sale to final inspection they were a pleasure to work with. The salesman worked with us to find the right product combination to fit our budget. He took the time to explain the differences in in furnaces, AC compressors, generators, etc., providing product/pricing options that made sense to us. The guys that performed the installations were very professional and personable. They kept us informed during the installation process to make sure the work met our expectations. Work areas were kept clean/tidy so there was never an issue with moving around the house. Once the work was completed, inspections were scheduled, and as expected, passed with no problem. Kelley stayed in touch with us to let us know about installation/inspection schedules, and showed a genuine concern to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Kelley Brothers for HVAC or standby power needs. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again.

I have been looking into a Generac Home Standby Generator for a while now and I called out Kelley Brothers LC Dave came out and took the time to go over everything we were going to get and he was very knowledgeable on the product so we got the 16K generator. The office staff was great and polite to deal with then came the day of the install the crew called first thing in the morning and said they were on their way and they did a great job from the full install and went over all the functions on how things were going to work they left my home leaving no trash behind everything was cleaned up outside and in the house I would highly recommend this company If you are looking into having the peace of mind next time the power goes out I know I will. Keep up the great work

Down to earth honest people. The techs were very courteous, attentive to our particular needs and very knowledgeable. They installed the unit on Tuesday. Same week on Sunday the power went out for over 1 day. The generator runs like a dream. Would highly recommend.

Kelley Brothers installed a 20 KW Generac Generator at my house. All stages of their service were excellent from the quoting process through the installation and scheduled follow-up maintenance. The installation crew and master electrician were courteous and knowledgeable. The generator was installed on the date promised with no issues. The generator looks and more importantly works great! I have recommended Kelly Brothers to friends.

Kelley Brothers installed my whole house natural gas powered generator in October of 2012. They were all wonderfully polite, very informative, very cautious and clean while entering my home during the installation (it was raining at the time...they kept right on working!), and basically just felt like family, believe it or not. I would NOT hesitate to recommend Kelley Brothers for any and all work. Steve also checked out my furnace and heat exchanger, showing me how it was in great shape, considering the 25 year age. Not only would I recommend them, but I personally will be asking for their help again in the future as various needs arise, due to their honesty, integrity, and knowledge. $400 for a filter change and a $20 part. A friend of mine took a look at our system a few days later and told me he wouldnt have charged me more than $120. Im all for supporting small businesses, but not when they maintain these types of practices.
