I work for a local HVAC company and I’m very thankful for Tony and Janet! They are SO helpful and always a pleasure to work with! They’ve both have gone above and beyond with their service! I don’t like reading these reviews that customers are saying they have horrible customer service because I’ve been dealing with these two for about three years now and they’re nothing but the best!

Before i posted this i took a minute to reach through some previous posts, but felt compelled to write a review because i know how difficult it can be as a customer care representative and at times you are juggling multiple customers and need to make a calculated choice to spend extra time to help someone at the expense of helping others, or speed along the process because you are backlogged.I manage an HVAC company in Connecticut. We had a customer that is elderly and without heat for multiple days. We needed a specific part to get their system running and even with bringing them multiple space heaters to get them by, it simply wasnt enough for a long term solution. Unfortunately they called us on a Friday evening and we had bad snow storm, the timing was not ideal.I spent hours reaching out to distributors from New Jersey, New York, all of Connecticut and all the way up through Maine. This was just after a bad snow storm and our local branch was forced to close due to the weather. I managed to get a hold of Tony (who by the way, seems to answer calls from all over the country, not just his local area). He took the time to advise me that a local branch did have the part i needed, but unfortunately they were closed. I explained the situation and he told me that he will get back to me asap with whatever he can do to assist.Within 30 minutes i got a call back and he said that he was able to get a hold of one of the managers @ my local branch and he was able to open up to get us access to the store even though the weather was horrendous. We coordinated to have a runner get the parts and were able to get the customers heat up and running. Without Tony using internal channels to get someone in my area into the mix, it would have been impossible to make this happen.Tony went above and beyond to assist me and most importantly, our customer that was in dire need of heat. Great work buddy. This man deserves a pat on the back @ the very least. If he ever made a move to the East Coast i wouldnt hesitate to hire him.

This location is a serious pain. The employees need to work on their customer service skills and tone with their customers. This pandemic is no reason to be short with customers. If the employees are so concerned with germs then they need to wear gloves and better line out the store with instructional signs; seriously disappointed. Out of all the supply houses across the state I go to this is the most ridiculous I’ve dealt with.

Very poor customer service at the Livonia branch I would like to never do business there again but unfortunately I have to when I need parts

Woman in there is always very polite and speedy service. The man tony simley comes off as rude every time and is super slow just depends on who you get I guess. Been waiting in here well over 30 minutes for a part thats sitting right on the counter.
