I came here because they have good reviews, but I wish I had just done my own nails at home. Starting with the filing, I asked for “rounded square”. I don’t know what the shape is I got, but this is not that (see photos taken right after I got home). They also cut my nails really short, so there is no way for me to fix them up at home. Then they were quite aggressive with the cuticle cutter, and I ended up bleeding slightly on multiple fingers. I really really wanted to like this place, and it was very clean any busy on a Saturday morning, so I guess other people are having a better experience than I did, but I really can’t see myself coming back again.

My hands and feet looked and feel amazing. Came here bc it had such good reviews but my manicure was subpar.1) I asked for round and I got 9 square nails and 1 round nail.2) she didnt polish all the way to the cuticle so it looked like my nails had already grown out a few days3) she put 3 coats of polish on one hand but only 2 on the other.4) they were all different lengths, I asked to cut them down to even them out but she left some longer and some shorter5) the edges were all scraggly I had to file them when I got homeIve seen so many good reviews for this place and was really hopeful but this happened to be one of the worst manicures I ever had

My daughter and I came here for pedicures and were very impressed with how pleasant, clean and professional they were. They are very Covid friendly too asking to take our temperature and wash our hands before doing anything else. I haven’t been to this salon before but I will come back!

I love this place. All the techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The new remodel is tranquil and beautiful. Ive been here a handful of times. My biggest pet peeve about other nail techs is that they dont shape the nails correctly and uniformly, but the girls here are exceptional.Sonia and Jody have done my nails and I am always happy with results.

I’ve waited 10 days before posting my review to see how my gel nails lasted and I have to say brilliantly! I paid extra for a longer massage (they use a timer and pause it if they stop for even a second) and for a sugar scrub (sticky but effective and natural not laden with chemicals)It’s not the cheapest and not the most expensive but in my opinion you get what you pay for! Friendly and organized for a nail place, they respect if you have an appointment. Good refreshments and a nice clean feel. Looking forward to a pedicure soon!

I was referred by a friend and I was so happy I went in. I had previously had a dip manicure on my nails, but decided to go with the builder gel because Vanna my nail tech explained how this may be a better option for my nails. I was so happy with the results and I cant wait for my next appointment in a week! I also love that they give a 5% discount if you pay in cash. Every little bit helps!

I went in 3 weeks ago with the intent to just get a gel manicure. However after talking to some customers and the manicurist, I decided to try the gel builder. The only thing I have struggled with is the thickness of the nails. Needless to say, I will be going back in this weekend for a fill.

The owner is also very nice. i recommend this salon and always look forward to my next set of nails with all the options that this salon offers.

I went in before my class at the gym to get a fill since my usual place had a two hr wait. When I went in I told Tracy I wanted a fill, as she started she said ONE of my nails was lifting and asked if I wanted to replace it so I said that was fine. She than began to cut off all my nails and said she would redo for me which I never ever said I wanted. Than after nicking me numerous times, she asked if I wanted a water and I said sure. Well what should have been a $20-30 FILL turned into a $70 FILL set!!! The breakdown....she had to remove all my nails, apply new ones, shape them!!! Who the heck charges to shape a nail??? Oh and that water, yep had to pay for that also. And to really top it off, 3 of them started coming off after 2 days! Than this week I noticed the ones that didnt come off has fungus which my doctor told me is from DIRTY tools used and trapped moisture (lotion/water ect). It feels more like a used car sales lot rather than a place to go and relax! I have never left a review but this place def deserves this...

I used to go to this place at first they seen to be very nice and all high end on their products, i’m a licensed cosmetology i know exactly what gel they use you can buy that a Sallys “They call them the beauty gel” which is a good alternative for people that has allergies reaction to the acrylics like me, the firsts 3 times my nails where ok but the last time they chipped very soon and I didn’t have time to go back to fix them sooner cause i live far, they didn’t wanted to fix it for me the owner gave me a hard time I waited for almost 1:40min they told me they were gonna charge me for a new fill which i agreed cause I desperately need my nails done but that was the last time i went not to mention the time i got a pedicure and the polish came off after the 2nd day so i stop going ! They are OVER PRICE and not all of them are good at what they doing The manager BRAGS about how good she is a doing nails but not enough to take care of her customers with equality and respect she is very Rude and did my fill the last time with Actitud

Lynn does this thing called The Dip. It is not gel it is powder and it is amazing. No UV light used. And is great for your natural nails. Great service!

I called to make an appointment and Jodi was beyond rude and unprofessional. The audacity to yell at a paying customer who has pays for four consistent bi weekly customers. Horrible change of ownership to a shop that had such great synergy. Absolutely disappointed with the new management.

Went in for a fill & ended up paying $65?! The nail shape on each hand were two complete different sizes and shape. I confidently paid & walked out then I got in my car ans realized the terrible job the gentleman had made. I quickly went in and asked to speak with who was in charge and showed the front desk the disaster the man had made and the girl just laughed. So she had the same RUDE person come out (mad at me) and file them to a somewhat similar shape and he agressively shaved it down and left all my nails discolored! Thats not all, while he did my fill he scraped and made every edge on fingernail on my right hand bleed! Mind I was being extremely nice and he was being so rough and super rude. I get my nails done often and honestly have never paid $65 for a fill and have never had such an ugly experience with my nails and nail tech.

WOW! First time here and feel amazing! I got the builder gel and love how natural it looks. I normally get acrylic and always have issues with them breaking or lifting. Love that i can extend my nail but use the builder gel to gradually get my real nails the desired length. Also really enjoyed the option to have a quick pedi. I really didnt have much time so liked that there was an option to get a basic pedi and it actually turn out nice. (not to mention the cute little sandals) :-) Will definitely be coming back!

Bad experience when getting my eyebrowd wax. Hair still left on eye brow, made it patchy. Had the audacity to ask for tip after I made her aware of her poor performance. Dont try getting eye brows there.

The best pedi ever. The upsell for callus removal is better than any I have ever had. Most places dont really make an impact. My heels are smooth, no more cracks!
