Great service. However, she filed my nails back and fourth and now they’re breaking.Not even a week later and 2 of my nails have already broke.

There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. Professional, Friendly, Fun, Relaxing, Exceptional Service. All the staffs go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered. It is well worth the drive from where ever you might live. Try it, you will never go back to any other salon.

Glamour Nails and Salon is the best place that I have been get my nails done. It is definitely a 5 star Nail&Salon place. The place is very comfortable, convenient and has a best service customer. I just have my gel nails and pedicure done with Vivian and she was amazing. She is such a nice lady and kindly. My nails look so great and I love it so much! I will start to come often.

Oh my GOODNESS! I’ve been going to Glamour Nails since I moved to Livermore in July and they always knock it out of the park. I used to HATE getting my nails done because the manicurist would just ruin my cuticles, but I’ve never had a bad experience with Glamour.I went in tonight with a relatively complicated request and Vivian made all my nail dreams come true!!

My toes look amazing, but I was a bit low on cash yesterday so I told the young lady helping out I only wanted the simple pedicure for 25$, ofcoarse leaving some how it cost 42$ . Thats always what makes me never go back to a place because they always try to up you more money when you asked for something simple. The ladies were nice and I did leave a 5$ tip but 50$ for my toes done is ridiculous and I would have got a full set of I knew it was going to cost this much ! Because a full set is what I wanted In the first place but I was trying to utilize my spending money ...

Love the many variety of spa packages they offer. There is always soothing music playing and there is a waterfall on the wall, so this offers a level of peaceful comfort as well.I only go for pedicures, and the chairs are massaging while I chill out from a long day on my feet. The relaxation that I achieve when my session is complete, is like no other salon. And my feet and toes look and feel amazing!

Great experience here today!!! Very clean and well organized interior. Services were excellent and works were outstanding. Price was fair for what I got. Overall, this is by far the best nail salon in the area!!! Thumbs up!

I had the worst experience here. My friend and I went in for the deluxe facial and a pedicure. The first 20 minutes I spent steaming my face, then the lady came in and she started to exfoliate my skin. Everything was good until she started the extractions, she only did my forehead and one side of my face, and she began to apply the mask. When I asked her, if she finished the extractions, she quickly said this is one of the masks, I am doing two masks. I told her that my extractions aren’t done (I have pimples so I get a lot of white heads). She then responded that she will finish the extractions after the mask is done. She removed the masks, and finish the rest of the extractions. Then she applied another mask, then did a “massage”, I put it in quotes because it was a massage, she just applied lotion on my skin. I even told her I don’t feel anything.Finally when the massage was done, I got up and I looked in the mirror and I had some remains of the masks still behind my ears and on my neck. When I asked if I can remove it, she gave me a cotton swab and a remover and offered to help me clean. But she didn’t clean it so I told her I can. When I was cleaning she said that the dirt is from my skin, I pulled a piece of the dry mask and told her this isn’t my skin it’s the mask that was dried from the mask. She said our masks don’t look like that, that’s your skin. I told her why would I lie to you and she laughed it off.I paid $56 (original $60 but 10% student discount) for this facial, it was not at all worth it.

Nice, clean place. My main suggestion is bring cash. There is a fee to use debit or credit. Depending on the price of your services you could pay anywhere from a $1-$5 fee to use debit or credit. Also they dont accept American Express or personal checks. I cant recall if they accept Discover.

Im so happy with my manicure and pedicure! The technicians here are just amazing. It is a wonderful job of shaping and designing my nails. Im very impressed and Ill definitely be coming back

I went here after recieving a badly done manicure from another place for my wedding. Andy was so helpful and did an amazing job! I couldnt have asked for prettier nails for my big day! Thank you! I will definitly being coming here again!

I had a good experience but my daughter did not and my niece was very rushed. Not sure if well go there again.

I went to get a fill and low and behold, Andy and Amanda are not at Glamour Nails any longer. I am not happy about them being gone. Then the New Management did not ask me if I wanted a pedicure (with my toe nail polish clipping), they raised the prices on a fill also giving me a discount, with the discount my fill still cost me more. Then the manicurist cut me and there was blood, my nails were not filed even, thats it I am done with Glamour Nails. You know I really am not a needy person, however I am particular about my nails. I miss Andy!

Went in for mani/pedi. Had a very positive experienc . Not a long wait at 4pm on a Sunday so they took me in right away without an appointment. The pedi was relaxing and the nail tech made me feel relaxed and massages my calves and feet. I asked for gel on my toes and they had the color changing gel that I was looking for. Very happy with the variety of colors and service. After, I went to get my mani and I wanted a new acrylic set with gel overlay and I showed them a design and they were able to replicate it and made or even better. Im very happy with the results, the communication and the client service. They have multiple TVs and a calming atmosphere. They do nails, waxing and eye lash application which I want to try out next.

Andy always does a PERFECT job. I always get a ton of compliments on my nails thanks to him. Ive been going to him religiously every 2-3 wks for over 5 months now (for acrylics). Never cuts me, knows what I want and more importantly great at his job. None of them are very social, but that doesnt bother me. They have the news on all the time, so I just catch up on that.

Sloppy work. Came here to wait out traffic. If you like this place it’s probably because you’re a regular. Not welcoming to me, but when a regular came in, the nail lady jumped up and said hi and left me hanging for a minute while she thanked her for referring other people recently. Very careless attitudes from the two who did my fill and pedicure. At the end of my $40 “chocolate” pedicure, he sprayed my legs with SWEET PEA BODY MIST FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS! I’ve been to at LEAST 20 different salons in my lifetime in different states but this is one of my least favorite experiences. First and last time here.

Amanda was rude and had attitude for no reason. Kept pulling my hands and slapping my hand.I kept telling her to thin out the acrylic gel and she said that that’s the most they can do.So now instead of straight acrylic nails I have uneven, thick crooked nails.She told me to compare my old nails to these new ones and threw the old nail at me. LOLThese are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten.I always get my nails done either every 2 weeks or every month, never have I seen something like this 😂😂😂😭😭😭

Went there for a full set and a pedicure spent 2 1/2 hours there and on top of that they kept leaving me to do other clients while the guy was doing my nails I should’ve walked out when he was saying to be careful with my nail cause he did a medium job and sure enough less than 48 hours my nails started breaking and chipping plus my nail beds hurt so bad they are still sensitive never again !!!!
