Everyone loves a bargain, but be prepared for this company taking this pickup time is set, no exceptions it doesnt matter if a storm blows in, Covid hits your family or your parent passes away. You will pay a late fee. Apparently they claim their space is limited even if the item or items you purchase are NOT in their warehouse or retail area. Trust me, there are much BETTER auction companies out there. I have traveled to San Antonio, Dallas and Houston, spent a FEW dollars with this company. Not anymore...Lost my business..Charge late fees for illnesses that end with the loss of a parent What compassion.

Mostly scrap. They do not test any of the electrical equipment. Will not let us test on viewing day. Youre taking a huge gamble on anything that needs to be hooked up to either gas or electric to work. Their static items are OK but certain buyers (which I firmly believe are ghosts) run prices up on a lot of items. And before anyone comments on how hard it is to test each unit, zip it. I ran an auction for years of wrecked cars. Were were checking in an average of 200 cars/day and seeing if every one started or drove. Also verified year/make/model/VIN/color/type/features, etc. Have 1200 car sales once a week, so its totally doable to test a fridge.

Business has been sold to new owners. I had a great experience with the old owners and I am getting the same with the new ones. Some of the employees have stayed and are more than welcome to help. I had to post this because I have read some negative reviews. So far, my experience has been thumbs up! Thank you.

Great place to buy used restaurant equipment from UNLESS you have to deal with the owner. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly and its a shame the owner doesnt let them be the face of the company instead of being a Jerk to his customers. I recently won 3 pieces of equipment at an auction and went to pick them up. My trailer was broken so I went with my full sized truck. The owner came out and complained and made a big deal about how I needed to bring a trailer even though 2 pieces fit in the bed fine and the 3rd went inside the truck. He then complained about how long it was taking to load and I told him it took them longer to drive it out from the warehouse than it did to load it. Honestly it took about two minutes to load each piece onto my truck. I had been a regular customer for over a year buying from their Walmart Return Auction and buying AND selling in their restaurant auction. They made money both on my buying and selling items. Too bad the owner is too stupid to realize this point. When he eventually runs off all his customers I am sure he will be wondering why instead of fixing the problem. Which is HIM !

Great place for affordable restaurant equipment used but still and decent shape

This place is great, would spend my whole paycheck if I could. The price on some of the resturant equipment at auction is too good to pass up.

Dispite the bad reviews on here, I have had good experience with this place. I learned to look over and over the pictures before I bid and I even get the chance to go in person to look them over. If you know how to do it right, you can make good money from these items.

Ive been purchasing products from Main Auction Service Houston since they were called Advanced Auction Service Houston. And I must say the management has gone through some drastic changes in the hospitality of their customers. Especially a woman named Maria, she had the worst attitude and was just extremely rude. If you guys want terrible customer service and horrible hospitality then this is the perfect place to come.
