I come here ALL the time for nails!! Their pedicures and manicures are the best and they actually last, and they have great customer service. My mom flies into town and expects that were headed here because she is in love with how her feet and toe nails look and feel! Best! Gotta come see them!

I have been going to Hera Nails for years. The staff is friendly and accommodates my request for what I want. There are times that they may not be able to accommodate walk-ins, especially during Covid because of limited staff- so a call-ahead is always good. They are reasonable in cost and Mimi works well with customers to meet their requests.

I really enjoy getting my nails done here. Everyone is very nice and the quality of work is great! I need to go after 5:30pm and they always accommodate my appointment unlike all the other nail shops in the area.

My daughters decided to have a nail day due to the snow day at school. Only one technician was available, who did not know how to draw nail art. In spite of her lack of knowledge, she readily agreed to apply the nail art they requested. The result only works because halloween is coming up as the stars are so bad they look like bats. After we stepped in, she agreed to not charge for the design, then charged my daughters full price anyway. If youre looking for horrid nails perfect for Halloween, this is the place for you. If you want presentable nails, please go anywhere else.

I’ve been a client at Hera for about 5 years and I always get an excellent, long-lasting mani/pedi there. The nail techs are always friendly. Today, Thuy suggested a Christmas manicure, which turned out beautifully.

I have been coming to Hera Nails for a couple of years now for both pedicures and dip manicures and it’s wonderful! Mimi is THE BEST and everyone is friendly and they perform their services with excellence and care. It is clean, peaceful, and professional. Their prices are also very reasonable. I was very impressed! I was just planning to get a dip manicure but they had a Special if you got a pedicure too since Monday’s aren’t busy. Mimi was wonderful - gentle and patient and she did a great job. Highly recommend. Felt very pampered!

Very detail oriented! They communicate well and guarantee shellac for 10 days. They treated me well even though I had a coupon. Very sweet people.

As we do for each of the two performances that my daughter does every year for ballet its a tradition to get her nails done for her hard work. We decided to try a new place. We were in a hurry because we were going to rehearsal at Denver University for The Nutcracker. I decided to have my nails done too. When we left I could tell my daughter was not happy with her nails as I was not either. So two days later after hers were done very messy and chipped already, my shellac was also peeling off, I took her back. We both had our nails redone. The lady working on my daughter said under her breath pickey and took her sweet time and took care of a walk-in before she finished my daughters nails. Basically, walked away in the middle of doing her job with my daughter, took care of a walk in and then finally finished my daughters nails and still done messy. I wasnt going to post this but the amount of money I spent including tip was a big waste of time and $. Also every time I was there there was always somebody there that was complaining about their nails.

Hands down the best and most accommodating of nail places. I have been going here for years and love recommending them to friends and family. The manager/owner is awesome!!!

Came here with a bunch of friends and colleagues after reading some reviews on this site. We were surprised by their warmly welcomed and professional services. My massage service was a great experience of mine. Their performed very accurate steps on each positions on my body. Very cool, effective and deep. I felt so relaxing and fallen asleep a moment. Overall, it was really worth to my time and my money. I love to be back next time.

I have been going here for years and having Mimi do my nails. I always leave with my nails and toes looking great! Still come to her even though it can take me almost 45 minutes to get there. I dont trust anyone else to do my nails.

Came in for the first time and my experience is actually pretty good. Staff is very easy to communicate with. I had a Spa pedicure and it was great. I was actually having a good quality time for myself. They have good quality products and beautiful colors. The place is clean and organized. Price is very reasonable. I was actually surprise to see many bad reviews. I personally had a good time and will definitely come back, nothing to complain about. If you havent had a chance to try this place, I think you really should.

First time here and I got to saw amazing!! Was very skeptical at first but turns out this place is wonderful! The salon is clean from head to toe and spacious. Smells good too. The prices are reasonable. The techs working here are kind. Didnt had to wait long till a nail tech came and walked me to her station. She was very good at filing my nails and removing the cuticles. Didnt cut me once. After she was done with everything, my nails came out looking really enchanting! Really surprise with this place! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Prices are great. Went in for dip powder manicure for the first time and Mimi assisted me. She was very helpful explaining the process and benefits as well as being patient while I picked a color. Will definitely be returning again. Mimi assured me that it would last for three weeks and gave me her card and said to drop by for a free touch up if I was to have any chips or issues with it.

I visited Hera Nail spa when I visited my grandmother in Littleton. I had an appointment at 10 am with pedicure and manicure service. At 10am, the staff was already to organize my seat at massage chair. The staff was patient when explaining for me each step of treatments service. I bought a picture from my home with simple nail art. They did it correctly without mistake. Another thing that I noticed: Hera nail used a lotion for my nails, so they looked more natural than other nail salon. Finally, the staff gave me many directions for my better nails. I thought they really loved their job without pretending. The price was reasonable for nail service, considering the fact other nail salon charged me twice the money than what I paid here. I will definitely be going back.

I spent $50 on a shellac manicure and a regular polish pedicure. It has been less than 2 weeks and 4 out of 10 toes the polish is GONE, not chipped, but just completely gone. 5 out of 10 fingers with SHELLAC is chipped. Poor service and quality, will never return.

I was excited with my experience at Hera Nail Spa! Due to my nail biter problems, my nails were terrible. However my nails looked amazing after 40 minutes in Hera. The spa itself was clean! Brand new, clean box of gel color. I was a dream for me due to the dust in the street. And the staff, everyone was extremely nice and beautiful. They were sexy with black dress. I made an appointment for my sister, and me. We smiled and talked with our nail techs, who were super closer and sweet. Although I had rough and crunchy nails, the tech helped me by using a kind of lotion. My nails were smooth like renewed. I can’t image what my nail became even in my dream. Cute, clean, white skin without dead skin. 5 stars for Hera!

Its best to make an appointment.They offer free repair on chipped shellac within 10 days.Edit: at fist the service & quality of work was good as time went on I wasnt happy with either. I always felt rushed even with an appointment because there are not enough technicians.1 more try - Its been a year and I thought Id give this place another shot...It looks like they added some different levels of service but I still wasnt happy with the quality. The person who did my pedicure didnt get all the polish off and I can see the previous color still. Even though the prices are reasonable, I feel like it was a very expensive second & last chance.

Me and my sister always come here to get our nails done even though this place is quite far from us. Honestly, its really worth the drive!!! Not only their customer services are good but the place itself is very clean and well organized. Today I got basic Manicure for $15 and the technician did her job very well. My nails looked so fabulous since they used high quality products for a reasonable price. I would recommend this salon to all my friends. Thumps up!!!

I made an appointment yesterday for a signature pedicure and a manicure. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and I was given a pedicure chair and sat with my feet soaking for 40 minutes past my appointment time in cold water. The signature pedicure is supposed to have a 10 minute leg massage and mine was 30 seconds each leg. From start to finish, both pedicure and manicure were done in a total of 35 minutes! The nail tech was nice, but I couldnt understand a word she said and she rushed through everything. The nail salon was filthy too. The thing Im most upset about though, is that all of my cuticles on my nails are swollen and they hurt. She nicked me a few times removing cuticles, but they are all really sore today. Ive never had this happen and Im seriously worried about infection now. Cuticles should never hurt and be red after a manicure. I will never go back to this nail salon and would not recommend it to anyone.

I am very glad that I found Hera Nail! The tech here are very ettentive- welcoming you, help picking out nail polish with you, and such nice conversation. I really love the decor! It is clean and well kept. They did a fantastic job on my pedicure and not cutting to deep . Very gentile and affordable.

I do not see the reason behind the low ratings. I really like this salon actually in my own opinion i think they did an amazing job on my pedicure. I felt very relaxed and comfortable in the pedi chair. The tech really took the knots out of my feet and made me felt relaxed. I just sat back and slept away. They didnt try to cut a chunk of skin out of my toe nails. I really like this salon. They are very clean and sanitary.Keeping every thing tip top shape. I did not even see nail dust anywhere. I can really see myself coming back!!

This is my go to nail place. The staff is super friendly and attentive and does an amazing job! I send everyone that I know here. The prices are very reasonable and my nails last forever! Love it here.

I am new to the area, so I decided to try out this nail salon. They were friendly enough, but I was there for two hours getting a shellac manicure, which is obviously way too long. I thought the lady doing my nails was just being extremely meticulous, as I do not stare and watch them paint my nails for whatever amount of time it takes them; but when she was finished and I examined it, it was honestly the worst shellac manicure I have ever had. I will not be going back.

My favorite salon and the only nail salon I go to!! Staffs here are awesome at what they do, are super nice and extremely neat with details and make sure you are satisfied with your nails!! I had a wonderful shellac manicure. Definitely recommend!

I had a shellac manicure done here and I am not pleased. I noticed when I got home that he had painted completely over my nail and now the shellac is already peeling. Unfortunately I am not able to get it fixed as I am flying out of state for a wedding. Very unhappy

I was skeptical about this place because of the low ratings and I dont understand why some clients can give negative comments about them. I tried it anyway because I was in the area and they werent busy. To my delight, they did a really nice jobon my pedicure, and were not the least bit pushy about services I wasnt interested in. Ive been back several times since my first visit, and have had consistently good service. The workers are friendly and proficient. The pricing is on par with all the other salons Ive tried Hera Nails is now my go-to place for pedicures.

The Manicurist did an awesome job. However the receptionist assumed that I was another customers daughter, which was odd and untrue. They also asked for cash after I handed them my card, almost like they didnt know how to use a card machine. Felt a bit sketchy but did a good job and the store w as s very clean.

Holy wow! I stopped in for a last minute pedicure, it had been soooooooo long but just one of those things I felt I needed... but couldnt really afford such a luxury. OMG, for $26 + tip I got soaked, massaged, clipped, pulled toes, sugar scrub, hot towel. It is one of the BEST pedicures Ive ever had. Will be back in 2 weeks for sure

Literally fell asleep on the comfortable chairs during my medi/pedi...The techs here are  gentile, pleasant to talk to, and lovely. Even when they made a few mistakes they corrected when I pointed it out. Really strive for customer satisfaction. An want the customers to leave happy and I definitely left with a smile.

A girl friend introduced me to Hera Nail over 2 years ago and Ive been a loyal customer ever since. The staffs are extremely providing a professional manicure and pedicure using only high quality products and polishes.

Mani and pedi were great, BUT the massage chairs suck - all worn out and dont massage well, and the place is grubby - EVERYTHING needs a good scrubbing. Trying to relax is impossible bc CNN is blaring all the stuff Im trying escape while getting my feet done, and no one offered water or a drink of any kind. Also, very little English is spoken at all, very hard to communicate.

Outstanding! Prices here are definitely reasonably cheaper than other places but they dont cut Corner in return! It isnt any luxurious Spa by any means but the services provided are great

Tried this salon for the first time with a Groupon...I get my nails done regularly and was looking for a salon closer to home. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! Maybe it was because I had a Groupon, but after 2 hours I had a decent pedicure and a totally messy manicure! I came back the next day for them to fix the manicure....never once was I given an apology or treated in a customer service friendly manner, even though I never made a big fuss. WILL NOT RETURN...I wont pay full price for a lousy job!

The front desk lady was very rude! I watched her argue with a customer, who said she was from out of town, about her having been here before. The front desk lady then said we remember everyone who comes here. I am absolutely appauled by the service standards of this place. They have a Groupon deal but would prefer that you not use that and pay in cash instead. Over the phone I was told I would get the Groupon price if I showed it to them when I got there. I showed it to the lady and she said she would only honor that price if I paid cash. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! That is a very shady practice indeed.

I will never ever go back. Foot soak was cold, the customer service was by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Polish selection was poor, cleanliness was appalling, and my manicure is borderline elementary school hack job. Then gentleman actually scoffed, visually and audibly scoffed, at my 10% tip.Now that I think about it I didnt notice any licenses from the Health Department or other licensing boards.

I was given a Groupon as a gift for my birthday. I tried to use it on a Saturday, and a male rudely yelled at me from across the salon that they were too busy today for more customers. He also said they werent accepting Groupon that day (even though the Groupon said nothing about specific days). I asked if I could at least make an appointment for another day, and after some arguing he told me I could come back on Wednesday.I came back on Wednesday, and I was the only one in the salon for 2.5 hours. The same male worked on my manicure and was so rough on my cuticles one finger bled. He didnt want to wait for it to stop bleeding, so he put cotton on it and tried to paint around it. At the end of he session I asked if I could give gratuity on a card and offered $8. He told me that I need to give $10.My gel manicure lasted about 5 days because the nail that bled was painted so poorly. It stopped very short of the cuticle and ended up peeling off in the shower.

Mimi hacked my right eyebrow off!! It looks horrible. I felt like crying! I went the day before I went on vacation for 10 days to Europe. Ive been back for almost 2 weeks now and it still looks terrible. Im having to draw it in. Never in my life have I had this happen. She said she did not do it, that it was that way, what??!! She said all she did was use scissors to cut a little bit. Such a hack job!! I will never go there again.I also had a mani/pedi done and it did look great but she did cut one of my fingers cuticle to were it did bleed and sting.Very terrible experience overall....will never return.

Rushed through a special occasion mani/pedi and my gel french tips are browning after 2 days. They also left bubbles in my nails. Terrible job.

Horrible experience! When I called to make an appointment they told me not to buy the Groupon. I bought it anyway because I had a credit on my account. My nail tech was Kevin that did my pedicure and manicure. I arrived at 6pm and they close at 7 so I felt like he was rushed the entire time. The pedi was just ok, nothing special but when I saw the way he painted my toenails I started to get a little nervous. He had to correct a lot of mistakes which took even more time. The pedi lasted 45 mins and then we started on the Shellac. They kept their Shellac polish in a crockpot, Im assuming to make it less thick so they didnt use as much. He started on the Shellac and the Polish was really runny and was dripping all over the place and he had to put 5 coats or more on each of the nails. AGAIN...it was so messy he had to clean up around the nail every time he painted them. He then spilled the ace-tone he was using all over the table and himself and a few minutes later he spilled the shellac all over his hands, which in turn was getting on my hands. (Which he never cleaned off) By the time Kevin was done he had missed getting close to my nail beds so it already looks a week old and there is polish all around the nail on my skin. He slapped some lotion on my hands and arms and he was done. I think the Manicure was maybe 25 mins. When I started to pay, I told him I had the Groupon and he yelled at me telling me that they told me not to buy it. Why would they even offer a Groupon if they dont want to honor them? Stay far away from this place, I know I wont be back!

I bought a manicure for my mother and sister who decided to just leave after the employee was so rude to them. Im very disappointed at their conduct and that the gift was ruined after they drove across Denver.
