My favorite nail tech ever moved away 3 years ago and I have been on the hunt for a place I felt comfortable for myself as well as my daughter ever since. Everytime I tried to book online at Frenchies, they were booked up for appointments within a two week window. I finally got in and I know why.We arrived a few minutes early and we were able to get started right away. They walked us through their process and then left us to choose colors. While there is not an overwhelming abundance of colors, what they do have is perfect. Too many colors and my daughter and I have a hard time choosing anyway.Lorrie was meticulous with her work and still chatty all at the same time. When it came time to polish, we were able to bring up a picture of what my daughter wanted for art and she was able to match it pretty well on some super tiny fingers!!I am sad I waited so long to get in but now that I have, I wont go anywhere else!

I love to get my nails done at Frenchies and enjoy the top notch friendly and expert service that I always get. No matter who does my nails I can count on a perfect manicure and a healthy, clean, relaxing experience.The products are clean and stay on very well. I highly recommend Frenchies hands down in the Ken Caryl, Chatfield area.

I didn’t have a great experience here unfortunately. I came the day before my wedding in the afternoon with my mother and MOH. It started off rough when we got there and there were 3 of us, but only 2 stylists. One worker was floating back and forth working on 2 people and the other one grinded my friend’s nails down because she had gel on them and her stylist said she had never seen what was on her nails before. She grinded it down so the gel was half on and tried to paint over them. My MOH and I chose the same type of nail polish which was supposed to be their “premium” option which they claim lasts “weeks” and they claim its better than regular polish. Well, when the polish went on both of our hands it started to bubble and the bubbles popped leaving noticeable popped bubble marks in the nail polish. I told one of the stylists as they were drying that the polish was bubbling and she tried to play it off like it wasn’t bad or noticeable. She just didn’t want to redo our nails because it was “almost her lunch hour”. She tried to put a clear coat on and it didn’t fix it but she tried to say “well it looks good to me.” Well, it didn’t look good to me or my mom or my MOH. Look, maybe if the following day wasn’t my wedding where my hands were going to be photographed with the wedding bands and such, maybe I wouldn’t be so upset. She left the other stylist who was working with us to finish ALL 3 of our pedicures, and to redo me and my MOHs manicures while she went to lunch. Then, she had the audacity to come back from lunch an hour later while the other stylist was repainting our hands to ask “what happened!?” sounding stunned and shocked as if she didn’t know our nail polish bubbled and popped and she left the other stylist to pick up the pieces. Anyways, the nails got fixed, by 1 person, so we were there for a total of 4 hours, the day before my wedding when we all had a ton of other stuff to do. Come to find out, my mom was charged $300… for that experience… really? It gets even better… my nails starting chipping LESS than 24 hours after the appointment. Thank goodness I had a morning wedding… or my nails would have been chipped for the weddinf. And this was their “premium” polish that was supposed to last weeks… didn’t even last a day. Disappointing experience overall, and sad my mom spent that amount of money for the experience and service we received. Brides… this was a stressful experience. It’s not worth it. Sincerely don’t want this to happen to any other bride reading this. It was the most stress I had prior to my wedding. It should have been fun and relaxing. It was neither. Recommend you go elsewhere.

Very clean and nice atmosphere, it was nice to get coffee since I had an early morning appointment. I did not miss not having a massage chair like there is at other salons. They have nice lotions.

I wish I could go lower than 1 star for my rating. I went to Frenchies in the middle of October 2020 prior to my engagement pictures. While the salon is clean and the staff is friendly the quality of the manicure was sub par. They offer limited colors, and the colors they do have for gel are old and streaky. I left the manicure with the worst streaky nails and still had cuticle problems, I immediately left Frenchies and went to a different salon to get a color change for my nails so they wouldnt look terrible for my pictures. It is now December, I havent had gel polish on since October 25th and my nails are terribly damaged. Would highly recommend NOT going to get your nails done here, not to mention the manicure was $75!!!!!

Start to finish, my experience was easy, clean, and enjoyable. I was in town for a wedding and treated myself to a manicure and pedicure. What impressed me the most was how clean the place was and how knowledgeable the staff is. Highly recommend. I had Nova as a nail tech. She was incredible.

I visited Frenchies last week for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Nova did both my pedicure and manicure and she did a great job. Their facility is incredibly clean and I appreciated the first time tour they gave me upon arrival. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Had a fantastic time getting a pedicure the other day. My nail tech Lorrie, always does a wonderful job. It’s so relaxing with the heated neck wrap and foot massage. I end up with soft feet and perfectly polished toes every time!

This place is amazing! It is very clean and everyone is so friendly. My nail tech Lorrie especially made my experience very relaxing and enjoyable. She was really easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about her job. I had no idea so much went into nail and cuticle care and I learned a great deal in just one visit. I also usually have such a hard time explaining to nail techs what colors and design I would like. It tends to come out as make my nails pretty, professional and do something different. Which typically gets me a strange sideway glance and a flower on one nail. But not with Lorrie, it’s as if she read my mind. She took the time and added so many different little details, that my nails turned out so beautiful and classy, but we’re still modern. It was exactly what I was looking for, even when I didn’t know how to explain it. She wasn’t afraid to do something different. I would definitely recommend Lorrie and I will be returning to Frenchies.

As an athlete, I really beat up my feet. My pedicurist did a fantastic job of really talking to me about what I needed. She fixed some nail issues that other pedicures have left without fixing. Its the type of professional, skilled treatment you would expect of a podiatrist or medical salon. Excellent, excellent pedicure and communication.

Brought my two kids in for manicures and they did an outstanding job. The nail art was amazing and very neat!!! They are very clean and wash everything. They don’t reuse nail files and give you to them at the end. Everyone is so nice and welcoming!!! 10/10 would recommend

Frenchies has been my ONLY choice since they opened 6-7 years ago. Always pleasant and helpful. Concerned about me and making everything perfect. Oh and CLEAN! Not to mention happy, safe and well treated employees. I feel like I’m part of the solution in creating a better salon / personal care industry.

Nothing ever “popped up” because your app was down the day I scheduled the appointment and all my information was taken over the phone and was not informed of the policy. When I called to cancel the woman said she would speak to a manager and I thought the situation had been handled. Clearly I never disparaged the pedicure. You’re getting a bad rating due to poor customer service.

I had Katherine as my nail technician and she was AMAZING! My nails came out beautifully. She was friendly and told me what I could do to help my cuticles and keep my skin soft. I will be back ASAP and I will be telling all my friends about frenchies! Everyone there was very nice and friendly as well. Great place! Highly highly recommend! :)

Not your typical mani / pedi, in the best way! Such an amazing experience! Sage, my nail tech was so friendly and sweet. It’s been over a week and a half & my nails have not once chipped or started peeling up the sides (like they normally do). Everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect for a bridal party on wedding day, or a casual girls day out! 100% recommended.

They go above and beyond in the cleanliness department, and did even before the quarantine. This is the only place I will go now with everything else going on. Their prices are extremely fair for the service you receive. Their products also are the best of the best. All natural and smell delicious. My skin has never felt better!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon. Every time I come to Colorado this is a must do experience. The place is super clean, staff goes above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable. It is more than just a mani or a pedi it is a relaxing treat in a super clean environment. Matter of fact, I learned from the staff that they go above & beyond state regulations in terms of cleanliness.

The staff was wonderful, they did a pedicure for my daughter who loved it! They did a great job with a wiggly 2year old!

Mari is the best. I have terrible nail and cuticle upkeep, I’m always coming in looking a mess and I never feel judged! The space is incredibly clean and has a wonderful energy to it, I’m always greeted with big smiles and laughter. As a small business owner, this is my one treat I give to myself and am so grateful for Mari’s attention to detail and the HAND MASSAGES!

I LOVE this salon. Their slogan is “we love clean”, and they mean it. They use natural polishes, even for shellac, and always do an amazing job on my hands and feet! My go-to place for a manicure. The only downside is you have to make an appointment, as the very rarely have walk-in appointments.

Really appreciate the cleanliness and care they take. They never use grinders on your nails. Dont even have them in the shop.Their polish pass membership is a great way to save money too. I now am able to get regular pedicures!

Staff was fairly friendly. My pedicure was okay, I didnt find the seating for pedicures very comfortable. Maybe I am just spoiled by massage chairs, but I missed it terribly. The prices were way out of line for similar services at other salons. $5 to fix a small tear on my thumbnail, and then whatever they used didnt work. They did fix it again for no charge, but the silk wrap they used was a bear to remove. My normal salon fixed it no charge in half the time with a better product. The price for a gel manicure was higher than I am used to for the exact same service at other salons. My gel polish started chipping after a week! I have gone as long as 5 weeks with no chipping previously. It may just have been my tech, I dont think she filed the glitter off the edge of my nails & so the free edge was not properly sealed with top coat. I just was not at all impressed.

Clean, professional, and consistent. Mari is the best! Weve had a few nail techs that werent great- one was horrible with my 4yo last time but the staff noticed that and gave us 20% off of her service without me even saying anything. They really want to get things right. I wish the online booking was a little more streamlined, but really this place is great.

SO Clean!!!! I looked far and wide for a salon that makes cleanliness a top priority! You hear about so many horror stories with fungus, and things you can pick up from nail salons, not here!! Stainless Steele tubs, new clean tools/equipment and very qualified and experienced staff! Highly recommend!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

You get a unique experience at Frenchies. Youll pay more but its for their time, they dont rush you in and out, the atmosphere is fun and decor unique. No smell of acrylic because that dont use it. Lots of nail colors to choose from even with the gels, highly recommend you try them out. I also like that I can schedule and pay online😉

Frenchies is so unique; it is the unrivaled antithesis of what bothers me about traditional salons. First, and most importantly, all of the employees speak perfect English. Not that ones language skills contribute to better or worse nail care, but when communicating my desires to the technician, it makes a world of difference to me (and best of all, no side-conversations in a language that I dont understand - Im certain Im not the only one who feels uncomfortable when that happens in other businesses). They do not do acrylics (but they do gel, if you are interested in fake nails), so there is no overwhelming smell when you walk in. It actually smells good! From the lighting to the flooring and everywhere in between, this place has style to spare. I have been here with friends, with family, and even with my coworkers, and I have never been disappointed. Each technician Ive had, Ive felt like we were old friends even though wed never met. The products they use are incredible, and they even offer flavored water while youre relaxing. I am so pleased to have found this place!

The staff was awesome. The salon is very clean and sanitary. The products they used are high quality. The French manicure I got wasnt the best application of a French manicure that I have had. The edges could have been a little sharper.

My experience at Frenchies was nice- the salon is very luxurious and clean and the people are friendly. However, the products used arent the best. I paid a premium price for a manicure with shellac and the shellac started peeling off after 6 days when its typically supposed to last for about 2 weeks. I havent done anything out of the ordinary for the product to peel or chip any quicker than normal, it is just simply not a good product. Ill give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe the color I chose was just old but it is hard for me to justify paying basically double what I would pay at any other salon just for my nails to last half of the time.

Lots of options for manicure/pedicure. Good care. Extremely clean. Men love Frenchies Nails too. A wonderful way to complement any special occasion...or just give yourself something special. .

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my second time making an appointment and something happens where they have messed up my apt. Today I received my confirmation call for my apt tomorrow. They were confirming for 330, when my apt was for 12:30. I made the 12:30 apt over a week ago because I have a jam packed day and have an event later that day. The person calling to confirm said hmmm, looks like your appointment was moved to 3:30. So apparently they just move appointments around without calling the customer to let them know?? Based on this experience and the prior experience my impression of them is very unorganized. Now Im left to scramble and find another appointment on short notice...thanks for nothing!

Last week my girlfriend and I went to Frenchies and both loved it. The atmosphere is relaxing, the shop is extremely clean and looks great and best of all the people and service there were outstanding! I highly recommend it!

Never had before.I decided to do something different with my wife for our anniversary; surprise her with doing something she would never guess I would do with her.So I booked a pedicure with Frenchies.They are clean, professional, fun and outgoing. My feet got pampered like theyve never been before.My wife and I had a wonderful time and it definitely surprised her in a great way.Do yourself a favor gents, book a couples pedicure with your wife or girlfriend and score some points doing something out of the ordinary that feels great!

Kayla was my nail tech and did an amazing job! She was so kind and very detail oriented. The place is very clean and everyone is super inviting.My only complaint is when I called to book. The lady put me on hold for ten minutes and didnt apologize or use proper verbiage when booking. It seemed she didnt know what she was doing.When I got to frenchies the lady at the desk was very attentive and greeted me warmly. I will come back and bring others.

Have been here twice and each time the customer service is excellent. Fala is fantastic at pedicures. Love the sugar scrubs they offer and the warm neck wrap they offer. I’ll be back soon!

This is my fourth visit to Frenchies. I love the clean environment, natural products they use and the convenient, online booking. I had a pedicure and manicure with Fala. She was knowledgeable with a great attention to detail! Her deep massages left me quite relaxed. I will be back!

I live up in Green Mountain, but Frenchies is well worth the drive! Theyre very clean, have a super cute shop and Shelby did a wonderful job on my pedi and Ill definitely be back to see her!

I always enjoy my time spent at Frenchies! Moving to a new place it is hard to know where to go, but I am so glad someone told me about this place. Everything is squeaky clean, the staff is friendly, and I always leave there feeling relaxed. I try to always see Rebecca D. for my services, she is wonderful! She not only takes care of my hands/feet while I am there but recommends what I can do at home to keep them nice in between my appointments. As long as I live in Littleton, I will continue to go to Frenchies!

I went here because of the reviews and Im really glad I did. My husband and I went in as a date night before my baby comes to get pedicures. They asked us if we would want anything to drink and got us right in. I loved the fact that the ladies actually talked to us while they worked and everything was in English. I makes me uncomfortable when I dont know what they are saying. The person I had also made me feel good when she asked how far long I was and guessed 34 weeks when in reality my due date was that day. She did a great job on my feet and rubbed my pressure points, Im hoping to bring on labor. I would go back definitely!

I took my wife for an anniversary date night where we both got manicures and pedicures. She chose a nail color for herself. Though I didnt choose a nail color, I know a guy that did team colors and the Rockies logo, so if thats your thing... go for it!The staff is friendly and chatted with us and with other staff (all English as first language). When they found out I am a dentist, we got into talking about sterilization, and I believe Frenchies is a cut above the rest when it comes to cleanliness. Any metal instruments they use are steam sterilized in an autoclave, just like dental instruments would be. Any plastic or disposable instruments are sent home with you, if you care to do some nail maintenance at home yourself. They explained that they intentionally do not use jet baths for the feet because jets have internal parts that cannot be properly sterilized between clients. Where we had a foot scrub and massage was basically a sink that can be wiped clean.When they found out we were there to celebrate our anniversary, we got treated to a little tray of cheese and fruit. That was a nice gesture.Anyway - great experience! An easy way to make my wife happy. Just do it, guys!Also, I often get painful, cracked skin on my heels. Frenchies has a product called Footlogix. Its great. When my feet start to get painful, I can rub the Footlogix on my feet once a day for a couple of days, and the pain clears up. I definitely recommend it for dry climates and dry feet.
