I always have excellent service at OOO La La Nails. The staff is friendly, offering water immediately every time, and I love the atmosphere and music. I always get a pedicure and they are so detailed and meticulous, making sure it’s how I want it. Kelly is awesome, but all staff is friendly. My middle school daughter loves coming with me to get her toes done, and they offer a 20% discount on middle and high school students! I love the massage chairs, too. Would absolutely recommend!

I had Kelly and she was super sweet! My nails were perfectly polished, sometimes at other places I get home and Im like😕. The leg foot massage was long and super relaxing. Ill go back for sure.

This has been my go-to spot for many years and have typically had good service. Until recently. As I settled into the pedi chair, the older lady who was assigned to me was not at all smiley and didnt greet me, just started working. Which was fine by me. Shes doing a hard job and no worries if she doesnt want to chat. Suddenly she stuck the menu in my face, tapping insistently at the Deluxe Pedicure selection-- which is about double the cost of the standard. I shook my head and said Id just be having the regular. My grown daughter was in the chair next to me and in addition to a pedi I was also treating her to a gel manicure so Id be spending aplenty that day.The lady yanked the menu away and proceeded to give me the most cursory pedicure Ive ever had in my life. Scrubbing was non-existent and if another young woman hadnt been pressed into service to do my polish, I swear shed have thrown the bottle at me. Her eyes were daggers throughout the procedure and if she hadnt been wearing a mask Im sure Id have seen her baring her teeth at me, too.Last time for me at OOO La la, I wont chance that kind of treatment again. I was a GREAT customer who typically brought one or both daughters and we would all have the works. Big sale. Not that it matters, but we are also fun and pleasant and always respectful to the nail technicians. And I always tipped 20-25%. But no more. Buh-bye. Lots of choices out there.

Ooh la la is the only place I will go. The owner works so hard and theyre fastidious about keeping things sanitary. Their prices are reasonable and they truly care about their clients. Good salon..good people.

Ive been going to Ooo la la for over 13 years, and they are always welcoming, do amazing nails, and cheerful. From simple pedicures to full set manis with design, this salon does it all!

Stopped in two weeks ago for the first time. Trip did a very nice job on my rebase. Stopped in today for a pedicure and Lisa did a nice job...I asked for the luxury pedicure. It all went south at time of payment. Lisa asked how I was going to pay. I said credit card. I had used my card for rebase and three clients ahead of me also used a card. She said no you will give me cash. I was really surprised but said how much is my service. She said 68.00 and she wanted cash. I said I do t have that much cash with me. She said so you will write a check for 68 and give cash tip. I was astounded. I have never had such an experience. She said sit over here and write your check. I still don’t understand what happened... but it will not happen again as I will not return.

They are not the fanciest nail salon but consistently deliver great nail service!!

I see Xermene for beauty help. She is very informative, is not aggressive. I am not inclined to spend money on myself but worth migraine and a terrible frown line in between my eyes I met her by a discount offer. The office is beautiful! She is beautiful, thorough before you even meet She has consultation to understand what you are looking to achieve. Microneedling & botox but she does much more. I highly recommend

Went in for the first time after quarantine and was excited but wasn’t expecting too much too begin with. Then I sat down and I don’t remember the woman’s name but she was extremely rough with me. I went in to get kinda long acrylics because I wanted to try something new and she cut them before I could even tell her I wanted them longer. She immediately picked up my pinky cut it pretty short and then proceeded to ask “oh do you want them longer” then when it came time to paint that wasn’t so bad HOWEVER she didn’t paint them good at all. I could have probably done a better paint job on my nails (the reason I don’t is because I always do I really bad job so that should tell you something). The second coat she did didn’t go all the way down. And then after about 3-4 hours the nail polish started to bubble up. I’ve been inside all day not doing much. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

This review is based on only one visit so far, so may not be accurate for an overall salon rating. Five stars for the price, 4 stars for the quality of the results, but hey, you get what you pay for. I will be back as they seem clean and affordable. They are able to provide services last minute (get you in quickly) - which is great! The selection of colors of the specific brand that I like was semi-limited at the moment of my visit, so I just had to pick the closest one to the desired. The lady that helped me was nice and experienced. She did the work quickly. I had a little difficulty understanding the accent of everyone who I spoke with - Im sure it comes with experience. My nail color stayed for a long time, which is good! Please keep in mind that I am picky about the final look, and have to say overall it looked good enough for the given price. Again, most likely will be back to this place.I have been to this place few more times and been very happy with the quality, cleanliness, results and color selection. Polish stays on for two weeks, and on my feet even for a month! The quality is really good. As far as you state clearly what you expect you should be fine!

Nice and clean. Getting older so the chairs are a little worn. Nice people. Speak enough English that between them they understand what you want.

I called before to schedule my daughter and myself. The person said to come at 1245. We arrive and picked our colors and sat to get our pedicures. She got serviced right away. I sat there for over 20 minutes with my bare feet. They told me someone would be with me soon when I finally said my feet are freezing and I have been waiting for 20 minutes. I just walked out. I had a bad experience before where they added flowers to my daughters nails and charged me but I thought I would try it again. The customer service is lacking.

Ive had nothing but great experiences. I work very close and go during my lunch hour to get my nails done. I did a pedicure almost 2 1/2 weeks ago with no chipping, and I went in today to get a couple of my acrylic nails replaced. They are always kind and courteous, and timely. Would definitely recommend to anyone within the area.

I went here last night with an open mind. I just moved to the area and I was hoping to find a salon close to me. Well im extremely not satisfied. My manicure looks horrible and its not even 24 hours. There paint is clumping/bubbling and chipping. Plus the staff wasnt really friendly. I tried to strike up a conversation with the lady but she wanted to talk to the other staff then me. So I need to find a better nail salon.

I went 2 times to get my dip powder at the salon. The first time was horrible. The second time i went there thinking that this time could be satisfying but hell no. I was very unhappy leaving store but because i was late to pick up my son and after being there for more than hours and asking the guy to keep fixing it, i was just done so i left. But everyday i look at my nails and hating them so much. Would not recommend them fir powder at all.

I will not recommend Oh La La Nails to anyone. I got a manicure and pedicure at this place. Nail color chipped off the next day. My cuticles has not been even cleaned up. They use old nail polish that has been sitting there for years. Plus I noticed that they dont sterilize the tools. I also heard that one of their technicians has hepatitis. They are rude and very penny pinching. Please stay away from this place if you want to stay healthy. Bad service, poor quality, rude people.

First: let me give a 4 star to my hair stylest who does an awesome job, great styles, and is very affordable. (She is from Cali, I believe her name is Amber?)I give one star for relaxation, customer service, & the girl that did my nails. I get my nails done at least once a month. I went to a young girl in her 20s and I have never had a worse manicure (acrylics) in my life. Each nail was a different length, they were ALL (not just one) BUMPY, thick, and crooked. No exaggeration. Horrible. At least hire people who can do their job! I took them off the next day because they looked so bad.

Great service. Even when they were running a little behind they were simply polite and professional and asked if 30 minutes was ok. My cousin and I grabbed a quick hh and came back to full service of a pedi/mani that wasn’t rushed even though close to closing time. One of the best I have had in a while and they have a coupon for $40 gel mani and normal pedi M-W! Can’t beat it!

This place is really comfortable for myself and my Daughter .I never feel like they forget about you and enjoy speaking to you instead of their own Co- workers! Amy is my personal favorite!

I went to Ooh la la nails for about two months until I realized how many better salons there are in Highlands Ranch. Ooh la la nails does not give you any comfort and they make you feel as if you are in the way. Whenever I would ask for them to fix one of my acrylics, the guy I had would huff and sound really annoyed. Definitely not relaxing at all, Ive gone to many salons and this one is one is the worst. In the end, my nails didnt even look good and they were uneven and messy looking. If you want a good time and good nails, this isnt the place.

Went in today for a mani/pedi for my husband, and a gel mani/pedi for me. The woman who was apparently to be my nail tech came up and looked at my nails and asked what I had on them. I told her just clear polish with the exception of one nail that I put gel on because it has a weak spot. She took a deep breath, and started shaking her head as if she was unhappy about that. Then turned around and walked away. Presumably I was to follow her, but I looked at my husband and told him I dont need the attitude, so we left. Wont go back, ever. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Being the mom of two young children I dont have much time so I was proactive and called ahead for a 12:00 appointment. I wasnt seen until 12:30. I was seen by the owner who was minimally apologetic and made no effort to make things right. I wont be coming back.
