The vibes are cool here. Never had an issue and everyone is friendly. Calming atmosphere is great; it could put you to sleep! Very clean environment as well.

I have been coming to this place for a while but just recently Ive had very poor service last time Lyn gave me a pedicure and did a poor job someone else had to fix it today I go in giving them the benefit of the doubt this time she did a really bad service not only did she not give me the service I was paying for but she also use unsanitary files on me which was gross. Paid and let them know what had happened someone else apologize for her but is not the point.. Dont waist your time and money on a place like this I truly regretted

I went in to get a gel manicure. I wanted Ombre French. I showed a picture. What I got was not even CLOSE to the picture.. color, style, shape.. nothing was right. My nails hurt during the service each time I put them under the UV lamp. Like a dull stinging ache. Never had this happen before. (Ive gotten gels for years and even have my own lamp and Shellac at home. I just like to get French done at salons cause its difficult to do on yourself. Im a licensed Cosmetologist.) The first tech who started the manicure clipped my thumb too much and made it bleed. She completed the gel manicure and it looked so terrible, I didnt even know what to say. I just asked, Theyre finished? with a cringe on my face. Another tech stepped in and filed down the gels the first girl had done and redid the ombre part. The end result was better but still so ugly, SUPER thick, not professional looking, sore and just nothing what I asked for. The edges are not smooth or clean, there were bubbles and bumps that got dirt in them (as seen in the pics), the thickness is awkward.. the ends of the nails bump up and are so thick and not smooth. I took lots of pics for reference and attached them below. I dont recommend this salon. I thought it felt dingy and the techs arent skilled at doing gels. The salon was clean. But work was very poor. Super disappointed after reading many good reviews.

The nails are great! Im very happy with the shape, texture, and length. Not happy about being charged extra for long nails, extra for shelack, 3%fee to use card. The problem is that the extra charges are not posted anywhere in the shop.

This place is my go to for my regular mani/pedi. Nhu Yen is my favorite. She always pays attention to detail and does my nails just how I like it. She is quick and efficient but, does not rush and my nails always look beautiful. Her foot massage is also pretty amazing. They always are able to get me in even when I come a little later in the day. I only have good things to say about this place. You should definitely come check them out.

They have friendly staff. They are always trying to please you. They do great work without rushing through it.

I previously had a manicure and when I signed in to their rewards program, I was offered 15% off on my next visit. I went in on my second visit and was disappointed. My nails were not filed evenly and I had an eyebrow wax and they were very thin and uneven, I had to fix them at home the best that I could making them even thinner. The experience was ended with then having trouble with the computer and my reward of the 15% off not working. They finally after time wasted on a lunch hour, called(the manager)and I did receive 10% off. I dont think I will go back.

The lady who did my mani did not do a good job. I hate the shape of my nails and the paint job is terrible. I got gel polish and its on my skin and painted on uneven. It pulled to one side of my nail so now I have lumpy nails.

I took my sister here to get her nails done before her surprise engagement. I called the morning of to schedule an appt for 1pm that day. They easily accommodated my request, which gave me hope that we were in for a great experience. But I was wrong! When we arrived the two women that were working were both working on one client. They paused only to tell us that it would be 10 minutes before she could make our scheduled appt time. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes. When it was time for our appt only one of us was helped while the other sat and waited. My sister waited an additional 20 minutes (1:40ish) before the only nail tech could assist her.The pedicures are priced high for the quality that you receive. The shorter, older lady did my pedicure. She was extremely rough and I had to stop her on several occasions because she was hurting me. I received a deluxe nature gel pedicure the cost me $60. No where is the price of gel polish posted on the menu. The younger lady told me that gel cost an addition $10 and the older lady told me it cost $15 extra.My sister’s full acrylic gel manicure cost $45 (stated on the menu), the younger lady tried to charge her an addition $15 for the shellac gel. Which would have made her very simple nails $60.I have no problem at all spending my money when I am getting quality services. I also personally love to recommend places I love to the people that I love. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends. Take your time and hard earned money somewhere more quality.

I live in Aurora but went with my Daughter and Granddaughter there. My daughter and I got pedicures and I got my nails gel polished and manicured. I also got an eyebrow wax. My Granddaughter got a full set acrylic. This place was so clean and the employees were so very professional and respectful. I was embarrassed because my feet were so bad as I hadnt had a pedicure in many many years. They never made me feel ashamed and made me feel very comfortable. When she did my manicure she used freshly steralized tools. She opened up a brand new sterile pack with the nail tools she used. This is truly what impressed me the most was the cleanliness. I will drive from Aurora to Littleton for my republish and more pedicures in the future. Thank you for such quality service. Yolanda Duran

I am so disappointed in the service I received today. At so many points did this appointment go wrong. My entire pedicure was very rushed and very painful. She trimmed and filed only some of my nails, and repeatedly ran the nail file over the skin on my toes to the point where my feet kept jumping. I have had may pedicures in my life and it is not normal for it to be painful to get your nails trimmed or for nail filing to be painful either. She did not buff my nails at all nor did she completely remove the old nail polish that was on from my last pedicure. I asked for a regular polish French tip, and after she started painting she told me it would be extra for the French tip ( that’s normally discussed before they start painting). After she was done she told me I could go when my nails had no time to dry which everybody knows makes it extremely likely for your nails to get messed up when you get regular polish. I brought that to her attention and she said no it’s fine. None of the lines on the French tips are the same width or even symmetrical. And this is after just bad customer service. If you are making appointments for services you should have enough staff to fulfill those appointments.I arrived 10 minutes early to check in for my appointment, they said you are early but we can fit you in. I offered to wait in my car until my appointment time but they said not to. After about 15 minutes, another customer comes in and ended up waiting to get service until the tech I had was done with me. It took 35 minutes for my pedicure most places is 50 minutes to an hour and 20 depending upon the caliber of service. Also they have a sign that says you will be required to where a face shield that you have to purchase from them. This was NOT discussed when I made the appointment over the phone nor was it verbally told me when I came in, I was just handed the shield when I was in the pedicure chair. I think it’s really disrespectful when people are already wearing masks to make them purchase a face shield to wear as well especially when healthcare workers can’t get face shields when they need them. If that had been discussed with me prior I would not have made an appointment. If I could give no stars I would save your time and money and go somewhere else.

A friend and I called and made appointments for pedicures, but they were trying to juggle so many clients that my friend waited 30 minutes. They also told a mother and daughter that they had to move their appointments to later in the day. The salon was tidy, but not clean. Staff was mildly friendly. Prices were good!

My nails are cute but personally a little to thin, after about a week i started feeling pain on my finger. That finger got very swollen and now is turning a purple color.

They did my nails quickly and nicely and they turned out good. Pleasant atmosphere, too.

I walked in without an appointment, which at may other salons means getting a rushed, substandard service-- but not here. They took their time to make sure they got it right, and their fees were clearly posted.

Freaking AMAZING! They were running behind, but thats okaya Id rather wait a little bit knowing theyre taking their time rather than rushing! I did a manicure and pedicure and it is perfection! Amazing work! They are extremely understaffed with only 2 girls working all day everyday. For being so tires and over worked they kept up their smiles and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Also did my eyebrows and they turned out amazing!!! This is my nail salon from now on!!!

The staff here were SO friendly. Shellac mani and regular pedi was $55, and the staff was super accommodating and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I had this place put eyelash extensions on my eyes. I am in so must pain now. I had to have them taken off the next day. I think the gal that put them on was still in training. My eye balls hurt so badly. I would recommend going to an only eyelash place. They would know the proper way to apply the lashes.

Honestly, they were very sweet but I was really not impressed by the quality of the manicure. The manicure was streaky because the polish had been thinned so many times. Put two coats on one hand, 3 coats on the other. . . Just didnt make sense. I know I should have spoken up. By the end of it she was rushing to finish, not letting it dry properly in between coats, so it took forever to dry completely - even though there were no customers waiting and there were at least 2 other employees doing nothing that could have taken other clients. No fan to dry my nails under. . . Just a UV light. I know that UV is supposed to help, but really, no fan? Again, really sweet people, but not a manicure worth $15 plus tip.

First time here and it was great, they gave me exactly what i asked for. It’s rare when I find a place that does exactly what I like! Will be returning for sure!!

I really enjoyed my experience here. I would definitely recommend Kim, she’s sweet, gentle, knows what she is doing, and is quick but efficient. I got a full set and she had me in and out in 35 minutes, and they look great! I am very pleased!!

I usually dont write reviews as I dont consider myself your common yelper, but I thought it was necessary to give this place a thumbs up and let it be known that I will never go anywhere else since the people who work here have been nothing but nice and diligent in their work. Every time I have gotten manicures, pedicures, or waxing they never have let me down. As with every place, you will see people who have had negative experiences, people who feel entitled or actively seek out reasons to be dissatisfied, and I hope the negativity is overseen and put aside so that you will give this place a try.

This place is the nail place to visit in the Littleton area! Went here on a whim because my normal place couldnt fit me in today. I am so glad that they couldnt! Kim did an amazingly perfect job! She took her time but was quick. She made everything extremely even and beautiful. Looks like I found my new nail place!

Did not get the shape I asked for, super thin almost no acrylic my 2 pointer fingers are way too long compared to all the other ones. (Which are the exact shape all around) she left a bunch of the actual plastic nail filled underneath I had to fix the shape and clip a couple of my nails.

Kayla did a beautiful job on my gel manicure. She was very helpful in finding the color that was exactly what I wanted.

They did an OK job. But for the price my nails should have been flawless. Im not hard on my nails. But the lady put such a thin layer of acrylic on they after about 13 days 2 of my nails cracked in half. There pretty expensive.

The nails are uneven, not the size I want, and wanted to charge me another 50 dollars to get them fixed. If I would rate less than 1 star I would. I went back to get a nail that broke and it was not the size I wanted or the shape, it was crooked and very rushed. The nail is bleeding due to cuts. Not a good place. Never coming again.

The worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. She didnt take off ay dead skin, admitting that her foot file wasnt great. Then she used the machine which she said she is using her first time on feet. She cut me twice with it. My heels look chopped and horrible, skin is ragged and dry. I was so put off by what she was doing that I left without polish just to get out of there. And when I told her Im not happy she just giggled and said I know.Horrible dissapointment, as it was my birthday gift, and 6 months pregnant with twins it was something I was really looking forward to.
