These ladies deserve so much more praise than what a 5 star rating gives!!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the beautiful and considerate Lauren! She is truly a GODDESS. She took so much care and time with my services, making sure I felt relaxed and beautiful. All the ladies who work there are so kind and friendly, always checking on clients to make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. The environment is so lively yet peaceful, and there is definitely no beating the prices. Such a beautiful little place that deserves WAY MORE props and recognition than they get. Great experience, great people, 100 out of 10 every time!

I have been going to Southwest Salon for about 13 years now, and can honestly say its the best place to go for hair and nails in the Denver Metro area (and beyond). Trina runs an amazing business, and her employees are top notch. Truly a great experience!

It is a very laid back place. I mean extremely laid back. Definitely fun for a girls day out. Based on my experience we had quite a great time. I didnt expect it to be a long girls day out but!!! Lynn I believe was her name, might of been Lauren. Terrible at names. She was just easy to connect with. Such a blast. On top of getting a full mani-pedi service, she invited us for a fabulous cool drink, and we even snuck in a lunch break. Haha! It was great! I really love the fact they use body scrub on your legs and hands, I never felt softer and of course they always making sure you get everything you need or want. I highly recommend them if you need the day away! But book in advance, theyre booked out constantly for a couple weeks which gives you time to plan!

Megan did a wonderful job on my hair! Highly recommend the deep conditioning treatment as well.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic! She took extra care in filling any cracks in my nails before applying the gel and polish. I found this salon via Groupon as I was looking for a new nail salon. Southwest Salon, you now have a new client! My nails are perfect and I certainly can tell they will last. Thank you, thank you for being so warm and welcoming while I was there. The owner was super friendly as well as the other ladies there.

Absolutely the best place. Just remodeled and it looks beautiful. My daughter had a terrible experience at another salon and Southwest fixed her nails and they look fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and the service is great.

Really - is this a nail salon? Great location - potential for comfortable relaxing setting . Trisha needs to learn how to run a business. Personality will not cut it. Rather than dishing on the negative feedback on all the websites suck it up and listen to what they are telling you. The clientele wants to believe in this place. Trista needs to get her head out of her **, put her ego aside and let the power of her employees shine. It appears her employees pull in the regulars. Treat the new clients with the same respect.

Just got my nails done there for the first time today by Larissa, I love them and I love the salon. She was so nice and did everything I asked. I loved how nice and clean the salon is. I will for sure be going back and I will be reffering all my clients as well.

From the owner down to Molly, terrible place. Avoid if possible. They were very rude and their work was hardly average. Once her next appointment had shown up she (Molly) pushed me to the side and rushed her work. It was supposed to be gel French tip with color on the tips n the color on the tips are different lengths n thickness! My nails look terrible!! Also its not on your time its on theirs by appointment only and they dont even return your calls took me 3 weeks to get an appointment! Their clientele are older ladies, poor things they cant see how terrible their nails look!!

Dont even want to give them any stars. I have called them more then 15 times in two days to try to schedule an appointment. I just canceled the groupon I had for them because thats just poor service. Left a voice mail and never got a call back. Its a wonder they are still open if you cant make an appointment with them.

My wife was in tears by the end of her time here and we ended up going to another company to get her nails redone. Dont ask for French tips before your wedding apparently.

The customer service at this salon is absolutely horrible. I went in to get a simple cut and highlight and was given nothing I asked for. The damage done to my hair was so bad I had to turn to a completely different salon because I did not trust ANYONE at this salon to fix what had been done. I am now forced to have a hair style that I cannot work with because of how she did such a poor job with layering my hair how I had asked.What is most disappointing is that the stylist who completely butchered my hair wouldnt even vouch for the atrocious work even with pictures of what she had done. The highlights were uneven, inconsistent and had bleed among the other highlights she had put in my hair.I like to give stylists the benefit, but this was just not acceptable. This salon is unprofessional, the employees are incredibly rude and I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

****DO NOT GO HERE!!! *******POOR SERVICE - RUDE ****I purchased a groupon and they wanted to charge an extra $25 for being ten min late. i wasnt going to pay extra, so i left. THEY CHARGED ME THE $35 ANYWAY - THIS IS THEFT. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO NOT PERFORM ANY SERVICE AND STILL REDEEM THE GROUPON? I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER ABOUT THIS!

Terrible, terrible place. They are incredibly rude in terms of making an actual appointment there. I just dont have luck with Groupons, but this place takes the cake! Once I was able to finally schedule an appointment... I came a few minutes early, and listened to one of the nail techs on the phone, explaining her situation the night before at King Soopers, where some guy called her a f*** b**** and slashed her tire. I had the worst shellac manicure I ever received - the nail tech blamed it on the OPI brand?! It was bleeding through, and she neglected to even clean up all my cuticles. I had her take it off, and left an hour and half later, with the same clear coat I came in with. Dont go here!!!!!!

Worst nail job ever. I got a mani/shellac pedi before a big trip and both were terrible. The pedi was sloppy. And the mani was worse. The edges of my nails were all jagged and I had to go home and file them myself. I even had to tell the woman during my mani that my nail was crooked and ended up filing it myself because she kept making it cooked. Will certainly not be going back.
