Joined about a month ago, and specifically paid for the higher membership so I could use amenities…but the amenities literally never work. I got to use the saunas maybe once. The hot tub is out of order every single time too. Not to mention, there is zero point in purchasing the higher membership because nobody enforces anything & the door is wide open, so literally anybody can use the amenities… even random guests. This gym looks pretty but now I’m starting to think it’s poorly maintained.

No one drinks the strawberry, vanilla, cafe mocha, caramel, and chocolate. All people care about is the cookies and cream. It’s the only thing that sells out in a day at this location. Just set a whole side of the fridge for cookies and cream and make some actual money off us and keep us happy at the same time. STOCK THE COOKIES AND CREAM x5

I just started working out here about a week ago. I do a lot of CrossFit so I’m glad the upstairs turf area is usually pretty open. I was working out at Vassa, but it was too busy. The only complaint I have so far is that the men’s locker room smells like diarrhea. At first I thought it was because of so many people using the bathroom, but now I think it could be the drains. Anyhow, we shall see in time if the odor gets resolved.

This gym is incredible for such a price. All ages and abilities here, tons of options, a theatre to work out in, classes galore and hydro massage( + tanning, sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub). It’s mind blowing. Everything is super clean too. Also having options around Colorado is great. If you’re debating try out a week! You’ll fall in love.

The staff is pretty friendly, sometimes they look bored but they still say hello and goodbye. They dont seem to be on top of the equipment working. During the Covid restrictions, when every other machine was closed they had some that didnt work so it was more than every other machine in service. Once it was fully open there were a bunch of treadmills in a row not working for a couple of weeks. My biggest issue though is all the muscle guys that go there. There have been days when I felt if you werent a gym rat then you shouldnt be there. Also, the express circuit on the second floor, people dont respect the people doing the circuit. Theyll jump in front of someone cleaning a machine so they can camp out on it causing you to have to skip it and go back. If these were the only machines that you could use I could understand but they have other machines that do the same thing that arent part of a circuit and thats where these people should go. It just seems like some of the patrons arent very considerate and it always seems to be the people that look like they spend half the day at the gym.

Great staff and great equipment 👍 everybody minds their own business and is courteous. Ive met some pretty cool people here! Definitely recommend to anyone trying to reach some personal goals, who may be new to fitness.

I agree, the staff is always friendly.I wish management would police the 20 year old guys that just sit on equipment doing a set every 20 mins while playing on their phone.Ugh! So aggravating. I was there and left after 20 mins.

Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because of the hours. Closing at 8pm on the weekends is a little absurd, other than that its a great gym!!

Ive been a member here for 4 years and I must say I wouldnt recommend to anyone anymore. Ive noticed there is a huge turnover in staff, and they definitely dont keep their gym as clean as they did when they first opened. There have been multiple times when I worked out in the upstairs team training room and witnessed the staff clean the room around like 7pm-9pm the staff put barely any effort to clean the room and mats. During covid they had the downstairs team training room open, which I preferred to work out in since it was barely used, and then when restrictions opened up they closed the room again? Why? If there isnt a class downstairs why close down the room when you had it available for the whole gym for months?A couple days ago I tried to work out in the upstairs training room and they had a 3 person staff meeting in there and they refused to let me train in that room, even though there was no classes scheduled (it was like 7:30pm) and the managers were quite rude about it. They had the downstairs training room that they dont let anyone train in anymore and a whole lobby with chairs that they couldve easily met in. Like why pay my premium membership when I cant use the rooms I want?Anyways, other than that the gym is overcrowded and not as clean as they were when they first opened.

This gym is my most favorite. hands down the best. friendly staff, new equipment, sparkling clean facility, affordable monthly rates. LOVE!

New equipment, yet in my opinion could use less redundancy & more versatility with machines - Especially upper body equipment. Nice & clean and a great place probably for most casual weightlifters and those looking for a simple workout. Has circuit equipment, free weights including squat racks, some plate loaded hammer-strength machines (could use more imo) & lots of cardio options/ tanning & hydro-massage.

Reviews just dont do this place justice! Walk in and be amazed at the immaculate facility, friendly staff, and amazing amenities! Along with all the equipment you could imagine, they offer hydromassage, tanning, infrared saunas, & steam room and pool (expected to open at end of Feb.). You simply wont believe that they are charging as low as $10/month!

Go somewhere else, dont waste your time here. Talked to the GM Shawn about the charges. Not only he refused to compromise and refund, his behaviors/demeaner is quite something. Customer service while dealing with an issue is important in this industry Shawn.

Great focus on hygiene, not terribly packed during the day. Staff is awesome and outgoing. They make you feel welcome. You do have some teenage/early twenties boys who travel in packs in the evening. Especially when the spandex ladies at on the floor. That, however, is just the nature of a gym.Staff is helpful when the app is being difficult. I recommend the upgraded Premium membership for flexibility in locations and the hydromassage.

Team training with Ryan Owen has been pretty good. Hes definitely a great instructor. I wont lie. I get lost sometimes in the sessions, but that only helps me put out more. Looking forward to continue and progress.

I really enjoy coming here to workout! Even before COVID they kept a very clean and tidy gym! They have weights, bikes, a circuit and so much more. Not to mention the hydro massage chairs...amazing! The staff are friendly and courteous!

This facility can be best described as a Disappointment. I have been a member off and on since they opened. I stop by and work out after work. I have on my jeans, work boots and tank top. Nothing inappropriate or offensive. Today I was turned away because of my attire. When i questioned the lady behind the counter as to why she simply said its not allowed. When i explained to her that this has not been a problem in the past she had nothing to say. When speaking with a manager he stated that my jeans ruin the equipment. I inquired as to why it is allowed for people to walk into the facility and then step all over benches with their shoes on. He then stated that you are allowed to do this. He then informed me that line 4 of my contract stated I couldnt wear jeans. When I asked why this rule is not always enforced he had no response. To be a manager and not have answers to simple questions is unacceptable. I will not recommend this club or any Chuze Fitness to anyone in the future.

Today was my first day I was excited to actually try it out I have a more membership. So as I was going to the front desk some lady thats slightly bigger than the than the others. I asked her if she can please show me around but she didnt bother she was just pointing at the places that she was mentioning to me was the group classes the team training and pretty much all the other stuff I should have asked in the beginning when I signed the contract with Chloe about the place I understand that was my fault. but I really wanted someone to tour me around as I had gotten done working out and no one really bothered well the lady at the front desk like I said that was slightly bigger than the others was the one telling me that and pointing at the places I needed to know and I wanted more of a physical directions show me around everything, but I guess they dont seem to really try to care even though I was really asking nicely, and Im not much of a nice guy to be honest. I just thought it was not really professional I just really wanted someone to show me around and make me feel welcome to the new gym and show me. Chloe, was really nice I should have asked Chloe at the time, and I didnt. That is my fault thats on me totally understand, but definitely feel like not everybody has the same energy to give off as some others do on professionalism. I just felt like I was more of the punching bag than anything at that point I just said dont bother I should I should expect it that I should not have gone my hopes up to try to see if that was going to be different and it really wasnt I literally just came from another gym.

I have been to several gyms since the pandemic and this is the ONLY gym I have seen employees actively cleaning the whole time, enforcing masks and distancing. The staff is very friendly in comparison to other gyms I have been to locally. The gym is very clean and I love the set up with all of the natural light inside. The other patrons are much more respectful than other gyms I have been to and there are not large crowds of meat heads grunting constantly which I appreciate. This is my new gym and I am glad I made the change.Edit: today I went in and they had 5 employees cleaning the underside of all the machines.. which in 20 years of being a gym goer I have never seen.. talk about being dedicated to staying clean during a pandemic. I appreciate Chuze for working so hard to stay open and safe for us!

The layout of the club doesn’t make much sense. Free weights and machines spread everywhere. Very high turn around with staff. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Everyone at the front desk puts on a very hard fake front of niceness. Overall the value isn’t there. The prices are low because the value is low. No personal trainers on deck. All the teamTraining classes are workouts sent from California that the trainers here do not come up with. They’re just running the same corporate workouts at every chuze club every day. Truly Not as nice as it appears.

I love this gym! They are always cleaning machines and equipment which means that they really do care about making this a clean environment for everyone especially with the pandemic. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I wish that the way the machines were placed were body part specific. Some of the machines are on the upper floor.

I cannot wear a mask due to my health issues and none of the Colorado locations offer the sauna anymore anyway. However, even though they no longer offer the services I contracted to pay for, Im still contracted to pay my dues. No one answers the phone or returns voice-mail or email. Such horrible service. I would have returned after covid but now I wont.

We love this gym. The cinema is a great place to work out and watch a movie. The hydromassage is epic. I cant wait for the Coronavirus to end and have a vaccine so I can get back there!

Very comfortable place to workout.

Dont sign up, when you go to cancel because of COVID the come up more rules of canceling so you have to stay on for another month. Pretty sad given the world we are living in they just want to milk every dollar out of you. When it gets busy there are not enough lockers for your belongings so you spend time waiting for a locker rather than working out.

Cleanest gym in the Denver metro. Probably the cleanest gym I have ever attended. I’m there by 5:30-6 am most mornings, without fail there is someone cleaning the floors of the locker room, cleaning the sinks, counters.. all of it. Not sure the schedule they have now for cleaning, but it seems as though at the top of the hour they are cleaning. A few staff members team up to whip down all machines, while the other team vacuums. With all that’s going on, to see a GYM clean like this, ran like this, is unreal! Also, it is much appreciated. Before the virus became a reality for our city it was a very clean gym, this is just amazing. To add, not only am I impressed by the cleanliness, but the staff is AWAYS kinda and welcoming. Without fail, it’s a ‘good morning!’ When you walk in ( no matter the time ) they go out of their way to assist you with anything you may need. If I could give this a 10 star review I would. Thank you for all you do!

Not overcrowded in the weight section. They just expanded the squat racks from 3 to 6. They also doubled the benches they have. The HydroMassage is absolutely amazing. The service is generally great. People that work here or nice and friendly.

Ive been a member for over 2 years and have always appreciated the friendliness and cleanliness at Chuze. I am s bit concerned that only about five people outside of myself were wearing masks- the pandemic is not over! The Denver location requires masks but Littleton is closest to me. I may try going very early in the morning to see if its less crowded.

Did a trial day and signed up immediately after my workout. Such a good value, I’m very impressed. Clean, staff is friendly and helpful, has all the equipment you need. Would recommend to anyone, stoked to have discovered Chuze.

The gym is nice other than the fact that there is a bunch of prepubescent children who travel in packs that think they are intimidating and huge when in reality there just scrawny nags. Other than that it’s nice.

Cancelled my membership in July, and still got charged for the last 3 months. I call and they tell me it never processed. I honestly think they just keep charging and see what they can get away with. They did offer me a refund, but still annoying. Make sure youre checking your bills frequently.

I wish this wasnt another globe-gym, but unfortunately it is. Their general billing practices are unethical and you should stay away. Find a good local gym/trainer/crossfit and enjoy your gym experience.Their membership terms state you must cancel in-person, and they have multiple ridiculous hoops you must jump through (including being given a specific email you must send your cancellation to, which is NOT the general email). They did not halt billing during COVID restrictions except for the first month, and have made it very difficult to get a cancellation processed. I have been charged over $400 for my non-use of the gym. They gave ZERO communication about what to expect, billing changes, or what was available, probably under the assumption that the less contact they had with customers the more likely that they would just be able to keep billing.

Big improvement over the old Bally Total Fitness that was there originally. They do a great job of keep the gym and lockers clean. I would highly recommended this gym.They have finally put free weights...

Awesome gym! The people are friendly I love the variety of classes that they offer. The 30min circuit is awesome when you only have time for a quick workout and they have a huge variety of equipment to use . I love using the sauna after a workout, such a relaxing end to the day. Only complaint: the steam room is gross!! The floor is covered with a layer of grime and you can smell mold when you walk in. They definitely need to have better maintenance done. Other than that the gym is super clean and I would recommend. But please clean the steam room!!

It’s currently 7:45pm on a Sunday here at Chuze, and there are still about 50 people working out. They close in 15 minutes, however. Why do they close at 8pm on weekends, and 10pm on Fridays? “Cleaning” they say. So why are there people vacuuming around me while they’re still open.There are 2 problems with this gym:- Hours- SizeMy issue with hours is explained above, but the number of people who are working out at peak times makes the gym even less accessible. There are literally lines for machines around 5pm on weeknights. Their $10 base price is obviously causing problems with the number of people versus the number of machines, but I’m sure they’re raking in the money.3 things I like about this gym:- very clean- new everything- amazing staffFirst off, the staff are magnificent. It always brightens my day when they greet me coming in and leaving. Also, given that they opened recently, the equipment, movie room, massage chairs, tanning area, locker room, sauna, and pool are all nice and new. I really like working out on new equipment, and everyone wipes down after they’re done. With the number of people that work out here, though, I doubt it will last long. But who knows, maybe they do some voodoo magic during the 24 hours that I can’t workout here.

If you get a premium membership you can go tanning, you can use the massage beds and there are a lot more advantages. I also love that they have a point system, you get a points for everytime you go to the gym, or also when you recommend this gym to someone. 5 stars for this gym, because I cannot think of anything which went wrong here!

Great gym- I had a wonderful experience when I was a member BUT their customer service is terrible. I was promised a refund for a few months that I was not able to workout- when I called to follow up (not once, but 4 times), I was told EVERY TIME that “a manager is not in but will give me a call back that afternoon”. This repeatedly happened over the course of several months, and the refund simply is not worth the hassle. I rarely write reviews unless there is a significant impact made - I unfortunately do not recommend chuze, specifically not this location. Strong customer service will always win in the end!

The gym is new, clean, welcoming and high quality. Nice amenities such as tan, aquatics, hydro massage, etc all for a very low membership cost. My wife and I had a rather frustrating experience with billing. I don’t expect perfection however when a mistake is identified I DO expect them to make it right. Well Paige G. did a fantastic job resolving my billing issue and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one through the way she handled my concern. Thank you, Paige.

I have been a member at Chuze for a year now. They pride themselves on cleanliness and it shows. The amenities are amazing, and you dont get that gym, douchebag feeling like alot of other gyms. I love all the classes too!!

My hubby and I have been going to Chuze since August 2018 - we love this gym. Like I mentioned in my first review, I still feel the same. Also want to say that Payton and the other overnight staff are always so friendly (especially for working late hours!!) and know us by name! Such a cool feeling to have a community feel at the gym and people who make you feel welcome & cared for! We appreciate the staff being so friendly. Great gym. plenty of clean equipment, great classes and all the trendy things like fitness cinema and hydro massage. Real people getting in shape, no lug heads. I work out early in the am and then shower at the gym. Because that is such a busy time, sometimes there is a wait for showers. Besides that it is awesome!

I love this gym! The instructors and classes are great, and the hydro-massage chairs are awesome! My only gripe is that when something is broken/out of service, it takes them quite a while to get it fixed (hand dryer in the womens bathroom, speaker system in the group fitness room, etc.). The atmosphere is non-judgmental and welcoming, which is something that most gyms dont offer. The front desk is super friendly and accommodating. This is my happy place!

Overall it’s a very good gym. My only issues with it are that it gets way too packed and there are only three squat racks making it really difficult to get to one after work and that there’s a very limited functional strength training section (some tires/sleds would be nice). But it’s always very, very clean, the staff is outstanding, and the amenities are fantastic. Really can’t complain for the price.

Still same employees who dont seem to care much in helping customers/ members. But I definitely was able to get a great workout in. Its not super full but there are quite some people there.

Great gym. Warm welcome every single time we come in. It is always clean, and to be honest it looks like there is always somebody spot cleaning as well, you can really tell that cleanliness is very important. My kids love the childcare, they look forward to going to the gym just to have fun with their new friends. They have a ton of equipment, that is well maintained. Bottom line: Great place to work out.

Love this place. I come here almost everyday! The staff here is awesome. They work extremely hard to provide good customer service and when they arent doing that they are keeping the equipment clean. Definitely recommend especially since the price is affordable. There is a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel before your contract ends.

I’m very pleased with Chuze! It’s always clean, neat, and tidy. It’s also very organized and even when it’s quite crowded you still feel like you have the space you need. The staff is very professional and always exuding energy (but thankfully they’re not all up in your business like some other gyms). I love the hot tub and steam room, and finishing your visit with the Hydro Massage Chairs can’t be beat.

Always friendly staff, and very clean equipment. It gets quite busy, and if youre into free weights there are only 3 power racks, so be prepared to be flexible in your workout plan.

My husband and I have been members since this location opened. This location has really gone down hill. They have had 2 ellipticals completely down in the movie theatre for almost 2 months. And a third one has a loud pounding to it which makes it impossible to be able to ride in the theatre. It blocks out the audio from the movie. We have been asking when these will get repaired, and keep getting a different answer every time. Also there is not enough heat in any of the sauna’s to even break a sweat.

For the past 6 years I have been a customer of 24 Hour Fitness however that was until I visited this location for a tour. Within 3 minutes, I knew Chuze was going to be for me. They offer so much for such a reasonable price. I really dig the movie theater workout! So awesome! Chuze is clean, modern and has some really nice equipment. Ive only been twice since signing up but the staff is engaging and always helpful. Id recommend this place for anyone who is looking to make the switch from another gym. 🏋️

Chuze is my go to place to lift on my off days. It is incredibly clean, staff is welcoming, and the equipment is always functioning. Other gyms I have been to always have broken equipment. Great place!
