Love the place! Great atmosphere and great people. Of course you will see the bodybuilders who have the ego, the size of the gym but it is humorous to see them work out as well. Wish there were more platforms and barbells to go around.

Took pre workout last night before I went to chuze fitness. Got to chuze and they were closed. No way I can go home now lol so I went across the street to vasa and worked out. My heads phone were dead and they charged them for me. Got a great lift in and went home. Great customer service from the two at the counter last night 9/24. Appreciate it ya’ll!! 👍🏾👍🏾

Vanessa is a star! She made the process simple and prompt. The entire staff is engaging and always willing to assist. I definitely picked the correct fitness center.

I switched from Orange Theory, and I very much prefer this gym and the price. I also visited a Chuze with a friend, and that place was crazy crowded. This location can get pretty busy, too, but its not unbearable like some other gyms Ive been to. Staff are friendly.The after-work crowd is more like a high-school hangout, which can be frustrating because they crowd the machines and/or taking videos of themselves.Gym could be cleaner. Id recommend wiping things down before and after use.Biggest request: Please fix the wipe stations so the wipes dont fall back into the container. Its a simple fix. Most, if not all, wipe stations/containers seem to be missing the center plastic piece that prevents the wipes from falling in. I suspect this contributes to folks not wiping down their equipment--the containers often appear to be empty when theyre not.

Love the CREW!!! Soooo friendly and happy to greet you coming or going! Helpful with instructions and guidance. Equipment kept tidy and repairs are quick. Always open through posted hours and even on most holidays.Great job!

The staff at Vasa are all very friendly and professional. The coaches/trainers are happy to help, and spend time in the gym talking to people. Management is very solid. The workout areas are awesome. New, very large, clean, lots of machines and free weights, swimming, spinning, a lot of people working out to create a good vibe, but it’s not crowded. I’m glad I joined!

I personal don’t like gyms this big but it’s not bad ! I do wish they got new basketballs. People that work there are cool so I can’t complain there . I have only been there a total of 10 times maybe in a month or two I will make a comment !

VASA has a good variety of machines that are well organized as well as a good selection of free weights. As far as the facility goes it is clean and well kept. Make sure you read the TOS well before buying a membership because there are a couple hidden fees. Otherwise definitely worth the price!

This place tries to shut down at 11pm or what? Last time I read it was 12am right? You can clearly see they are pushing out the door, TVs turned off and all.

I love how clean and new all the weights & machines are. The sprawling facility has ample space, so even when its packed you dont feel like other members are on top of you. Staff are always super friendly and you get so much more for the membership fee when comparing to other gyms in the area.

I’m in town 4 days to watch grandkids during a family member hospitalization. Preston took the time to listen, showed me around a bit and really crafted a solution that was super reasonable. This is the best facility I visited while trying to find a very short term workout spot. Spacious, clean, friendly staff. I highly recommend VASA Fitness.

I signed up in January and have had a great experience so far. From the clean facilities and well maintained equipment, to the friendly staff, and motivating group fitness instructors-- this place is just really awesome. I especially enjoy the variety of classes they offer. Tues. night Spin classes and Thurs. HIIT classes are my favorites. Both Peggy and Vanessa are great instructors! Im so glad I found this gym.

Despite always seeing new faces, staff at this VASA still always know your name. Huge selection of equipment, classes, and a three lane pool! For the price it is honestly a steal.

Finally decided to get out of my Covid cave and try to work off the extra weight Ive packed on. I went in to sign up for a membership at this VASA and they literally started cheering! Extremely friendly staff, and has pretty much everything you could possibly be looking for in terms of equipment/amenities. Id choose this one over the one on Sheridan any day of the week.

I really believe this is the best commercial gym I’ve ever been to. They have a massive variety of equipment. Even when it’s busy you can still get stuff done. This location in particular has an amazing staff.

So DIRTY! This place doesn’t enforce that mask mandate AND is refusing to let me cancel my membership. Per JeffCo they have several complaints against them. Not surprised. The account is not under my name it is under my husbands name and dealing with this organization has been a nightmare. We even called the corporate headquarters and they were of no help and do not care that this gym is not abiding by the Covid restrictions and mask mandate.

The Cardio Theater is not included in your 1 hour.Book your appointment on their app. It is very competitive, time slots open 48 hours in advance.If you are looking for a VASA that you can easily book a time, The Southwest Plaza location, in Jefferson County, has an allowed capacity of 300. If you are looking for a longer time to workout, they do not have the same time requirements... At least when we tried it out on a Sunday afternoon.Coronavirus protocols are strictly enforced, nosing is not allowed. Antiseptic wipes are readily available, along with hand sanitizers.Monthly dues are very reasonably priced, no contracts.Invest in a quality face mask, like an UnderArmour... Breathe easy, and be well.

I really love this gym and you all do an excellent job of keeping things clean. Is it possible to keep the cardio machines every other machine until more people have a chance to get vaccinated? I have come in several times and not been able to workout because I feel so unsafe doing so. It is impossible to keep a safe social distance with someone doing cardio on the machine right next to you.

Nice gym, but weekday evening hours tend to be over crowded and becomes a high school hangout. If you are looking for an efficient workout after work, this is not your gym.

I like it. I attended the reb3l class on Saturday jun 5th and it was fun, highly recommend.

Clean, spacious, never too crowded (that Ive seen at least) I switched from chuze and it was the best decision.

This gym is nicer than any of the local gyms. I went to the 24 up the street for 8 years. This gym isnt crowded, the equipment is new, there is tanning, daycare, a pool, racquetball, team/group classes, spin classes, basketball and a cardio cinema. For the money you cant beat it. Ple ty of free weights. Dumbells top out at 150.

Great gym for the price. Only downside is no one ever re-racks the plates on the plate trees or if they do, they never put 45s with 45s or 25s with 25s etc... Not saying they need folks walking the gym looking for violators, but a little help from the staff would be nice.

Vasa is hands down the best gym I ever been to! No way would I leave Vasa for another gym. No other gym offers what Vasa does for the price. The gym is clean and the staff is super friendly. Theres plenty of weights and machines for everyone even during busy hours. I cant understand how they get any negative reviews. Anyone complaining about facemask are just being cry babies and should stay home if youre that scared.

I have not been in a Vasa Fitness Since April/2019. I have Called, Emailed, and Talked Digitally to Cancel My membership. Two years later I continue to be charged. No One in Person or on the phone seems to be able to cancel the membership. Horrible Company!!! Do Not Start a Membership here!! Nightmare!!

The facility, overall, is nice and enjoyed the cinema room. Very disappointed with the basketball gym being closed at this location for Covid. If you havent planned on working out with a mask on, probably should give it a second thought because if you decide to cancel within the first six months, there is a cancelation fee.

Was very happy with vasa until covid 19 hit. Now its just GROSS! No one is in forcing mask usage and most people walk around with their mask down and several will walk away from equipment with out sanitizing it after using it. Ive spoken to several employees about this and they dont seem to care and nothing has changed. I hear the environment at another gym near by cares deeply about the patrons safety so I will be taking my business there.***My barcode is 899385V***

Great equipment enough for a great workout

I have been going to this gym almost since they opened. I have watched them respond to state orders in recent months like champs! This gym is by far one of the cleanest I’ve been to.All the staff makes every effort to be sure each member has a good experience. Yes there are new rules, but they are doing a fantastic job!!!!

The team here has been so amazing to me. Constantly evolving and growing to deal with all the complications of the pandemic while staying safe and fun. I like to give my compliments to Danielles team and especially the Saturday crew, Payton, Luke, Nick and Nikki have all been amazing, always remember my name and make me feel welcome. Extra special shout out to Steve, he was the first person I met when I walked in the doors and he is the reason Ill stay, the most professional, relatable and kind person to be with. He has taken extra time to really make my experience here incredible, every Vasa would be lucky to have a Steve, thank you so much everyone.

Good luck getting out of the membership...cost both me and my wife $100+ each to cancel. Then it turns out they didnt actually cancel my wifes account so we kept getting charged. They didnt offer to pay us back or anything, I guess were going to have to contest the charges.If youre going to end up paying $1000 a year in fees and rate guarantees, you might as well pick a quality gym that doesnt screw you every chance they get.Overall, terrible customer service. We will never be using this Gym again. Lesson learned.

**Update**After the post below, the manager reached out very apologetically and we cancelled my membership. I no longer have access to the gym or app yet they have continued to bill me. Although I have each months Confirmation each month I am told there is no record of you requesting your membership cancelled or a refund UNBELIEVABLE!Lately this place has become so bad. I work out when they open and probably half of everyone in there is wearing their mask off their face or not even have it on them at. Thats bad enough but the scarce wipe stations provided has created an environment where hardly anyone wipes the equipment down at all. When I went to tell the ladies at the counter, they themselves had their masked under their noses. You get what you pay for here.

Good variety of workout gear. Tends to be a bit overcrowded during the afternoon (I think its cause schools around cant have the gyms open just yet). But, I do like the free weights and cardio gear selection. And then one of these days Ill plan on mastering the Zumba workout.

Way too crowded, but thats not the gyms fault. Low price, good equipment, decent app, easy check in process, follows covid guidelines. Personally I would change out a few machines for others, but pobodys nerfect

My biggest complaint is the fact that no one is notified of anything that changes in rules, procedures, COVID-19 protocols or whether the gym has a capacity limit.Another big thing you notice is that staff is constantly behind the desk, throwing a football around or just standing in an area on their phones. They hardly are ever seen cleaning by myself or anyone else that I know that goes there. They are also not customer friendly. The least they can do is greet people or say farewell to us members.This gym also loves to promote themselves but you don’t realize all the charges you will have if you sign up and cancel or freeze your account until it’s too late.Overall this gym needs to do better.

Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with VASA fitness. I have been a loyal member who needs use of the kids club. Since the kids club has been close to do COVID-19 I put my membership on hold. When I gave my 30 day notice to cancel they said they had to unfreeze my account and charge me on my normal billing cycle which includes membership and personal training. I would be paying and never use the sessions or be able to go because the kids club is closed. I feel they should have some exceptions since what they sold me in my membership is not available. I called to talk to a supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes and the call was disconnected. They obviously dont have their customers best interest at heart, just corporate greed!

Just wanted a keychain fob. Easy they said. We are out of them right now but when we get them back we can get ya one. They got them. Worst gym I’ve ever been a member to! Run by clowns!! Now they make you carry a colored card around??? What are we in 3rd grade? Can’t use the locker room? What’s the difference in the locker room and those little lockers outside the locker room??? What a joke!

The 1-star review is for the billing company Paramount Acceptance. As some other recent reviews mentioned, they charged the monthly membership fee without my acknowledgement and consent after 90 days of the freeze of my account. And they refused to give me the refund no matter what I explained. This might be VASA’s shady business to trick for more earnings.Shame on you VASA to take advantage of the loopholes in the freeze/cancellation policy to your customers, especially during the pandemic. Now they even started charging $10 for freezing your account (and you have to do that every 90 days). So I had to cancel the membership.

Been working out here for two years. Great price and they have all of the equipment I need. The staff is super friendly. They are redoing some areas of the gym which is frustrating because it makes space to do CrossFit workouts crowded. Overall I love the gym.

Clean, New, and Friendly! Vasa isn’t like other gyms I’ve belonged to! Every time I go in I’m welcomed with warm smiles and everyone knows me by name. Vasa fitness will report anything they possibly can to your credit even if you miss one payment. They will not respond when you are trying to dispute anything, and they are not registered with the BBB

About 1/4 of the people just had the masks around their chin, and not wiping down machines. Toxic culture- I hope they don’t have a Covid problem there, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did. Staff did not seem to care or even leave the front desk.Nice gym, very lazy people running it.

Beware - Watch how they charge your account if you freeze or try to cancel your account. Very upset with this gym and how they charge their participants. I asked to cancel my membership and they froze my account and then charged my acct months later. They refused to refund my money and were unreasonable. I’d find a gym that cares about their people and are flexible during Covid. I get that gyms are hit hard but we all are affected during this time.

Mask rules need to be enforced WAY better here. Half the people here arent even keeping their noses covered and some just take them off entirely as soon as the staff isnt looking which makes wearing masks pointless.

My daughter and I loved coming here. The equipment is new and it’s very clean! We loved sitting in the aqua massage chair after our workout! Very affordable membership fee!

Leg press machines are severely worn out, when taking and putting on plates on the machines they are shaving metal off each other. Touching the weights or machines lets off a lot of metal shavings. Beware when using the machines and touching the weights in that area.

Had a team training class this morning with Jared as the trainer, I just wanna say he was a great instructor. He was motivational very knowledgeable really enjoyed my class because of him. Thank You

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION:Use another facility. The communication here is so broken, it lead to me paying for an entire years membership, after an in person cancellation at month 3 of membership. When trying to get in touch and asking for an explanation from the gym manager Danielle, my situation was not taken seriously to say the least. Never ending holds, no callbacks and a total lack in ability to look into the matter seemed to be the status quo. On top of that, at month 3 of membership I had paid all fees associated with closing my membership only to then find out more than a year later that I still owed a balance in excess of 130.00 which were charges from the past year of membership (which I had already paid, closed and surely wasnt using). Due to the terrible communication by both local Gym and corporate I am choosing to just pay, AGAIN, to make this go away. Not worth the time it takes to force communication with a business that doesnt take customer service seriously. There cheap fees are appetizing but, beware.

Worst company there is. After the covid shut down.. I was given no email or notice that they opened or that I would keep getting charged for a membership I wasnt planning on redoing. So they just kept charging me and will not refund my money. What a rip off!

I do not have issue with the gym or gym staff. The issues are with corporate HQ customer satisfaction and Billing vendor paramount acceptance. Me and my children signed up back in August only used the membership a couple times than had to stop going due to health issues I had canceled my membership and zeroed my account out was never told I would have to pay a cancellation fee and they continued to charge a card I told them was no longer in use so I keeped getting charged a return fee now today they called me again to collect more money from me on an account that has not been used since August and I had canceled telling me they have no evidence of me canceling on and now telling me I have to pay a canclation fee so they are wanting 75 dollars cancellation fee plus 300 dollars in back fees and on top of that a 300 dollar return fee for an accout that hasnt been used and canceled since August and the only thing we ever used was the pool and only for an hour each time I strongly suggest not going here the staff maybe nice but they will try and rip you off if you try and stop your membershipResponse to owner i dont have my barcode anymore but if you look up Dana parker you should be able to find me

Nice, new facility. Have great amenities like a theater that shows good movies while you work out and a massage room with aqua massage chairs! The pool and hot tub are great too, even though the pool could be a tad warmer! 😜

The best gym in town, especially for the pice! They have all the equipment I need, the classes are great, other guests are friendly and they are very welcoming and relaxed! Theyre response to COVID 19 is perfect, and I feel very safe working out there!

I love this gym! It has everything you need to get a great workout in + super cool extras for a more than reasonable price. My husband and I especially love the hydro-massage beds that treat our sore muscles before or after a workout. He especially loves the sauna and I love having access to the tanning booth. We both shoot hoops in the basketball court too which is a lot of fun! This gym is sleek and pretty and just plain awesome. If there were more than five stars to give, I would!

Always open when they say they are ! Never had a problem getting into the gym during COVID and everything is clean and staff is attentive here and you actually see them around the gym instead of it’s behind the desk and always friendly and informative

The corporate office for VASA has treated a customer with terrible empathy thru COVID. I will never be a customer of this organization again and HIGHLY recommend that you explore other option in the Littleton area. Locally owned will be the way my family goes when we decided to rejoin a fitness facility.Note: the staff at Vasa in Littleton were wonderful. Unfortunately they have to work for a company that doesnt value their customers in the local markets they operate in.
