Wonderful yoga teachers and all welcoming atmosphere. The classes are more about how your body is feeling and less about getting a sweaty work out, although depending on the teacher that happens too. The other day, there was some technical issues with their system and accessing my membership. The staff was so wonderful letting me participate in the class without a full check-in. They were able to email me the next day to let me know they were able to get things fixed. I really appreciate how this was resolved. Highly recommend this studio!

I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and teaching yoga for 4 years in the Denver area. I have been to many studios around Colorado and I have to say that this one is very welcoming. The first day I walked in, I told the person at the front desk that the studio I was attending regularly had closed due to covid and I was looking for a new home. She looked at me and said welcome home. Since then, I have been delighted every time I walk in the door with talented teachers and a warm, clean, safe space to practice.

I had no idea they would not refund classes. I purchased a package and immediately realized there was a place closer to me with a better class that I preferred. The policy of not refunding classes in advance is bad business. I did not receive a phone call or email after numerous attempts to get an answer. If youre going to have a strict policy at least have the guts to make a phone call. Go elsewhere.

Really enjoy this studio and the HotPowerFusion class. Not as busy as the S Broadway location, although I only attend the HPF 4:15 classes here.. so can only speak to that one. Location is very clean and instructors are great. Also the cold scented infused towels at the end of class are awesome.

Which ever lady told me that the 9AM class on Sunday would be good for recovering from surgery should be fired. Also the teacher that doesnt notice that a student has passed out needs to follow her out the door.
