I used a reference picture for the design I wanted when I went to go get a fill and the outcome looked nothing like I wanted. When I asked to get them redone I was told that I would have to wait once she got through with other clients. Was not offered a partial refund for the job nor did she really care that I wasn’t satisfied with what I paid for.

Went in for polish change only since I had a mani/pedi one week prior. Once there I decided to get another manicure. Decided on gel French tips. Ann did such a great job ended up having pedicure also. I am a nurse AND I garden- gel polish stayed on a month and toenails look like they were just done. This is my new nail salon😊!

They did a terrible job on me and my friend and when i came back to ask for better service they did even worse than the first time. the nails looked so messy.

My pedicure was great however my nails were horrible..to thick not shaped well my cuticles were not pushed back ... definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have been going here for about 2 years. Im a senior citizen who cant reach her toes any longer, and my choices are a podiatrist at Medicares expense or the nail salon. I have always found French Nails to be very clean and professional. Camille has been taking care of me the entire time and she even texted me in March to assure me they were taking extra precautions. I went the Saturday before the shutdown, so I was more than ready when the salon reopened this week. They were maintaining the proper distances and even added sneeze guards in front of the massage chairs. I highly recommend this salon.

I came here to have my acrylics removed. I have recently moved to Little Rock from Vancouver, B.C., Canada and I have been looking for a new place to get a mani/pedi. The ladies who work here were very kind, Diana, I believe was her name, was very kind, gentle and professional. Its very clean/hygenic in there from what I saw and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

My daughter and I walked into the shop, no one spoke and staff looked at us crazy so we left. Tried Lily Nails around the corner with the same results. Wish there were black owned businesses that did nails instead of wasting money on these people who are extremely rude

Paid $45 for a gel pedicure and 6 days later the polish has come off of 4 toes. Not worth the price!

Sloppy work and overpriced. Save your money and go else where ladies.
