Hollys always does a great job and very nice but not Today. I speak to everyone head to the back. Holly is arching a customer I say how are you doing today? Holly looks over her shoulder at me and say fine dry not like the times before. Now I have never had an issue with Holly or anything shes always nice and asking alot of questions. Today was my last day I will ever step feet in that unclean unprofessional trash dump nail shop. Holly did have a nail customer which I understood I would have to wait until she was done with her. After she finished that customers nails why she start on another customers toes. I just got my purse and walked out. Time is money Dont waste my time. Went in @ 1pm walked out @1:40pm never.

I’ve been going here awhile. I slacked up going because the work being done on my nails is rushed and not neat. Lisa doesn’t do a good job on toes and the polish is not polished all the way on. Jimmy does the best but he’s slacked off too. They are always in a rush to go home. Holly will leave customers sitting at her station to do brows. Not professional at all. I’m glad I found something better. Chic Nails on bowman have my service now.

Loved her.. its not my normally nail shop but I had to stop in for emergency purposes on a Sunday and they were open from noon to 6 p.m. she was gentle fast accurate and also let me leave to take my husband to work and come back to finish getting my painting! This nail shop has seven professionals to take care of your needs including eyebrows and waxes it felt like I was irregular! It was a clean environment! Ill be honest and say it had me questioning my nail tech! Hours & operations..

The nail tech made these, it isnt a tip. She used white powder. They pay attention to details and make you feel welcome. Ive never had a bad experience with Holly.

I’ll never come here again. Some chick named Lisa had polish all on my cuticles. The sides had dips and them from where she didn’t file them correctly. Now they sitting up here talkin this bogus language because they don’t want to fix it. Go to Le Nails they are way better, and they care.

Absolutely terrible, they didnt hardly do anything right on my acralyic gel nails. I paid $45 for bulky terrible done nails. They were nice and to quick but how they did my nails, I was completely dissatisfied. First and last time I go there.

The name should be changed to DISASTER!!! Ive had 2 bad experiences here, so Im NEVER going back. The 1st experience happened a while back when I went in for a fill & 1 nail repair. The tech fixed the one nail (poorly) & was about to add polish to the rest of them. I stopped him, & said that I was due for a fill. He looked at them & said that I didnt need one(but I really did). I politely said, Ok, Ill just wait on the other tech so that she can fix them. This man got sooo angry that he stood up and slung the rolling chair across the floor. He looked at me with so much hate in his eyes as if I had done or said something wrong. Anywho, the other day I went in to get one nail repaired. The tech was on the phn the whole time #Unprofessional. Thank goodness only one nail needed to be fixed, bcuz it was obvious that a full set would have been a HOT MESS. Have you ever gotten acrylic piled thick around your cuticle area? Have you ever had acrylic placed OVER your cuticle? Well, thats exactly what my nail looked like. There was a small area on the side of the nail that she didnt add acrylic to at all. When I pointed it out she gave me a look as if she was annoyed. I pay my money for you to do a service and I should be satisfied when I leave. 1 🌟 for this shops cleanliness.
