I loved this salon. They have amazing customer service and they were so friendly. I love how my nails and toes came out.

I have been a customer close to a year now. I enjoy coming to Paris Nails. Ali is always friendly and professional when it comes to his work. They only take appointments so there is never a wait when you arrive. I have no complaints being a customer of Paris Nails!

Definitely do not go to this place as a walk-in. I came in on a Saturday at 1:30 they had 4 technicians with 4 people in chairs one person waiting and refused my service without any alternate appointment suggestions. Very unprofessional.Response to ownerFirst impression are everything, so as a new customer I know nothing but the experience I have have with you, so my rating stands. Ali has never done me wrong in the year that I’ve been going to Paris Nails. He is quick to reply when scheduling appointments and even works me in for a repair if I break a nail! I highly recommend Paris Nails.

I had the most amazing visit. Im very picky about my nails,however the atmosphere was unbelievable. The technicians were all mad dope. I had nicole I believe was her name. They are dope artist. I live in Atlanta and wether the shops there couldnt or wouldnt I believe was wouldnt one look and the salon was like yeah we can. After 3 months of trying in atl,Virginia, and Alabama no one was willing to put this art on my nails. I will definitely be back. Her hand skills are off the chain...real deal artist up in there.

I was so irritated with my nail tech! So loyal to a fault...I finally decided to find another... Paris Nails! I absolutely love my nails and my hands dont hurt when I wash them after getting then done!

I made an appointment for 11am last week as well as paid my deposit when I made my appointment. They don’t open until 10 I called at 10:04, to advise that I was having car trouble and I need to reschedule, I was then advised that my deposit was voided because I didn’t call an hour prior to my appointment but, they do not open until 10.I am a loyal customer so to advise me my deposit is voided because, I didn’t cancel an hour before my appointment but, you don’t open until an hour before my appointment, highly disappointed!! Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Highly disappointed in Kayla and Ali Tran.And again this is why I say you are unprofessional look at your response. I cancelled any hour prior, you said over the phone that I should have contacted an hour prior, how could I have done that if you open at 10 and my appointment is at 11. You are correct i hung up because you wanted a new deposit because the old was voided, so no further conversation. it does not make sense at all

I was looking for a new salon and my sister told me about Paris Nails. 😍 I came to them in February and I have been glued to them ever since!!! Love the energy and they are always so nice!!! No issues with shaping at all!!! ❤ THEYRE STUCK WITH ME LOL!!!

Two years going to this salon and Kayla is the best. I travel 25 miles to get my nails done by her and I have no complaints.Now three years later Kayla is rude, unprofessional and has a piss poor disposition. Getting my nails done are not more important than a dying family member Kayla!

This was my first time coming here and I had the most pleasurable experience. Ali and Kayla are amazing!!! Great price too! I had Ali and he was great! So likable and funny! The place is calming and they make you feel like you are at home! On top of all of that my nails look absolutely stunning! I will forever go to this place.

I got a full set here and even though I got a more complicated expensive set ($80) they still look better than any nails I’ve had done at other salons in Little Rock so far. Kayla is definitely the star of the show here, (she did my nails), and it seems like everyone comes here for her. I will be coming back again to have my nails done by Kayla. This is a nice small nail salon that should definitely be given a shot.

Today was my first time going to this nail salon, & I must say IM HIGHLY SATISFIED!! I noticed a lot of ppl talking about Tina in their reviews, so Im assuming that shes the one who did my nails. She was fast & my nails were neat & perfectly shaped. My only issue is that a fill costs $20. I havent gotten my nails done in a while, so Im used to paying $12-15 for a fill. Id still go back, because its hard to find nail techs who are good & consistent. 😊

Nails are cute and the staff is fine. The jewels could have been applied better and some of the nails are bumpy. Not sure if i would come back but wasn’t a terrible experience. They are a bit overpriced as well.

VERY PLEASED WITH MY NAILS! The staff was super nice and followed exactly what I asked for. Unlike other saloons Ive been to in the past, they dont try and pressure you to spend more money. They take their time and make sure everything is perfect. I got my dream nails. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Hands down the best place Ive gotten my nails done in Little Rock! They listen to their clients and dont rush through a mani or pedi! The staff is friendly and the place has a great atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The older gentleman is HORRIBLE at doing nails! I got a simple mani-pedi, I have paint all over my cuticles, the texture was bumpy, it was just a terrible job. I believe he knows that he did a terrible job because half way through the painting process he looked at his work and shook his head with a worried/disappointed look on his face. I kindly informed him that I was not happy with the job and my nails were messy. The younger gentleman stepped in to assist and whispered that he would discount the price. If you choose to visit this establishment DO NOT ALLOW THE OLDER MAN TO TOUCH YOUR NAILS!

Its okay. Not over the top. Pedicure massage from the older gentleman is good but you dont soak your feet before . You soak after.
