I came down from Houston. I called and asked “If she had an opening for today?” She was yelling then said “she was booked.” I said “okay well how about for tomorrow?” She then got loud saying “I have to have someone check.” The tone I got from her you could tell she wasn’t trying to be bothered with talking on the phone. She tried to rush me off being very unprofessional. I told her “you know what don’t even worry about it. Have a good day.”

I came in with my sister TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSE and the first woman to the left, as soon as you enter, said after the woman she was servicing, she wouldn’t be taking anymore clients. Mind you, there were only two workers there at the time. I also just read a review saying doors were locked an hour before close. If i could give 0 stars, i certainly would. Don’t waste your time on a blank trip for folks who don’t want money, like it doesn’t spend anywhere! There’s another salon up the street on university that did a wonderful job on my shellac coffin nails!

The nail tech was ok with me being a walk in but she asked me to come back at 7pm. I returned on time and still waited an hour only not to be served

The best nail salon in town. Very clean & very professional. She usually goes by appointments only. When you arrive there you dont have to wait, shes putting you right in the chair. I stopped going to a nail salon that I had been going to since High school to come to her. I leave satisfied every time.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the shop being completely empty, except for the lady behind the desk with her feet up filing her nails. She automatically asked how can I help you? I was looking at the list of services they offered. Before I could open my mouth to speak, she rushes to tell me she doesnt have time for me, she doesnt have time to do my nails, she has someone coming in a few minutes. Ooook... never going back.

Could not get in. Doors were locked one hour before they were supposed to close. Store was servicing other people. They would not let us in. We will not be back.
