If you go here I suggest you make an appointment. So you will be first priority. I was a walk in and I feel my nail tech rushed because she was trying to get to someone who had an appointment with her. I would have preferred to just wait until she finished with her other client before she did my nails if that meant I wasn’t going to get a rushed job. Inside it didn’t look that bad but once I got outside in better lighting I noticed the lumpy job that she did. After seeing such good reviews especially from this certain nail tech (I believe her name was Tammy) I was rather disappointed with my service.

4.5My man & I just came off the road and pedicures was much needed. Im someone who always read reviews & know exactly what I want and the price before entering an establishment so overpricing wasnt an issue. When we walked in we were immediately greeted & even though we got lost & ended up being 15 minutes late to our reservation our wait time was only 1 or 2 minutes. The older, slim man with glasses did my pedicure & he was amazing! A young woman did my mans pedicure & his experienced was average. She started later than my guy and finished first! She was nice but the massage he received was more like a soft rub from your niece. Overall it was a nice place I would just ask the lady to give a little more effort. The older slim gentlemen is a great addition to this nail salon. He truly went above & beyond I had to stop him from helping me so much :) Thanks so much we hope to visit again!

Went here because of reviews and it’s in my neighborhood, 1st I asked for almond and she gave me coffin which I’d never do nor have done but I let that go, even though it is a charge for the shape but then within 2 days three of my nails broke, all in the exact same place went back and they were repaired for free, which was great only to have 3 more to break I paid a total of 70.00 I would love to recommend because of the atmosphere and attitudes of the Techs….. I just don’t recommend Nancy

I enjoy coming to Gateway Nails. It’s currently my favorite nail location. Tim is an outstanding manager and does awesome nail services. Liam does excellent pedicures. He is patient, gentle and kind.

Tammy is the best!! She always does a great job and I get so many compliments- my nails are always beautiful! Tammy also does the best pedicures- she takes her time and make sure every service is worth while. Gateway nails is the best!

I was in search of a new nail salon and stumbled into Gateway Spa! I enjoyed the comforting atmosphere and staff. I walked in with no appointment and got ushered in by Ms. Tammie. Loved the pedicure and massage she gave. She finished with a neat and stylish gel nail set. Ive mostly definitely found a new nail salon 😊

First time visit was today for a manicure with shellac gel. First off I would like to compliment the owner for having a lovely front guest hostess. She was African American and welcoming which help me decide to stay and wait since I didn’t have an appointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, I was assisted quickly. The hostess even help me decide a nail color when I described what I was looking for. The nail tech was pleasant but attempted to up sale which is understandable. I was disappointed that they don’t have the hot hand wax for the manicure but the tech did phenomenal work on my nail polish and finished off with a hot towel rub on the hands. I would visit again.

It was good. At least the air conditioning was working this time. I loved that the nail technician took the time to get all the extra skin around my cuticles that become dry and cracked.

Amazing, I will drive back to little rock for my nails again.. definitely make an appointment.. this establishment is BUSY!! And worth it

Past experience was better. Lady was sleepy & it showed 😴 while she was doing my nails. Sent me to the bowl to wash my hands after filing w no oil on my cuticles. I asked for oil she literally dumped it on my nails. I probably wont be back!!

This has been my normal nail salon for a while now. But this particular visit for my sister and i was not good. we each spent $70-95 with them and i our nails did not last a week. when usually we are able to get 2-3 weeks of wear with just the gel polish. They did not last a week this time and when contacted to have them fixed they still turned around and charged us when we just got them done last week. I will not be coming back

I enjoyed this nail salon. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and take their time. I also appreciate the fact that they are in compliance with CDC guidelines. They book mostly by appointment, facial masks are warn, social distancing is practiced and equipment is sterilized promptly after each use. My daughter and I enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

I love it here. I always get Maggie as my nail and foot tech she does so good with getting my cuticles off. I always make sure i tip good.

I dont know if it was because it was the day before a holiday but I had an 11:00 appointment and didnt get waited on until 12:30 when other people that came in after us went before us. My daughter was getting her eyebrows waxed too and they took a walk in instead of waiting on her while we waited for chairs to open. A couple came in for a pedicure after us but they went ahead of us when we could also were getting pedicures. I originally was told no I couldnt get a design but after asking for it on just 1 finger of each hand, they agreed. Weve been to this nail salon at least 4-5 times and never experienced this.

Went to this salon for the third time the other day. The tech wouldn’t even let me pick a color before she took me to a chair!She gave me one set of swatches and told me to pick from them while she took off my shellac. Eventually she let me pick a color from more swatches but it was very unsettling to be rushed like that.I go for a spa experience from start to finish. I’m going to try another place out in hopes I’ll finally find somewhere with good service AND good work.

I would not recommend. I asked for them to fix 2 broken nails but instead the staffer decided to do a fill-in. I didnt have the time that day for a fill-in so this decision ran me late for my later appointment at another venue. Poor quality and when I returned for them to fix my broken nails they had me to wait for over an hour while they took others who had just arrived. I ended up leaving and finishing my own nails.

I got a manicure and pedicure and I wanted to get my nails buffed but they kept on insisting on clear polish. My cuticle weren’t cut well and my nails are uneven. Don’t really recommend..

I showed up yesterday without an appointment and was able to be seen within 20 minutes of my arrival. Tim was very nice, very welcoming to EVERYONE who entered. I needed a major repair of a poor job from another salon. He is AWESOME!

My nail tech is Tammy A.K.A my TamTam she does amazing work she has been doing my nails for 6 years now. She takes her time to make sure your hands are perfect she settles for nothing less than perfect call to set appointment with Tammy 🥰

My mom was visiting from out of town and before she left I wanted to take her to get a pedicure and manicure. I searched many salons that had horrible reviews. I finally found Gateway that had excellent reviews and many mentioned Tammy. So I made an appointment with Tammy for my mom. Best decision I made! Tammy was amazing and very personable! She did a wonderful pedicure and manicure for my mom and I was even able to get my brows waxed! We drove almost 30 minutes to get here, and will do so from now on!

It was awesome!!! The 6 oclock appt did not start till after 7 pm. But Hai was awesome and did such a great job!! I only want him to do my nails from now on. The salon is always clean and the staff gratuitous

Linda did an amazing job! She was highly recommend. I had been seeing her work on lady that works at a store I frequent, and had to ask who her nail tech was. You have to schedule an appointment with her, but it is well worth it! My nails lasted well over a month.

I went in Sunday as a walk in. The lady who waited on me was older and very inexperienced. I chose a dip powder with a glitter for one finger. She didnt apply enough layers to cover my nails as I can still see my nails through the powder. I asked her about it, and she added another layer which wasnt enough. I have had dip powder before and know what to expect. I will never go to this shop again.

I have patronized Gateway Nails since it opened. I have consistently had to great experience. The Salon 💇🏾‍♀️ s clean, chairs are comfortable and great selection of colors and services. Fantastic massaging chairs, did a great job, and were all very polite. Wine or water while you treat yourself if thats what you choose. I enjoyed my visit here and plan to return.

My nails were HORRIBLY done. The pedicure was great but the nail job was horrible. They did a refill on my nails and my nails were left bumpy, thick and ugly. The guy that did my nails knows he did a horrible job because he told me if I came back hed fix it. Well after sitting there for 4 hours and spending $175, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my daughters here to get their nails done and both their nails had been cut my the nail drilling cause them to bleed. When they told them that it hurt they basically ignored them. This place is unprofessional, rude as hell, and basically you dont have an appointment dont bother doing a walk-in after waiting 3hrs for service.

They did an amazing job with my nails but for Short coffin shaped gel nails it was $55I’ll have to find somewhere new at least they lasted for over a month🤷

The salon is very nice and clean but I was overcharged and did not receive what I paid for at all! It took the guy an hour to do what was supposed to be a deluxe pedicure yet was not pre soaked nails weren’t shaped or cut per my request and what the pedicure listed. Then when I asked about being soaked I was told if I wanted to I could. Nancy did my nails and she did an okay job but once again for what I paid there was no shaping. They don’t take directions well. They said ok yet did what they wanted to do. They were recommended to me based off the location but I would not recommend based off my experience nor would I return.

The place is clean, well-staffed and the services (manicure/pedicure) are well priced. Nancy is my tech and she does an awesome job with my manicures. It is my favorite nail salon in the Little Rock area, and I have tried several places.

After reading the reviews I decided to head out to this place. The overall appearance of the spa is very modern. I had a my old acrylic removed and a new set put on, I love how they came out. Tim was amazing!!! He worked very hard and even gave me a bottle of water. It was so relaxing that I didnt want it to end. Love everyone here and will definitely come back!

I got a manicure from a guy that was there for 2 weeks and he did a fantastic job. He took his time even when my daughter was rushing him. I would recommend anybody to go here. The prices are reasonable and the employees are very welcoming. They also give you drinks while you wait for the services you want. They also have clean restrooms.

This is the best nail salon I have been to in a really long time! Staff didnt rush my nails and made sure they didnt miss anything. Beautiful and relaxing environment. I am forever loyal to this place.

Went in for a simple manicure, but it was very rushed. It hurt as she clipped my cuticles and she barely took the time to massage my arms. It was more like she was just wiping the lotion on. There was nail polish on my skin and parts on the nail its self didn’t have paint on it, while the color was pretty uneven. Wasn’t worth the $20.

Beautiful salon and hospitable employees, however, I did not like the results of my pedicure. The young lady did a good job, but the paint job was bad, she left polish on my skin. I informed her after my nails dried that maybe the polish was just old....not sure.
