There does seem to be talented technicians here, but they’re booked up and/or busy. Made an appt for a full set/pedi. Male technicians are always a hit or miss. This guy was definitely a miss. Took a lot of verbal prompts to get my nails a quarter way decent. When he couldn’t figure it out, I asked for a new technician, and was told the wait would be an hour. I have to work, and didn’t have an hour, so I left. I didn’t ask for a discount but they said, oh we’ll discount the service. They didn’t. 94 dollars for a bad nail job. Unless you’re getting one of the younger techs, you’re going to have a bad time.

I went to this shop simply to get nails put on, no polish, no designs needed. I got a fresh set of coffin mid length nails. All my nails were crooked, the tech put clear gel polish on my nails after I told her no polish, and up charged me for the “length” and polish. After I looked at my bank statement and seen what she charged me vs what she quoted me I called and the tech answering the phone asked me to come in so she could see my nails and explain the price. Nobody could explain the charges, the tech tried to lie by saying she could have done a soak off which contributed to the price. I was in complete disbelief that she would lie like that right in front of me! She then blamed me for not stopping her for polishing my nails… that was my first and last time in the shop. I had no clue what her procedure was especially after I repeatedly told her NO polish! Rude, unprofessional, confrontational, deliberate liars. Tech at station 6!

I called the day before to see if I could come in to get my polish removed and one of the techs stated I didn’t need an appt for it. So, I went in after work the next day and when I let one of the techs no what I was in for she stated it would be an hour wait. I agreed and had a seat. 4 hours later I hear one of the customers saying “she’s your last customer” and the young lady (tech) said no she not with an attitude. I had to turn and tell her how rude she was for saying that when I was told it would be an hour just to remove my polish. Then the older lady came and removed it. I know you ask why didn’t I go to another salon but if left what if I was waiting another hour there plus I need the Polish removed because I had a procedure the next morning. I’m not happy with the salon and their service.

Very friendly and nice people. Place is clean and modern chic. Im always happy with the work done on my nails.

I am new to this area and decided to try this shop. First of all the customer service is horrible...It was hot in the building. I always get my nails dipped...The nail technician just jacked my nails up...No of them are shaped the same...The powdered is too thick. And when I finish no one said thank you...Do you like your nails or anything...I wouldnt send my dog there .. I will not be back and I wouldnt recommend you go either....

I GOT MY NAILS DONE A MONTH AGO AND THEY STILL LOOK LIKE THEY WERE JUST DONE!! EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND THE LOCATION IS THE CLEANEST, IVE EVER SEEN!! CONVENIENT TO LOCATE. EVERYONE WAS SO HAPPY AND THE WORK ON MY NAILS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I COULDNT BE MORE GRATEFUL... THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!

So I came here to get a fill about 2 weeks ago. 1 day after my ring finger nail was swollen and red and super sore. It got infected and I lost my entire nail. Which has never ever happened and I’ve gotten my nails done for ab 6 years now with a full set. They did amazing in my nails and the customer service was great. But apparently not the cleanest tools used :(

My first but not last time here. Loved the customer service and friendliness of everyone there. And it was extremely clean and pretty!

Pointless, waste of time, no customer service.Made an appointment for 5:30pm. Called in the morning to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival it was minutes before anyone addressed me and it was clear they had no clue about my appointment. Got up to leave at 6pm and was completely ignored.

The young lady was very pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with her work. I will be returning.

Jessica is hands down the best nail tech I’ve been to in Arkansas. She always does what I want. When I moved here, I couldn’t find anyone I liked so I stopped getting my nails done because I’m super picky. Now that I’ve found Jessica at Luxe Nails, I won’t go to ANYONE else. She’s AMAZING. Im VERY picky about who does my Nail.. Im a Queen and only Kelly @ Luxe does my nails.. When I do find a GOOD nail tech she normally leaves me before I leave her ( sometimes violently, old me🤣) Im humble now.. Long story short..
