I hate giving bad reviews but dont waste your time and money here. Very rushed and unprofessional people. Simple nails even look bad here. I watched a worker act like a child and refuse to take care of a customer who complained of pain when removing her nails. They have no idea how to do designs but claim that they can. I asked for a VERY simple french tip that formed a circle around my nail and it looked like a child did it. When I nicely told them I couldnt pay for something like that they made me wait 20 minutes and painted over them. They looked even worse and did not even discount it. There are so many other places so skip this one until they cant act right.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. My technician Gracie was repeatedly rude. She would ask me a question then get snappy about my answer, even though I was answering questions like what shape I wanted with, “Square, but with soft edges.” My nails are so messy and uneven. You can literally see the line where she glued on the tips in the polish, underneath the edge is gloopy, the way she filed down the dip is uneven, and there’s color and topcoat all over my cuticles. They’re not the shape or length I asked for either. When I brought up my concerns I was dismissed. I’m thankful I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I had the stuff to fix them, but I shouldn’t have to. I get my nails done as a treat and to unwind. This was not a relaxing or rewarding experience at all. I will not be going back and I would warn anyone thinking about coming here to stay far away! It was the most disappointing salon experience I’ve ever had. Period.

Although my nail technician was quite rude, The manager with extremely helpful and other than my nails being a bit short I have no complaints. My little sister got her toes done and was very happy. We got both done for about a $110+tips. This is one of the better salons in Little Rock, with several options available and a drink menu that charges you about the glass lol.

Do not waste your money here. Poor customer service and the manager mistreats the customers.

I was charged $150 for my nails and a few of my nails broke not even 6 hours later. The nail work I got was very basic because they couldn’t do the work I wanted. I would NEVER come back to this place

Every person that I have had do my nails/toes have been great and very professional. They always make sure I leave happy.

I wanted my nails and toes to match and this is what I got. I have no idea why theres lines underneath my thumb nail and index finger. I was never offered a beverage, I had to ask for it. The guy that did my nails was nice however overall I dont think Ill go to this location off Chenal again. Pretty atmosphere though.

Best Nails Chenal I come here at least once every three months for a pedicure bc they give the best one. Until the day after Christmas this year . There was a new lady they gave me...my sister got the same pedicure ..65 dollar Jelly. Everything my sister was getting I had to ask why wasnt I getting it...why was my jelly looking like water..why its so cold..why didnt my massage of the legs and feet not get what my sister was getting...why did it look as if you forgot a few steps and the wax until I asked...this will be my last time here. If you come always ask how long has the person been there. Bc management will still just ask you to pay..no understanding or reconciliation

Service is usually very good, Sophie did an amazing job, stayed later for me and my family to do our nails... the first time I went there was a guy that was very rough that I did not like, but the girls did much better

Daughter and i went there ONCE is enough. Gracie did my daughters tips and dip. Looks like an unlicensed child did her nails. And stupidly expensive.Go somewhere else.

My wife thought this was going to be a good new place, a little less expensive, but she says, guess you get what you pay for.She said,”The guy did a pretty good job, told me to wash my hands and then disappeared.No lotion or message after??? She went to the front to pay. The man said, “Oh not $60 dollars, $65 and 3% charge for using a credit card.She’s decided the other place she’s been going is not so expensive after all

I have been coming here since they opened and it is definitely dependent on how busy they are. Some times there is no wait and they take their time and do a great job, but sometimes its super busy and rushed quality. Also there is always the chance you get a less experienced tech who does a subpar job at any large business, but in general the quality is really good. I would just recommended coming at less busy times for the best service.

The wort service ever. I will never go here again. I went because I live 3 minutes away. The gentleman at the counter was amazing.The man who did my nails was very short, rushed, hurt my finger with the drill several times and on top of that I have nails in all different shapes and sizes like one big happy family.Horrible! I’m not one to complain but please don’t go here.Luxury nails here I come.

Best Nails - Chenal, Little RockWill never go back. I work in the OR world and I know about sterilization and they DO NOT sterilize their instruments!! It appears they do but they r only putting the instruments in a sterile package and NOT actually running them through the process. I literally took the package from the technician and verified it. I asked the front desk to show me a before and after package and they refused. RED FLAG...and you have the right to ask about their sterilization!!

Came for a pedicure and the part that I love about a pedicure and not a polish change is getting my feet rubbed I can soak my feet and paint my nails at home .... the lady rushed so fast to do my nails she could not have gone any faster she didn’t even rub all the lotion in terrible experience was looking forward to some relaxation and ended up leaving disappointed.

Used to be great. We travel about 30 minutes to get here, but not anymore! Call to make an appointment, phone isnt working. Get there and told there would be a nearly 4 hour wait, but we cant make an appointment and come back. The place was near empty, so someone had an appointment. Tried to make an appointment to come the next morning, but they dont take appointments on weekends, then asked what time were coming tomorrow because the girls we want have appointments. So they take appointments, but not from me?! Im freaking done.

I was double charged and my toe nail broke off when I got home not two hours after leaving. I called and they tried to blame it on me.

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible experience! I got my nails done at 5:30 last night. It was an hour and a half ordeal because they didnt know what they were doing! I got powder dipped with a tip and today one has already broken off!! Over priced and seriously terrible work! Wish I could get my money back from this wasted nail trip and I will NEVER be going back I suggest you dont waste your money there either!

First time was awesome..the stone and paraffin wax was amazing and the guy massaged my legs instead of just rubbing them like I get now. It was worth $75 but everytime after even when I ask if all I listed above would be included ...I never get it. The last time I went I tried to ask for someone who could massage deeper and do all of the listed treatments I was paying for. They said yes...and again..I got a light rub instead of a massage and an orange wedge rubbed on my legs nothing else that I paid for. It was rushed and Id rather do my own than go there again. I tried to give more chances that I may have an experience like the first but it only gets worse with each visit

I go here everytime I get my nails done! they are so friendly and always make my nails looks so good. Their prices are also very reasonable, I never break the bank going here.

I brought my daughter her for her first nail experience. It was terrible. The lady sent her to a person the can hardly see, he did it in 2 minutes her toes and nails are a mess. They are half painted. I understand that she is a young child but we payed the money and expect good service. The customer moral is not well rounded. Ill never come again nor will I recommend this to anyone ever again as have in the past. It is not Kid friendly at all

Terrible service. I kept telling the manicurist the pink was too dark and not what I wanted and he told me it was pretty and kept on dipping my nails. I told him multiple times I wanted the clear with white tips but he completely ignored me. I would have made a fuss and walked out except my granddaughter was with me getting her first mani / pedi and I didnt want to ruin her experience. This place is horrible.

Best salon I have found in Arkansas! I have acrylic nails and I have never had lifts or any problems. I have had the same set for over a year because of the excellent care they take with my nails.

This place sucks spent 190 on 2 pedicures and 2 gel nails and the nails end up being messed up. Lumpy and tie dye looking.

Appointment, no appointment- doesnt matter. You may or may not get in to see the tech you requested at a certain time. Why offer appointments if they cant be kept? Unfortunately, this is a problem at ALL nail salons, not just this one.

Had an appointment but could not get my usual guy! Service I got was terrible; did not feel like a pedicure at all! I had to pick up my own shoes and purse and walk to get my toes dried! Worst ever! If I can’t get my guy again, they will not get my money!

I use to LOVE this place but no so much anymore. They are very sloppy with their nail care last two time I have went. My nails were actually sore the next morning after my last visit, time before that they nicked the skin on my toe (OUCH)!!! They all talk among their selves in a language I cannot understand(SOOOO VERY RUDE). There was ZERO interaction with the three clients they were working on. This was my VERY LAST time here.

Horrible customer service. When you call a place of business and ask what time they close for business you expect honesty and for them to stay true to their word. Today I was lied to by a receptionist and the manager about their closing time. I drove 35 minutes from my home for their doors to be open and for them to tell me everyone went home - unacceptable. I could understand if I didnt call ahead BUT I DID. There was no apology, no consideration for my time and gas. HORRIBLE.

The guy at the counter is rude & snappy. Theyre very pricey. They try to charge you $18 for a manicure plus $30 for a full set of acrylic nails. Most places throw the manicure in for free. I do not suggest going here... Im not about to spend $50 plus tip for acrylic nails...
